is exactly what you need when picking out your wedding gown. She makes you feel comfortable in her store, and is extremely personable. You feel as though you can trust her right away! She not only helps you find the dress of your dreams, but she also does all of the tailoring. She is honest with what is needed, and gets the job done. Tatyana is easy to schedule with, and very accommodating to your schedule. She will make whatever time you need to come in work! She was one of my favorite vendors to work with. nd up trying out other shops (just to *make sure*) and I came back to Tatyana at Valentino’s. I’m so grateful for her. I was an emotional bride, as my dad passed away a few months before my wedding. Tatyana made me feel like family. She worked to ensure my dress came out beautiful, with all alterations needed with unexpected weight loss and lots of anxiety at every appointment. Her support was amazing throughout the process. You’re not just another customer here. 10/10 will recommend this shop, for all your bridal needs and also any tailoring needs!!!

d shop we went to and the 4th dress I tried here ended up being the one. From showing her pictures of what I liked online that was out of my budget, Tatyana (the owner) was able to pull similar styles that would work within the amount I wanted to spend. She was able to customize the dress just how I wanted it, adding a train, filling in some of the lace, even making a cathedral veil with extra lace from the dress to make it match perfectly. I loved knowing that my dress came from Europe and was handmade specifically for me to wear, not just another off the rack dress! The whole look turned out beautifully, I was comfortable and felt wonderful in the dress, and received many compliments saying it was the most beautiful and unique dress they've ever seen! Tatyana was a pleasure to work with, very organized, passionate about her work, detail oriented, and friendly, making sure that everything was just how I wanted. The only reason I would say 4 stars instead of 5 is I wish the pricing for alterations and creating the veil was more upfront, rather than finding our after. However, maybe this is something that could be discussed more with her beforehand.

dress and a bridesmaid's dress. They have been doing alterations for years but recently expanded to be there own dress shop as well. Because of that there were some issues with communication. I would have an appointment for 11am but would not be helped until 11:20. She is definitely worth the wait though
