What is most impressive however is as our guest counts at different hotels changed, VPA was flexible to change the plan to suit the day's needs and change our financial cost to fit the finalized plan. Jillians response when I informed her was “ I got you” within minutes she was on the phone reassuring me she will email me the new pick up times for both hotels and to not worry. We had two shuttle buses that stayed throughout the ceremony and reception for anyone looking to get back and forth before and after the reception. The vehicles were clean and comfortable and the drivers were so incredibly wonderful - kind and fun loving.
We also used them to bring us to the venue for our first look (my husband and I separately) and then took trips for our bridal party and families for photos before the ceremony.
Their prices were fair and the service was great!

They even called me days in advance to confirm the timeline, which made me feel comfortable that everything would go according to plan. On the day of the wedding the driver arrived over a half an hour early and was extremely professional. The buses were clean, comfortable, and air conditioned. My wedding was in Bridgewater, MA and they came out from Rhode Island for no additional fee. I would highly recommend this company to every couple!

Working with Valet Park of America for our wedding was made simple by our contact Jillian! We set up 2 shuttles to pick up guests from 2 hotels and bring to our ceremony/reception site...everyone arrived on time and could take the shuttles back...

ck to respond, but she was professional and made this process effortless. The bride-to-be left something behind on the bus, first thing Monday, Jillian called to report they had it safe and sound. The driver was great as well, she showed up a head of schedule, got us to each location on time, and back home safe and sound. The shuttle was clean, had A/C, great surround sound, and was so reasonable in price. VPA should be proud of their staff and I cannot thank them enough for providing such excellent service!

ridal party bail on me and find other rides back to the hotel, but I had a very comfortable shuttle ride back to the hotel. Oh, and they will charge your card (tip included) one week after the event, so you don't have to worry about fitting it in your pre-wedding budget (this was a big help to me, since all other major vendor expenses needed to be paid in full one week prior to the wedding).

Hiring a school bus would have been my last option. After talking to Jill about what we were looking for, she was super helpful in helping me figure out what would work best for our big day. Valet Park of America was flexible and accommodating but best of all AFFORDABLE! It didn't cost a fortune which was great for our budget and perfect for our guests!
Our driver, Frank, was professional, courteous, and wicked fun!
He got us and our guests to our locations on time and safely! I highly recommend Valet Park of America in Springfield, MA!

We used VPA to shuttle our guests to and from two hotels to our wedding venue - all of which was within a 1-mile radius. They were very easy to work with in setting up the schedule and making sure that the details were all set ahead of time. Ho...
wever, they did not leave enough time at each hotel pick-up stop to be able to keep to schedule. This had more to do with our guests running late than the shuttle driver, but, as a result, they ended up picking up some guests late - which meant they missed part of our ceremony. It was frustrating for those few guests, but VPA was very apologetic and thorough in their "research" into the issue when I contacted them after the wedding.
I would definitely use them again for another event, but I would build more time into the schedule just to be safe.
