Justin and Adam were our two videographers for our wedding day. They also had a drone, which was super cool and captured our venue beautifully. Both stayed out of the way while also capturing every important moment and working well with all of our other vendors, including our day of coordinator, to keep us on schedule. The video was prepared so quickly- my husband and I got married in December and the video was available by January. We used Justin to film our October 2022 wedding. From the start, he was extremely responsive and easy to work with. A few weeks before the wedding, he met with us to review the order of events (our cocktail hour, ceremony, and reception were in a different order than a typical wedding), review how he and his team operate, and discuss any other needs we had. At the last minute, we decided to add in a live stream option (for those who could not attend), and Justin helped us quickly organize that. Day-of, Justin and his team were fantastic. They were fun to work with, extremely calm - and quite honestly, we barely noticed they were there! They were never in the way or blocking anyone's view. After the wedding, Justin and his team had the first cut of our videos in just a few weeks. Our final videos arrived a few days ago and we loved them! Thank you!!

Best videographer and experience!! Justin came to do our video on our wedding day and he was prompt with all replies, answers, and calls. I felt like we were always on the same page and always knew what to expect when we talked to him. Justin was professional, kind, and was in all the best places at the right times. I never felt like he was a main focus or in the way. Looking back at our video, I am actually stunned with several of the shots and angles he shot because I do not remember seeing the camera there! Our video was available quicker than we expected and came out better than we imagined. Valley Creek Productions exceeded every expectation in every way. We were unsure if we would hire a videographer and decided to somewhat last minute. This was one of the best decisions we could have ever made. Justin and his team were nothing but professional, helpful and friendly throughout the entire process. Justin was kind and understanding when we had to postpone (twice) in 2020 because of COVID. They worked with us and stayed in touch until our wedding in 2021. Justin even sent us Christmas cards -- such a unique and genuine touch. Our wedding was formal and Justin and Zach looked the part, dressed in professional attire and blended right in with the guests. I barely knew they were there. I was pleasantly surprised to see some of the footage they captured because I honestly did not notice them. The video itself is such a beautiful treasure and we feel so lucky to have it. The quality is of the best there is, I couldn't imagine changing anything about it. I cannot recommend this stellar team more. 5 stars don't do them justice, they deserve 10 out of 10.

Full honesty, I did not want or think I needed a wedding videographer but let me tell you that I would of fully regretted not having Justin and his team at my wedding. We were on the fence about hiring a videographer and I’m so glad we did! Justin was great to work with as we planned the wedding. We had a couple of calls through out the planning process and he was always personable and professional. We also had to postpone our wedding due to Covid and had absolutely no trouble rescheduling. Valley Creek were absolutely amazing. The video came out beautifully and they weren't trying to be up in your face at all. They would take amazing shots and really work with our photographer. Hiring Valley Creek Productions was one of the BEST decisions we made for our wedding. I honestly wasn’t even sold on the idea of wanting a wedding video but my Mom urged me to get a videographer. Let me tell you, Justin and his assistant were amazing. You almost didn’t even know they were there yet they captured all the most important moments on video! Justin and his team were amazing to work with. We hired them for our July 2021 wedding, but originally had them booked for June 2020. Due to Covid, my husband and I postponed three times! Justin made that process so simple! I’ve heard nightmares from other Covid brides and am SO THANKFUL we worked with Justin. We got a preview video as well as a movie length video. My husband and I have watched our wedding video over and over. It truly brought us back to our special day.

Justin and Win got to the venue early on the day of and figured out any uncertainties without a hitch. We had them livestream our wedding for friends and family that could not attend (since our venue capacity was capped at 50 people in June 2021). With 2 videographers there, the live stream was perfectly agile and responsive to my lengthy ceremony. Thanks for making our loved ones feel like they were right there with us.

He worked to get all of the beautiful details while we got ready, and worked with our photographers to ensure everything was as simple as could be. After working with Justin (owner) and Valley Creek at my brother and sister’s weddings (which were within 1.5 years my own) and seeing how comfortable and easy they made being videotaped all day AND the amazing video results, hiring Valley Creek Productions was one of the first things I did after I got engaged. Valley Creek Productions is not only professional, but a fun and comforting presence on the wedding day. I got married on 8/24/19 and Valley Creek Productions was one of the first vendors we selected. A friend at work recommended Justin and the team and it was one of the best suggestions we received. First Justin had an introduction call with me to go over what my expectation was for my wedding and reviewed the entire videography process - one thing that sets Justin apart is he asked if I had any other questions at all about the entire wedding planning process. It definitely helped to know that an industry professional was willing to help me with any random question that popped up. Valley Creek Productions is also very organized which helps keep track of all required details. I got a detailed list of the music needed for the video, prior to the wedding we had another call and received a detailed schedule, and the day of the wedding they arrived early and ready to go. Justin was a big help throughout the entire process from beginning to end but especially during the wedding week. The whole Valley Creek team was very professional. My entire bridal party loved how discreet the team was - we barely even realized they were there :) We just watched our wedding trailer today (less than a week later) and it is AWESOME! My wife and I were tossing around getting a videographer for our wedding. We decided after we fulfilled all other payments if we had the extra cash we would do it and we did. I work along side Justin in the wedding industry and he was the first one we thought of. Nothing but professional from start to finish. The day of both team members of the company were prompt, non intrusive, and seemed to have gotten all the right shots. Our final video was amazing! We received a little box in the mail that had a beautiful engraved box and usb drive with a nice note and two bags of popcorn (I’m starting to think Justin is a fan of popcorn because every time I see him he has bags of it). We were expecting a padded mailer with a jump drive in it and this just blew us away. Sometimes the little things make it worth all the money you spend on these events. Highly recommend!

As a career DJ and entertainer, I often found working with videographers to be a hassle. Bright lights, ill equipped gear wise and underfoot when it came to emceeing functions of the day. In 2011, I had the opportunity to work with Justin on a high end wedding in West Chester. It was honestly a huge shock to me. This man was prepared, non-obstructive, non blinding and was using great gear. Even better was that he was professional, fun, and friendly and extremely easy to work with. Justin and I networked a lot together over the last 7 years and it was apparent that his qualities were also reflected by his staff. When it came time for my own wedding and it was decided that we were going to have a videographer, this was an easy choice for my wife and I. Even though we wanted Justin personally, we were a little too late but luckily his staff was available. I had worked with them before and had no worries especially after we discussed what we were looking for. The day of the wedding, my videographer team was on time, friendly and helpful. We cooperated with them in getting the footage they needed and they made their job seem effortless at the wedding. They did not interfere with guests, they did their thing, and the end product was great. It was not long before a trailer was made available and turn around time on the actual video was quick. Sadly, we had to delete some scenes from our video as we had wedding crashers but Justin and his staff made quick work of that fix. The wedding industry is truly an industry where you get what you pay for and these guys are on point and top of the game. Work with them and your memories will be preserved for a lifetime. The best part of watching the end product is seeing how much you missed on your wedding day as it's so hectic. My family and I were smiling and laughing the whole time!

I wish I could give Justin and his crew 6 stars if I could. As a first time bride, I was nervous to pick the best of the best in my tight and tiny budget, but after talking with Justin for our first meeting, I knew it was a perfect match! The time he took with me to answer every last question showed his high level of knowledge and professionalism. Even down to my last minute changes, the night before the big day! Valley Creek did an incredible job on our wedding day from start to finish. The quality was amazing and the footage was great. The groom and groomsmen did a surprise dance to open the dance floor and they were able to capture all of it from start to finish, and even got that video to us two days after the wedding. We opted for the highlight video, which I would highly recommend as it was posted 3 days after our wedding. We received our video in a beautifully crafted wooden box complete with our names engraved and popcorn For snacking! Exceeded all expectations. I wasn't sure I wanted a video but Justin won me over. He also started doing the short videos the year I was married. What a surprise!! Steve was on-site at our wedding and maintained such an upbeat, positive attitude despite how hot it was that day and captured all our beautiful moments. Watching the video allowed us to relive that day and we are so grateful to Justin and Steve for all their hard work and for being great people!

We booked Justin about a month before our wedding date after realizing we wanted a video (we were like many couples who thought it wasn't necessary at first, but as we got closer to the date we thought we would regret it) and we are so happy he was available on our wedding date. We absolutely LOVE our wedding video and will treasure it for years to come. Photos are great, but there really is something to be said about seeing the movement of the day and hearing the sounds. You will NOT be disappointed!

Justin and the team at Valley Creek were so helpful right from the beginning! When I began looking for a videographer Justin spent an hour on the phone with me answering any questions I had and was so knowledgeable and polite. After we decided to hire Justin, everything was seamless. We were on a strict budget and so we could only have the video start at the ceremony. However, Justin arrived a bit early and was able to capture my first look with my father! I am so grateful to have that memory on video now. The team at Valley Creek Productions documented the best day of our lives in a masterful way. Steve and Nick were friendly, fun and not at all invasive, and they took amazing footage of all parts of our day, from getting ready to the end of the reception. We loved their attention to detail on capturing special moments. The final product was an hour-long feature film that we have already watched several times. We cannot recommend Valley Creek Productions more enthusiastically: they are professional, timely, extremely talented, friendly, and reasonably priced.

When it came time to think about hiring a videographer, I "interviewed" quite a few. After one call with Justin, I knew Valley Creek Productions was the team! They were easy to talk to, understood what I was going for, discussed all options but never forced anything on us and even better were affordable. All communication pre-wedding was via email which made it even easier. My expectations were exceeded beyond belief the day of our wedding. A unique situation called for 2 ceremonies, a very fast reset and they captured everything (including standing and capturing in the pouring rain). Justin and team were INCREDIBLE. They worked with all other teams perfectly and the turn-around time was even more impressing. Getting our final HD version of the wedding in 2 months time. Justin was amazing and we had the best time at our wedding. He was so patient and fun and easy to work with. He asked me questions I didn't even think to ask for a videographer to make sure everything was perfect and worked great with our photographer too. We received our video in less than two months after our wedding and we are so pleased with how it turned out. We had ours put on a thumb drive which is beautiful wood and comes with a box with our name and date on them and I just love it so much!

Justin and Valley Creek Productions was so great to work with. From the beginning, he answered my calls, emails, and all of my questions quickly. I liked how he took the time to meet with me in person to show me past work and go over all the options. I felt at ease and it was very personal. We chose the 18k package, raw footage, extra shooting time at the venue, and both USB and DVD delivery. We were not disappointed! Justin and crew did an amazing job! Sometimes when planning a wedding, video services are the first thing to go, but our friends told us that is something they regret not getting. We are so happy that we chose to get video and with Valley Creek Productions. Now we have a beautiful video (which they put together and sent sooner than I could have imagined!) which we will treasure always. We could not be happier. My husband and I hired Justin to video our wedding at Brandywine Manor House! He was extremely professional, organized, efficient, timely, and helpful throughout the entire process! We LOVE our video as did our friends and family. His presentation was amazing, i'm not going to spoil it- but when you get your video you will be really excited to open your package! Hiring a videographer was an idea we tossed around for awhile. We finally pulled the trigger and we are SO glad that we did. Justin and Nick from Valley Creek Productions did an incredible job of capturing our special day!! We have already received our highlight video and our feature and they are amazing!! We received several compliments on our highlight which was posted publicly to Facebook and our feature made me cry! It is so fun to re watch the day play out since the day fly's by! They even shot some aerial footage of our venue which was really cool. I like that you get to pick the music that goes into your products...not all videographers offer that. I thought their prices were very reasonable especially considering the quality of the product. Justin is very flexible and easy to work with. Justin did the videography for our wedding, and he did an absolutely amazing job! We chose the package with full coverage and one videographer, and I could not be more pleased with our experience with Justin and Valley Creek. From the beginning Justin was always available for any questions that I had about the cost, package, etc. We talked several times before the wedding to go through the details of the day, and ensure that he got all of the important shots. We gave him several song choices that we wanted for our video for the prep, pre-ceremony, post-ceremony, reception, etc. Valley Creek uses a documentary style, and I found that this style truly brought me back to our wedding day. Justin captured all of the important parts of our day. During the reception he got all of the major dances in full, cake cutting, shoe game, bouquet, etc. He even went as far to match some of the lyrics in our selected songs with actions in the video. I couldn't be happier with our wedding video! It is so nice to have a video with the full ceremony along with so many other important details of the day. The documentary style really makes you feel like you are in the moment again. Justin worked really well with our photographer as well. He is very kind and made me feel very comfortable throughout the process. I would highly recommend Valley Creek productions to anyone looking to capture their special event

Justin was incredible from beginning to end! He was friendly, professional, and available whenever I needed to ask a question or check-in. He contacted my other vendors prior to the wedding to make sure they were all coordinated, which I thought was a really nice touch. Justin was on time the day of our wedding and he worked well with our photographer. He was wonderful to work with and made my groom and I feel very comfortable. He was inconspicuous during our ceremony and reception, but checked in as the night went along to be sure he got the shots he needed. The wedding video that he put together for us is truly beautiful and captured our day in just the way we hoped it would. Justin was one of the most responsive vendors, adhering to every timeline (if not delivering even sooner), and his passion for what he does and knowledge of what it takes to create great footage was incredible. While working with Justin leading up to the wedding was an absolute pleasure, we had no clue what to expect on the day of the wedding and we couldn’t have been happier with the end result. Both he and the additional videographer made us feel extremely comfortable during the interview & video shoots and worked collaboratively with all of our vendors throughout the day. We received the trailer just a few days after our wedding, while we were on our honeymoon, and it was the perfect thing to help us relive that great day. We did not expect that we would have received it that quickly, but it was just another example of how great Valley Creek Productions is. Justin selected excellent video clips to help capture every single high point of that day, that we couldn't have imagined anything better.
