Valley Oaks Wedding Venue is an event setting located near Jeffersonville, KY that hosts weddings and other special occasions. This private farm property includes more than 50 beautiful acres of pastoral land, including hills, trees, and a three-acre lake as well as a variety of beautiful ceremony sites. Valley Oaks Wedding Venue is less than a one-hour drive from Lexington or Morehead and only a six-minute drive from Jeffersonville. This rustic locale was appointed with elegant features, giving four ceremony sites for you to select from. These are the Lakeside Pergola, The Ravine, the Covered Patio Fireplace, and the Indoor Fireplace. The enclosed Lakeside Pergola dock is situated over the scenic waters at the heart of the farm. The Ravine is a wonderfully secluded space, flanked and shaded by tall native trees with a small creek running alongside the space. The Patio Fireplace offers a covered space connected to the Reception Barn that allows wonderful views of the scenery. For indoor ceremonies and receptions, the well-furnished wooden Reception Barn was built for hosting weddings in mind with the Indoor Fireplace site. With a bar, dance floor, space for a DJ, crystal chandeliers, Bridal Suite with full bath, and a separate Groom's Quarters, this Barn will be ready for your evening festivities.
The peak months for this venue are May, June, September, and October with bookings also available in late March, April, July, August, and November. Up to 150 guests can be accommodated for weddings at this site, with options to expand upon request and with prior notice. Whether for a wedding, vow renewal, or elopement, this naturally beautiful, country property offers a wonderful setting for you and your guests to make lasting memories. The venue itself was beautiful and created the perfect atmosphere for our wedding, but what truly stood out was the level of care and professionalism from the staff. Everything ran so smoothly, and their communication and attention to detail helped make the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable.

oncern we had! Bridal suite was cute with plenty of mirrors and seating to get ready. My husband said the groomsmen suite was amazing too! The photos we have received so far are breathtaking. So many beautiful spots to take photos at this property! If we had to do this wedding planning process again, we would 100% choose this venue again in a heartbeat. 10/10!

us, we choose the space in the woods and it was magical. The creek was running around the ceremony, it was shaded and you could hear all of nature. The classy cedar reception hall is perfection! There are so many options for photo backgrounds all over the campus between the woods, the bridges, the rolling hills, the lake and the walking area covered with flowers and trees.
The owner pours his heart and passion into this place and it shows (especially his passion for landscaping). He helped us get set, provided vendor contact information since we weren’t from in town. He even provided a small building filled with decorations that we could use from tables to signage and anything you could need, all for no extra charge and it saved us so much money and time!
There are tons of well thought through areas to customize your day including multiple “get ready” rooms and building spaces and both indoor and outdoor seating areas.
We didn’t budget to have some big beautiful wedding but the compliments we receive are endless and the photos are to die for.
If you are looking for natural beauty and an unforgettable wedding, this is it!

oking for a small family run business this is your place. Hyman was present the majority of the time for anything that we needed and was extremely helpful. He also has a little cabin with FREE wedding decorations you can use in the wedding venue. Definitely put this on your list for places to see. He even has multiple venue spaces to look at.

esn’t feel quite right given how nice it is). Hyman, the owner of the venue, is very kind and responds to questions in a timely manner. He is also an amazing landscaper so the venue has amazing gardening all through out. The venue can hold a large amount of people, but I believe there is a smaller venue for more intimate weddings as well.
The reception area has two fire places as well as patio heaters for chilly nights. A small kitchen with two refrigerators and a bar area. The venue also has speakers and microphones that can be moved to the ceremony sites.

ut so much hard work into being there when we needed and helped make this space clean for our perfect day! He also put so much detail into the wood work and the tables he has made all by hand! I 10/10 would recommend this location for any wedding or small! They made our wedding day perfect just by letting us use this location. The price point was outstanding we are a young couple so finding a venue took me months but we found Valley oaks and it was perfect from price range down to the placement of the dressing room suite doors!
