We stayed here after our local wedding for our wedding night, and it was such a treat! They gave us a late check-out time since it was our wedding night, which was very much appreciated. Just nice, clean, and quiet - the perfect way to relax and unwind after our busy day. Thank you!
We had never stayed here before and decided to splurge for the wedding night. Worth every penny! The lady who set up our reservation was an absolute sweetheart. My husband talked to her ahead of time and told her it was our wedding night, so when a suite came open she upgraded us! It was, hands down, the nicest hotel room I have ever stayed in. We got dinner and breakfast from room service and it was prompt, hot, and delicious! We are going to try and stay here for our anniversary next year!
We stayed in the Casanova Suite for our wedding night. It is a very spacious room with a nice, big jacuzzi tub (more than enough room for 2 people in there). The room met my expectations and was perfect for our wedding night. My complaint is about the check in time. I needed to be at my venue at 4:30 and the standard check-in time is 4. Before reserving, I called to see if an earlier check-in time could be arranged and the customer service reps said it wouldn't be a problem, so I requested a 3pm check-in. However, when I called on the day of at 2:30 to see if it was ready, and it was not because the people who reserved it for the previous night had a late checkout package (I knew when I reserved the room that it was booked for the previous night, but was not told they had a late checkout). As it turned out, I didn't get to check in until 4, which put me in a tight spot for getting to the venue.
They made my wedding day awesome! I didn't have to worry about a thing! Their wedding coordinator Laurie was especially helpful. They catered our dinner which was actually a breakfast buffet (delish!). The keg prices and corkage fees were pretty spendy, but we saved a lot on other things.
At least its on the river!
I stayed here for two nights. The night before the wedding with my bridesmaids and the night of with my husband. The room was fantastic and we had great service the whole time we were there!
