Depending on the season, you can be treated to a celebration on the farm or at their sister venue, which is a winery. FIve generations of the Strother family have presided over Valley View Farm. They produce artisanal foods and craft beverages, believing in the importance of authenticity. The farm is open between March and October, and members of the public are invited to pick their own fruit from the orchards. Also featured on the grounds are a cidery, meadery, and vineyards. The farm market features premium beverages and hand-crafted art and furniture. As well as beautiful settings for your wedding day celebrations, Valley View Farm also offers convenient on-site lodging. They can stay overnight in the 18th century Simpers Retreat House, which includes a kitchen and enough space for 14 guests. The dining and living rooms are comfortable, homey spaces in which you are able to mingle with your loved ones and reminisce. To heighten the rustic charm of your day, you and your new spouse can take a hayride around the farm and take one-of-a-kind photos. A roaring bonfire provides the perfect opportunity to toast some marshmallows with your nearest and dearest. The farm stretches over 500 acres, for a spacious retreat from your everyday life. There are countless photo opportunities, with the beautiful surroundings acting as a backdrop. You are invited to stay at the farm for multiple days if you want to extend your celebrations.
