We're so happy we chose Valleybrook for our wedding. They helped us plan every step. Tracey is great and always quick with a call back. The food was delicious and they set up my decorations exactly as I wanted them. The attendants on the day of were so sweet and on the ball with whatever we needed. We definitely recommend Valleybrook!

Our wedding was 10/5/18 with about 150 guests. We had both the ceremony and reception at Valleybrook, and I cannot begin to explain how AMAZING everyone at Valleybrook Country Club was in making my day the best it could be! This goes especially for events coordinator - Tracey, and her assistant -Sara. They were quick to respond to any questions I had during planning, and when it came to the day of the wedding, they went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. Our ceremony started at 5:30pm, but my bridesmaids and I took advantage of their huge bridal dressing room starting at 11:30am. When we arrived there were mimosas and snacks waiting! Sara and Tracey would pop in every now and then to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves. It meant the world to us to have a place to all hang out and get ready beforehand. When it came to the ceremony, Tracey was vital in making sure everyone knew their places. Our friend was performing the ceremony (his first one), and Tracey was there to guide him and make sure the legal documents were covered as well. During the reception Tracey and Sara would check in with us to make sure we had drinks and everything was going well, and the ENTIRE STAFF was SUPER friendly and accommodating! I had more than several of my guests come up and say how impressed with the staff they were. I would also highly recommend getting the "After Party" at Rileys Pub. Everyone loved that, after the reception was finished, no one had to scramble to find a bar to keep going. We could all just wander into Riley's and keep the party going! I can't rave enough about how wonderful our experience was with Valleybrook Country Club!!!! Thank you all for making our day one that my husband and I, as well as our guests, will never forget!

This place exceeded all of our expectations! The staff was amazing! They made our special day memorable! Tracey and Sara were amazing to work with. They made wedding planning not stressful!

I cannot say enough about how amazing Valleybrook was for our big day!!! Unfortunately we had some rainy weather but the staff made sure that this didn’t put a damper on anything! From the moment we booked we felt right at home with Tracey. She truly is an expert at what she does and makes sure that you feel like family at Valleybrook! She always responded to my emails and questions quickly no matter how big or small and made sure that every detail was perfect and exactly how we pictured it! The day of we arrived a few hours prior to the ceremony to do our first look and like many brides would be I was a little bummed by the weather that we were having, but Tracey put my mind at ease, told me I didn’t have to make a decision just yet and we would see what the weather did. We started our pictures and our concierge, Sarah helped make sure everything ran smoothly! Her and the staff brought us our umbrellas Incase the rain picked up and she attended to our needs all night long!! She was amazing and any bride and groom are lucky to have her! We ultimately moved the ceremony inside but I can’t even put into words how beautiful the staff made the room look!!! It was perfect in every way, they transformed it quickly back to the reception space when the ceremony was over and we partied all night long! I will forever recommend Tracey, her staff and Valleybrook to anyone who asks!

My husband and I got married at Valleybrook on 2/10/18. We met Tracey, toured the venue, and immediately knew that Valleybrook would be the perfect venue for our wedding. From day one Tracey was sooo helpful. She was available by phone, email, and answered any and all questions that we had. We booked our wedding with just 6 months to plan but Tracey made the process so easy and stress-free! In the month before the wedding it was no problem for me to meet with Tracey to review and discuss the final details. Another reason why I loved Valleybrook is because the venue came with so many nice additions - center piece options, lighting at the windows, table numbers, a bridal suite, and more! Our wedding day was perfect. The staff was so accommodating, Tracey and her team are AMAZING, and anything that we needed or wanted, it was taken care of right away. Our guests to this day still tell us how much they loved the food and the venue! In planning our wedding, my husband and I wanted to have a nice wedding but didn't want to break the bank at the same time. Valleybrook gave us exactly what we wanted - a beautiful wedding that fit our budget.

The venue is the most important part of your wedding, and we are SO GLAD that we chose Valleybrook!! We visited a ton of places, and the one thing that made Valleybrook stand out was Tracey Mullin. After visiting with her, Valleybrook became the measuring stick for all the other venues, and in the end none of them stacked up. Once we booked our day, Tracey was constantly in contact, answering questions, offering advice, and reminding us of small details that often go forgotten. The day of the wedding was perfect. We have received countless compliments on the venue itself, the food (which was delicious!) and THE STAFF. Every single staff member was amazing, attentive, friendly, and wonderful. They even took care of all the decorations for the reception while we were busy getting ready. It could not have been a better day and we cannot thank Valleybrook enough for being such a huge reason for it!!

I had my reception at Valleybrook on June 9, 2018. My husband and I were taken care of, as well as our guests. They did an amazing job setting everything up and it was even better than I could have imagined! The staff were on top of everything and were so sweet! Everything was perfect!

My husband and I were married at Valleybrook this past Sunday! We met with Tracey 2 1/2 years ago. From the moment we met her, Tracey's warmth and love were front and center. We had a very modest budget that 2 other vendors told us was "too low". Tracey worked with us to give us the wedding of our dreams. She put up with my neurotic emails the entire time. She made us feel completely at ease. Any issues that came up, she was on top of. Any questions I had, she answered quickly. The day our wedding was hot and humid. Our ceremony was supposed to be outside but the Thursday before we told Tracey we'd like it moved indoors because the weather report was calling for rain. She didn't bat an eye. The day of the wedding the ballroom was set up for our ceremony and it looked beautiful. The staff had to then switch everything over to the reception quickly. They did and it was everything we wanted and more. They completely set everything up from decor to flowers. We didn't have to lift a finger. We told them what we wanted and gave them a picture of the flower arrangements and they did them. It saved our wedding party and us from having to stress out about it. The food was AMAZING, the drinks were great and her team did a great job with having so many people in that room. I would also like to say, as a gay couple, you never know what kind of reaction you are going to get from people. Shawn and I never felt awkward or like we were being judged by anyone at Valleybrook. I mean, why should we feel different. We are two people pledging our love and lives to each other. That's exactly how it was handled and I hope more people are as welcoming as those at Valleybrook. Tracey even adjusted to calling us a Wedding Party instead of a Bridal Party, which may not seem like a big deal but to us it was. We are so thankful to Tracey and everyone at Valleybrook for making our day so special. We will definitely be back their for our 1st Anniversary. We highly recommend them for their attention to detail, accessibility, food, ambience and service. Tracey - you are a Godsend and now part of our crazy Mooney-Todd family! My fairytale wedding came true thanks to Valleybrook Country Club, Tracey Mullin and Staff. We originally planned for the ceremony to be outside, but due to bad weather we had to switch it to be inside the ballroom. I was so upset about the change and Tracey made sure that it was perfectly decorated. It was breath taking. It was so romantic, I don't think I would have gotten the fairytale feel outside like I did inside. The food was amazing and the staff was the best! I have had numerous guests tell me how great they were. It was really cold outside and Jenna was out there making sure we had anything we needed during photos. Anytime we needed something throughout the night she was on top of it and always made sure my husband and I had a drink in hand :) They set everything up and took it all down. We didn't have to do anything except enjoy our special day. I could literally go on and on about Valleybrook. The beauty, the food, the staff, the hard work. They make all of your dreams come true. If you vision it, they will do whatever it takes to make it reality. Thank you so much Tracey Mullin for helping my loooooong awaited fairytale become a reality for me. Our wedding was May 11, 2018. It was the greatest day of our lives. Tracey and her staff at Valley Brook Country Club were amazing. They were so attentive to every detail and any request we had throughout the entire process. I would recomed Valley Brook to anyone looking to get married.

PERFECTION!! I recently had my wedding reception at Valleybrook and my husband and I loved it! From the very beginning Tracey was there helping us figure out any details to help make our planning process smooth. She made us both feel at ease the entire year we were planning and as soon as the day came it was like a dream come true. Every decoration I brought or told them I wanted was in our dining room or on the porch for cocktail hour. I never once worried about a thing and as soon as I saw my vision come to life I was blown away. The food was so delicious at cocktail hour and our dinner buffet but I learned the following day that the biggest hit was our waffle bar for dessert...AMAZING. Definitely worth the extra money! The staff was so quick to help my husband and I with anything we needed. I never had to ask for food or a drink because somehow it was always in my hand. The staff did everything with a smile on their face like they could not wait to help you. I am so happy I chose Valleybrook to host my wedding. Everything was absolutely beautiful. From the pictures on the golf course, to cocktail hour, to dinner, and dancing. I had the best time ever and wish I could relive that day over and over again. Definitely go to all of their bridal shows as well! My husband and I won a few prizes while we were there and that helped us save money along the way! All in all, everything was perfect. Tracey was so helpful the entire time, the staff was incredible, and the decor was stunning. Valleybrook 10 out of 10!!

Everyone at Valleybrook made our wedding day super special! Tracey and her team are amazing. They thought about everything! Anytime I contacted her, she was quick to respond and was always there for me. I am so happy that I chose Valleybrook and I would chose them 100 times over again!!!

We had the best experience ever. I could not ask for a better day. Everything looked amazing, the staff was excellent. We have had no complaints at all from any of our guests. They all raved how good the food was and how quick they were to come around with the appetizers at cocktail hour. My day was absolutely perfect. The dessert bar and ice cream bar was amazing. I cannot say enough about Tracy her and her staff really shine. We had been to a few venues but when we went to view valleybrook, Tracey was so awesome. You can tell she truly loves her job and wants to work with the bride and groom. She was absolutely the best to work with, I'm actually going to miss her.

Everything was awesome! The staff were great with everyone and got whatever anyone needed. The food was out of this world, everyone I have talked to can't stop talking about it. Tracey and her staff went above and beyond throughout the whole planning process and during the wedding, even with the rain on the day of the wedding. We cant thank everyone enough for all the hard work making our wedding day the best day ever!

I would recommend this venue to any & everyone. Their prices were better than other country clubs and yet I still felt like we were treated like royalty. Tracy and Jenna took care of every detail I would have never even considered. The food was delicious and they even changed a few things per our request. The venue was perfect and they set up our tables beautifully. 5 stars for everything.

I got married at Valleybrook on March 10, 2018. My wedding went so smooth because of Tracey and her team. The bridal suite was perfect, the food was great, drinks were great, the fire pit was awesome especially with our cigar bar set up out there, and the room set up was gorgeous. I could not have asked for a better location for my wedding and I couldn't have asked for a better team to help set up for it. I will forever recommend engaged couples to Valleybrook.

I honestly don't even know where to begin. Tracey is an absolute rock star. I had four million questions about some ofnthe most ridiculous things. She answered every single question. She calmed any nerves I had with ease. She knows what she is doing for sure. Any snafoos that happened Tracey and her team handled. During rehearsal the team was awesome. One of our groomsmen were stuck in traffic so Melissa took his place so rehearsal wasmt held up any. A few items arose at rehearsal and Tracey and Melissa handled them with great care. I honestly cannot say enough ABSOLUTELY AMAZING things about Tracey, Melissa and the rest of the Valleybrook wedding team.

Tracey and her staff at Valleybrook, truly know how to put a wedding together. Tracey and her assistant Emily were there to help with our rehearsal and day of ceremony and go over any questions we had. Then our captain for the evening of the wedding / reception, Mariah and her crew were absolutely amazing! There was never a moment me or my husband had to go get a drink from the bar. She took us through the buffet line before everyone else and made sure we were enjoying everything. We had a waffle bar which was a hit and something I highly recommend. Also all serving staff from bartenders to food staff, to drink runners were absolutely amazing. I have received so many comments about the amazingness of Tracey and her staff. I would recommend Valleybrook over and over again, I can't say enough good things about them.

Where to begin?! We got married at Valleybrook on 09/15/17 and it was wonderful! Their staff is incredible, very helpful, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Special shout out to Haleigh, Emily, and Nav who made our day run extra smoothly. Tracey, the event coordinator, was so great. We loved her! The ballroom, cocktail hour space, golf course, fire pit, and ceremony set up were all decorated beautifully and the food was delicious. Out of all the venues we looked at, this one definitely gives you the most bang for your buck. The only issues I had, though slight, were that there was supposed to be a dress steamer provided in the bridal suite and it wasn’t there and I wasn’t told until the day of my wedding so one of my bridesmaids had to go buy a steamer last minute. The AC in the bridal suite was not very strong and with 10-12 girls in there it got pretty hot pretty fast. Lastly, we were told when we booked the venue a year ago that the arch over the aisle would either be taken out entirely or raised by the time my wedding rolled around and it wasn’t so out Best man and maid of honor both had to duck under it order to walk down the aisle. We also had each groomsman escort 2 girls and 3 people can’t fit through that arch at once. In the grand scheme of everything those were minor inconveniences, but I do feel they were worth mentioning. Overall, we were very happy with Valleybrook and its staff and would absolutely recommend them.

First of all I just want to say that Tracey and the staff sold the place. They are all so friendly, so eager to make your day special and what you want with no strings attached. It is extremely hard to find a place like that. As far as our wedding night, it was amazing. The room looked beautiful, it was everything I asked for, the food was amazing. Our guest have said nothing but good things about the venue. The staff said they were short the night of our wedding and we would have never known if they didn't tell us. Thank you!

Our wedding at Valleybrook on 7/21/17 was absolutely perfect! I had no doubt it would be great, as Tracey was a wonderful and reliable coordinator, but the level of service throughout the night of our wedding was beyond fantastic. People always tell you not to worry - that something will go wrong the night of your wedding - but literally everything was perfect, and if it wasn't, they did a fantastic job of smoothing it over! We had two attendants throughout the evening who were absolutely wonderful. They were kind, attentive, and always had a smile on their face. Neither I nor my husband wanted for anything the entire night, from drinks to food to information regarding the flow of events, and even after the wedding was over, they were still incredibly helpful - and patient! - getting my guests over to the after party at Riley's pub (which I also highly recommend doing if your guests want to keep partying!). I truly cannot say enough great things about this venue and the people who work here. All I wanted for my wedding was not to go into huge amounts of debt and for all of our guests (myself and husband included!) to have an amazing time. Valleybrook fulfilled that wish for me and SO much more. We came back from our honeymoon two weeks later and our friends and family were still talking about how much fun they had! We were lucky to book during a special they were having, and I cannot believe the amount and quality of food, drinks, and service we got for the price. After getting married here, it blows my mind that anyone would go elsewhere and spend more than double the money! You will certainly pay more at other venues (pretty much every other place in the area), but you will not get better, kinder, more attentive service anywhere else, especially not at such a value. Even if money was no option, if I could do it all over again, I'd still do it at Valleybrook! I cannot thank everyone at Valleybrook enough for giving me, my husband, my family, and my friends the most perfect, fun, amazing night to celebrate our marriage! From the moment we walked into Valleybrook to meet and discuss wedding packages to the day of our wedding, my husband and I were always made to feel welcome and special. The staff is incredible and extremely accommodating. Tracey was beyond amazing! Extremely glad we chose Valleybrook for our wedding. My husband and I's top priority for this event was to stay within budget and thanks to Tracey for making that possible. She is truly exceptional! Since we were planning our special day from out of state Tracey made the entire process as easy as possible and was very accommodating to our schedule. I can't say enough good things about her! The professionalism is also seen throughout the entire staff. On the day of the event my husband and I were assisted by Emily. She was great! At times I felt like she was reading my mind and knew exactly what I needed without having to ask. The space was great, food was excellent (wish I would have asked for a to-go plate), and the cake that was made by Isgro's Bakery in South Philly was out of this world (included in package). Overall a great experience!

Valleybrook was the best decision we could have EVER made. Tracey our coordinator, was great to work with. Anything we asked for we got and then some. 9 months of wedding planning can be stressful. Emails and phone calls were done on a weekly basis and always received an immediate response. Frequent changes are always made during this time and Valleybrook was very accomendating, even up until the day of the wedding. We thought it couldn't get any better... until the day of the wedding. The entire staff was great! We received nothing but compliments about the beautiful venue and how much of a good time our guests had. We couldn't have done it without the help of Valleybrook! Our daughters wedding was 12/30/16 and Valleybrook did an amazing job. We were so very happy with everything. Tracey was so wonderful to work with and she was a big help with all of our questions. We also had a bridal brunch there and that was wonderful. Every one the are so professional. And the food is so delicious. Thank you for a great exsperience and a great wedding!!

WOW!!! I hope I have enough room to write all of the great things I want to write about ValleyBrook Country Club and the staff. Starting from our first email to schedule a tour of the room with Tracey, to walking out of the building after an amazing 5 hours of dancing, eating and drinking. We had the best times of our lives, celebrating our wedding on 11/12/16. Tracey and her staff really are the selling points, each and every one of them will go above and beyond what you ever could've thought you'd want in your wedding, and make it come true. Tracey allowed us to come to the room for multiple visits to decide on centerpieces, decorations, lighting, table arrangements and so on. She was always reachable by email and had more than a few amazing ideas to share with us. She helped us make our dream wedding possible... for a very reasonable price. My guests could not stop raving about the cocktail hour apps and the stations dinner. All of the food was phenomenal! All of Tracey's preferred vendors that she suggests were really wonderful as well. Tracey and staff were always so helpful, especially the day of our wedding. Our captain for the night Emily, was incredibly kind and really dedicated to making sure that we enjoyed our experience. At one point she got new pens for our guestbook, when the ones I brought did not work out. The wait staff, bartenders, coat check person, and chefs were all so friendly and made our experience out of this world. I couldn't imagine celebrating our wedding anywhere else!

Tracey and team were great throughout the entire planning process! It's not easy to plan a wedding with a baby but I felt like Tracey was there for me every step of the way. The weather was unfortunately uncooperative but the ballroom was transformed into a beautiful site for my ceremony. Our entire experience at Valleybrook was great! I am still "in Awe" of how my Wedding day turned out at Valley Brook Country Club. I booked my wedding over a year and a half ago and from day one Tracey was amazing. Quickly answers any questions or concerns that you have leading up to the wedding. She was and is literally the best! The day of went perfectly our "Personal Concierge" Emily was by our side the entire day! As much as I wanted to worry about something there was nothing to worry about, Decorations, Cake, Cocktail hour, and ceremony site were on point. Tracey came down to check on me told me not to worry about anything. No worrying was what I was told and they were right!! They had everything under control! The ceremony Great!! The reception even Better!!! Emily was by our side the entire night! If we wanted or needed something she was there!! Drinks, food, cake! She was there! At one point my husband said he was right by the bar talking to someone and Emily came up to him "Can I get something for you? A drink?" he says "Its ok Emily, I got it I'm right here" she says "No, No, No, that's what I'm here for, you keep talking and I'll get your drink!" My husband says to me Emily was so nice wasn't she? I said "She was Amazing we never needed or wanted for anything the entire day!" I have not had one complaint about the food!! Appetizers, Chicken Marsala, Bistro Steak and Spinach stuffed Sole all Great meals that's all I hear. "The food was great!" "We had a Great night at your Wedding!" And I say "Wasn't it!" Best Day Ever is all I can say! After the wedding the staff put everything back in the boxes and everything was ready for us to pick it up when we got back. We didn't even need to load anything the staff helped with that as well! Tracey is/was the Best Events Director! She makes Valley Brook a Great place to go! (She deserved that new office) I will never choose another Venue for anything Valley Brook Country Club will always be my #1 Choice! Valley Brook Country Club will always be my recommendation!!!!

I just got married at Valleybrook County Club Saturday 10-01-2016 and I am still on cloud 9 with how amazing everything went! Tracey really is like your own personal wedding planner! Valleybrook really did make my dream wedding a reality! They took my wine theme wedding and really blew my and my guests minds with the decorating! From the food, staff, and just overall attention to detail Valleybrook exceeded all of our expectations! I even forgot my purse at the end of the night and the next morning they sent a picture of it to my Mom and had that and all my other decorations waiting for me so neatly put away the next morning! The staff quickly dropped what they were doing and helped me and my family load the car up without any hesitations, even though they were so busy setting up for the next wedding. They really make you feel special. I have tons of stories of how Valleybrook really went above and beyond for me and my husband! If your looking for a beautiful venue which accommodates all your needs and is really about the bride and the groom, yet very affordable, I highly recommend Valleybrook!!!! :)

We got married at ValleyBrook in August 2016. With only 6mos to plan our big day after cancelling our destination wedding Tracy M. was amazing. Always had an absolute positive and very professional attitude everytime we called to ask questions, her opinion on things and make changes on linens colors etc... The day of the wedding my husband and I were treated like King and Queen by Tracy, Emily and our maitre d. We never had an empty glass and every request and wishes were granted. Our experience with ValleyBrook was truly superb and our day was beyond memorable and wonderful.

My husband and I had our wedding at Valleybrook Country Club on 9/10/16 and it was perfect ! Tracey and her staff go above and beyond. Tracey was so helpful and responded right away when I had a question or needed advice. We received nothing but compliments from our guests on the food and service. Dayle was so helpful the days leading up to the wedding, she even stopped over the morning of the wedding to pick up some decorations that I forgot to bring the night before. Dominique and Jim were excellent ! They took great care of my husband and I all day. Thank you to everyone at Valleybrook for making our wedding the best day!

My husband and I had our ceremony and reception at Valleybrook on July 2, 2016 and it was perfect! It was hard enough planning a wedding in New Jersey while living in Florida, but Tracey put all my worries at ease. Anytime I had a question she quickly responded and helped me figure things out all along the 18 months we planned. When we couldn’t schedule our rehearsal for the Thursday before our wedding because my husband and some of his groomsmen are in the Navy and wouldn’t make it into town in time, Tracey did everything she could to accommodate us, so that we could have our rehearsal Friday night (even though she had another wedding reception going on at the same time). The day of our wedding we got to see the reception space all set up before the ceremony began and we were absolutely blown away! Everything was set up exactly how I had asked and the room looked more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. Tracey is truly an expert at what she does. We got nothing but compliments from all of our guests on everything from the ceremony and reception space to the food and the wait staff. I am so thankful for Tracey, Tara, and the entire staff at Valleybrook for helping make our day amazing!

Our wedding was 7/9/16. Booking our wedding with Valleybrook a month after our engagement was a no brainer. Tracey was phenomenal to plan with- she stops at NOTHING to make her brides happy! Valleybrook was so accommodating, I remained a stress-free bride during our entire two year engagement. On the day of , I was blown away- the food was delicious (our guests are still talking about the Chilean Sea Bass,) the room & grounds were absolutely beautiful, & the attentiveness of their staff was above & beyond exceptional. Our day was a perfect fairytale. I will miss working with Tracey as she genuinely shared our excitement & joy leading up to our BIG day!

Absolutely a great place to have a wedding. The location,event coordinator,Tracey Mullen and her staff will not disappoint . The food and beverage service are an excellent value. My daughter chose to have the ceremony and reception at Valleybrook. We were there all day with flower vendors, hair and makeup vendors , and we were welcomed in every part of the club like it was our own home. If you are a future bride, I urge you to go this venue and talk to Tracey. We had 200 guests ,and all were pleased and impressed with the Valleybrook venue. Thank you Tracy and staff!!

Our wedding say was absolutely perfect and it was because of Tracey and her staff! We literally worried about nothing the whole day! Whatever we needed, was already done. We were able to drop off our decorations 5 days before the wedding. The Valleybrook staff set up the reception area and the cocktail hour area for us. This is one of the most organized and flexible venues I have ever been to. Valleybrook is such a beautiful venue.We highly recommend this venue !

Absolutely everything about this venue was fabulous! Tracey is the heart of the place, and she will work with you in every was possible. We had our ceremony on the pavilion, which was so nice. They have a wonderful cocktail hour area, a firepit outside, and a beautiful ballroom. The cake is included, and was awesome. They were perfect both in setting everything up, and in taking it down and loading our cars afterwards. The food was great, especially the appetizers. Highly recommend!!!

Top notch venue at an affordable price. After looking at a bunch of venues in the area my wife and I knew that Valleybrook was the place for us. From the moment we contacted Tracey she was friendly and willing to work within our budget. The venue has so much potential and is truly what you make of it. Not to mention the packages offered are affordable and awesome. Tracey has such a great vision and any idea you bring her way she is able to work with. She is always willing to take your ideas and bring them to life. So in reality not only do you get a beautiful wedding venue for either your ceremony, reception or both but you also get your own wedding coordinator in a sense. All of the guests at our wedding absolutely loved all the food(we went buffet with a served salad) which never ran out and the top shelf open bar was a huge hit. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone. So save yourself some stress and make your wedding day truly one to remember at Valleybrook.

ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE!! We had the wedding of our dreams at Valleybrook on May 7th and it was incredible!! I highly recommend this venue and I encourage all brides and grooms who are reading this to stop their venue search and book with Valleybrook because it’s the perfect venue!! Our wedding day was AMAZING, everything ran so smoothly – not a single thing went wrong, no mishaps, nothing! They are wedding EXPERTS – and if we had to do it all over again we 100% would go with Valleybrook. Tracey, Tara and the staff at Valleybrook are so helpful and patient. We booked our wedding about 2 years in advance, and Tracey was so helpful in establishing a timeline for when things had to be done: ex, our tasting, linen selection, etc., and when I e-mailed with questions she always replied quickly – so helpful! We had our rehearsal there the day before, and Tracey did a run through of the ceremony with our bridal party. The day of our wedding we used the bridal suite to get ready – and she set up the room with extra chairs for us to get ready! During the ceremony and reception Tracey and her staff were available if we needed anything at all! At one point after the ceremony I actually had Tracey and Tara bustle my dress because I couldn’t find my maid of honor/Mom to do it – talk about being there every step of the way!!! We used Valleybrook’s preferred vendors – SEK productions for DJ/lighting, Always Beautiful Florists – Stella for flowers, Douglas Photographics, and Priceless Photo Booths. I think this was also key to making our day a success – all of these vendors know each other/work with each other on a regular basis and work seamlessly together. Again, if we had to do it all over, we would pick Valleybrook in a heart beat and we would use all of the same vendors!!! Five stars!!!

Valleybrook was perfect for what my husband and I wanted for our wedding this past January. I was looking for a venue that provided the food, alcohol, and a cake instead of going to an outside caterer. Tracey was immediately engaging when we first met her and she always seemed to be excited for the fact that we were getting married. We were able to have a food tasting before booking the venue which I know is not regularly the case. It was no problem to make a few menu changes and all of her recommendations for other professionals were spot on. We employed a photographer and DJ whom she has worked with often which also helped the night to run smoothly. Tracey even went out two days before the wedding to purchase different candles for the centerpieces (they put them together!) because she thought they would last longer. The staff that night was attentive and made sure the bridal party had everything it needed. My husband and I had opted to eat during cocktail hour so we could see everyone while they were sitting and they made sure it happened without a problem. For all of my indecisiveness Tracey made suggestions that I usually took . I didn't hear a bad word about the food, the atmosphere, or the venue and I've already recommended it to several people.

I would recommend Valleybrook over and over again! We had our rehearsal dinner, ceremony, and reception all at Valleybrook and it was amazing. Tracey is so wonderful and sweet, and always answered my emails in a timely manner. I never had a problem getting in touch or setting up a time to meet and discuss the planning. The value was incredible - we actually saved money having the wedding on NYE, and they also included some NYE accessories like hats and noise makers. They decorated the venue so beautifully and really captured what I had pictured. The wait staff was incredibly helpful and friendly - especially Jim and Hailey worked very hard to keep us accommodated and make sure everything went smoothly. I very much felt that we got what we paid for. We were on a budget but with Valleybrook we still got everything we wanted, and more! We were always greeted with a smile and I never had worries that something was going to go wrong, which was very nice considering what a stressful time it is planning a wedding!!

I cannot rave enough about my big day. We viewed a ton of venues before and after touring Valleybrook, but something always stuck in my head about them which brought me back to book them. Tracey and her staff are more than amazing and the welcoming environment and beautiful setting were the main factors in our decision. From the day we booked, up until our wedding day, Tracey was nothing short of amazing. I dropped everything off a few nights before the wedding, but her staff needed no guidance in setting up the wedding of my dreams. My girls and I used the bridal suite the day of and it comfortably accomodated all 12 of us. Tracey and her staff set the room up for hair and makeup with no hesitation. The day of, they didn't ask me a single question on how I wanted things set up and they didn't have to because they took my vision and made it 1000x better than I could have ever imagined. They worked seamlessly with my other vendors and honestly couldn't have made our day go any smoother or more perfect. I am so beyond satisfied with them and would recommend them 1000x times over to any bride. Thank you so much to Tracey and everyone at Valleybrook that made our day the best day of our lives!!!

I recently had my wedding at Valleybrook and I can not express enough gratitude to Tracey and her staff. My entire wedding was flawless because of her. Our wedding was moved up a whole year due to my mothers illness, so we only had 8 months to plan. Tracey and Tara made me feel like there was nothing in the world to worry about, they were going to take care of it. They aways made time for me when my son and I frequently and randomly just dropped in on her, never making me feel like I was an inconvenience to her. Not to mention the friend she made in my son. They worked with any ideas I had and always kept in touch throughout the process. I can not say enough about the staff at Valleybrook. Everything was beyond my expectations and I owe it all to Tracey and her team. She was truely a blessing in my life when I needed it most!

My wife and I got married at Valleybrook on a Friday night. We had listed 114 guests ( you must include you and your spouse, vendors, etc ). It was absolutely PERFECT. Tracey and her team are the BEST to work with. They handled every single detail and everything flowed wonderfully. They had a complete back up plan for if it rains and the ceremony must be done inside. ( We just finished our outside ceremony with 5 minutes to spare before an awful storm hit! ) This was the first and only venue we visited, as we were sucked in immediately by Tracey and her staff. The grounds are STUNNING, and you have full access for all of the pictures you wish to take. Their staff waited on us hand and foot, all day and all night. The only negative thing I must say is that there is only 1 bridal suite. As we had 2 brides it made it very difficult for us both to get ready without seeing one another. Yes, I know same sex marriage is a new thing and not many venues are prepared to take on two brides. So there were no hurt feelings about it, just made it a bit stressful for our wedding party. Tracey made my wife and I's wedding planning go so smooth, I emailed her all of the time with all of my questions and she always answered and helped me through every single detail. Our guests RAVED about the food, I was so worried that the food wouldn't be as good as when we taste tested... But I did not receive one negative comment about the food, and my friends and family are very vocal when they don't like things. All in all we had a perfect wedding day thanks to Valleybrook and their wonderful staff.

My wedding was just here last weekend and I couldn't have imagined it anywhere else. Tracey and Tara handled everything that day so that I did not have to worry about anything. They set up everything exactly the way I wanted it. They didn't even care when I went to go look and be nosy. They let us come early so my girls and I all got ready there. The ceremony was set up perfect. They didn't mind when our photographer ran a little late. The food was amazing. Tracey even worked with the couple of guests that had food allergies to get them what they needed. Everyone should look into Valleybrook when you are getting married. They will bend over backwards for you to make your day perfect.

My husband and I were married on August 15, 2015 and couldn't be happier with our decision to have our cocktail hour and reception at Valleybrook Country Club. Tracey, the events manager, was so great to work with. From the decor to choosing the food and drinks, she made planning our special day so easy! She even helped us select our videographer and DJ! My husband and I had met with a few other managers at different venues and Tracey was by far the most genuine and kind. She really wants to make your wedding day the day you have been dreaming about. The staff was so friendly and attentive the day of and the food and drinks tasted amazing! Our guests are still raving about it! I would highly recommend Valleybrook for your wedding! You won't be disappointed!

This place was incredible. Their price was very reasonable, but their service way outdid what we expected. I realize that the lady who helped us does this for her job, as well as the cook, servers, and all others who contributed from Valleybrook Country Club. However they were so sensitive, compassionate, patient, accommodating, caring, and helpful. We recognize that Tracey had so many weddings and events to plan for. Yet she was very prompt and remembered our names each time we came to the site. When we had a small problem on our end the day of, Tracey and her staff took care of it and left us to worry about nothing. It was taken care of at ease. This place is fantastic. Our highly professional photographer, who shoots many weddings a year said he has rarely seen a place give the bride and groom so much access on the golf field for pictures. They were top notch for a very reasonable price.

We used Valleybrook for our ceremony (outside gazebo area) and reception. Tracey and her team were amazing at helping us bring our wedding dreams into reality. They took the time to listen to our plans and then implemented everything with ease. Our guest have raved about how good the food tasted, the beauty of the grounds and the politeness of staff. We count it a blessing to have Valleybrook to host of our August 8th wedding. Value for the cost, quality service and Tracey's professionalism made this the prefect venue for such a special day.

So let me start off by saying that I am a hospitality major and I work in the industry so I take reviews very seriously and this is how I found Valleybrook. All of the reviews that I read were great and made me want to do a site tour. When we first contacted Tracey we were worried about our budget. Tracey, however, was the only person willing to work with our budget and seemed the most helpful. We were very glad with our choice! Tracey is seriously the best, hand down! I had a few dilemmas due to the storm on June 23,2015, our wedding was on June 26, and Tracey was there to help keep me calm and to even put together a last minute rehearsal dinner the day before the wedding. This was all done with only a days notice with no issues at all! The service the day of the actual wedding itself was phenomenal! Andrew was our maître d and he was very attentive the entire night. The venue was beautiful, the food was great, and the service was awesome! Thank you Tracey and the rest of the Valleybrook Team for doing such an amazing job!

I had the BEST experience at Valleybrook and a good part of this is due to Tracey. We had our reception here and the ceremony at a church. From the start, Tracey was extremely attentive and met each of my needs and concerns. She also was sooo accommodating. When I met her, she was why I chose this venue over another venue I almost booked. The whole process was smooth. We were given many options for food selection, decorations, etc. They had beautifully set up all the decorations I brought in and actually made them look more beautiful than I had imagined. They never once told me they couldn't do something for me. Additionally, the place was just beautiful for what we were looking for. We didn't necessarily want a "country club" at first but still wanted a beautiful place with beautiful grounds and awesome staff and somehow felt right at home here. The night of, Andrew and Ashley took SUCH good care of us. Always offering us food and drinks and taking care of our every needs. They made the night go perfectly and all my worries went out the window. I would definitely recommend Valleybrook to future brides who aren't looking to spend a fortune but still want that perfect dream-come-true wedding.

We just got married at Valleybrook on 7/19/2015 and we couldn't be happier! Tracey and her staff are Wonderful! Tracey was such a pleasure to work with and she helped us ensure that every detail of our Wedding was perfect. We even moved our Wedding date up 3 months and Valleybrook accommodated us with no Issues! It was 95 degrees the day of our Wedding so we decided last minute to move our ceremony inside. I cannot begin to say how incredible Tracey was for us at Valleybrook. My husband and I paid for our wedding ourselves and with him back in school we were on a tight budget and only had 1 date that would work for us in 2 years. I emailed countless places and we saw a bunch of venues (he even came to some) and everyone made us feel bad about having a lower budget. I emailed Tracey and she promptly responded with a "what can I do for you" attitude. I have to admit, I did not want a country club wedding initially, but Tracey single handedly changed our minds. She made us feel welcome when we first met with her and from then on was willing to do anything to make our day special. I was able to e-mail or call with any little questions or concerns I had. I also went down to the venue many times and Tracey would help me imagine how everything would work. The staff, the food, and the ambiance were all incredible! I always am worried about "wedding food" but it was amazing. I think everyone cleared their plates. I was able to bring all of my things for the tables, favors, and decor a few days before and everything was set up perfectly. I think I could go on for about 10 pages ranting about Valleybrook and especially Tracey! She was a key reason our wedding better than we could have ever imagined. I am so glad we chose Valleybrook and would recommend it to anyone!

I had my wedding July 10, 2015. From the day my then fiance and I toured the venue we knew it was the one!! Tracey was one of our main reasons for this. She was extremely attentive and helped us plan our wedding from start to finish on our budget. The day of the wedding we had a few hiccups of our own fault that Tracey took care of flawlessly!! The bridal suite was beautiful and my party had great service..everyone raved about the food also!! All in all the entire staff helped my wedding day go off without a hitch and I am forever grateful!!!

Valleybrook is an amazing and affordable venue to host your wedding. They were so helpful and accommodating. You bring the pieces you want for your centerpiece (and they provide some too), and they do it for you the day of. There is a fire pit, beautiful spots for pictures, a locked bridal suite, beautiful ballroom, and an area for cocktail hour. They were prompt to respond to e-mails, patient with my questions/needs, and tailored the menu/accommodations to our budget and food allergies. The venue price is included in dinner price (saving a lot of money) and we went with a cash bar and the dessert bar instead of specialty cake. We wouldn't have changed a thing!

I recently got married at Valleybrook, and everything was perfect! Tracey and her staff are amazing! The planning process was made so much easier by Tracey, she responded quickly to every question I had, and was so professional during planning and the day of our wedding. We did a lot of extra personal touches for our big day, and Valleybrook accommodated us with everything! It allowed our day to feel even more special. We had lots of rain on our day, however, the guests were constantly complimenting Valleybrook about how seamless everything went. It was the most perfect day, and brides should definitely consider Valleybrook for their wedding!

My friends had gotten married here about two years before we started planning, and highly recommended them. We went for a walkthrough and quote, and the ladies were WONDERFUL and so helpful. They helped us find what we wanted - a low key, classy, fun event with great food and wonderful service, in a beautiful setting, for a fantastic price. They helped us with decorations, set everything up, gave us a bridal suite and a room for the men to get dressed and ready, and everything was so simple, elegant, and beautiful. They did a wonderful job making the day stress free and beautiful. They even helped us find a great DJ and had information about lighting companies and other vendors - even though we didn't use their recommendations, all of the companies they recommended were very professional and great to talk to and would be a pleasure to work with.

My experience at valleybrook country club was amazing. Tracey was super helpful in the entire process. It was like having a wedding coordinator that came with the venue. My planning was so much easier to coordinate with her help. While looking for venues, Jay and I looked on Google to find this diamond in the rough. If your looking for providing convenience to your guest, you can have your ceremony on site and parking included. And you can always come by to enjoy good food at Riley's pub and take up a round of golfing. Back on track, Tracey had us come in before the start of a wedding reception and we fell in love. And to seal the deal, we were able to experience a couple kissing the first time as mr and mrs. We were sold. Every little thing I could think of, whether I applied it to my wedding or not, Tracey came back with the information. We were also able to do a pizza party as the rehearsal dinner to save on moving people after the rehearsal. Just,.super convenient less stress off my shoulders. The staff at my wedding were amazing, even during cocktail hour when the wedding party was it taking pictures, the staff came with drinks and cocktail hr food.so they didn't miss out on anything. Before the start of the ceremony I was able to get a quick glance at all the decorations and they came out wonderful. Everything was wonderful. The food, mashed potato martini bar, the ice cream social, yum yum yum. I have no complaints. There's no other love i can express for all the hard work put into our day. Truly many thanks. If I could do it again I would choose valleybrook country club in a heart beat.

We used Valleybrook for our 5/29/15 wedding. There are really no words to describe how amazing the service was. From the moment we toured the place and first dealt with Tracey we knew this is where we wanted to have our wedding. Tracey worked with out budget and was extremely responsive to every question I emailed her! On the day of everything was perfect! The staff was all amazing and friendly. We dropped off our decorations the day before the wedding to Tracey's assistant Tara and she set the decorations up EXACTLY the way we wanted them even though we had really only given minimal instruction! My husband and I always had a drink in our hands at all time. Ashley even brought us all food while we were outside taking pictures during cocktail hour which was awesome because we were all starving! The service was absolutely awesome and we couldn't have asked for a more perfect wedding experience. Also their service didn't stop there! We went to a local bar after the wedding to continue the celebration and a Maitre D who was now working that night, Andrew, was kind enough to buy myself, my husband, and our entire bridal party a round of drinks to congratulate us! We could not believe how exceptional the staff at Valleybrook was and would absolutely recommend them to anyone as well as use them again for another event. We are more than pleased with our experience!

I loved Valleybrook! Tracey, the coordinator, is very professional and made getting married a very easy and pleasant experience. The place is beautiful and great for taking pictures. The food's good. The staff was helpful. And bridal suite is a hood size. I would recommend the vendor in the future. Good prices.

Our May 1st wedding was everything we could have asked for and then some. Every aspect was perfect, and the food was to die for. I have had so many guest tell me how wonderful the food was and the service. Our glasses were not empty at all that night. Tracey Mullin is everything they say and more! She was so helpful every step of the way and did everything she could to make sure I wasn't stressed out. Tracey staff made sure everything went off right on time, Our invitations said 5:30 and the staff made sure I walked down the isle right on time! The venue was extremely easy to work with, the package we selected came with an ice cream bar which I was not a fan of, Tracey worked with me to switch it out for something more my style. Our day was truly amazing and I would highly recommend, Tracey and her staff at Valleybrook!
