Tracey and her staff turned the ballroom into a magical oasis. It was absolutely beautiful! The staff was so friendly and helpful. When I was overwhelmed with visiting with our guests that I didn't get a chance to eat some of the mac and cheese, they put some in a to-go box for me. We cannot thank Valleybrook and Tracey enough for the perfect wedding!

was in making my day the best it could be! This goes especially for events coordinator - Tracey, and her assistant -Sara. They were quick to respond to any questions I had during planning, and when it came to the day of the wedding, they went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. Our ceremony started at 5:30pm, but my bridesmaids and I took advantage of their huge bridal dressing room starting at 11:30am. When we arrived there were mimosas and snacks waiting! Sara and Tracey would pop in every now and then to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves. It meant the world to us to have a place to all hang out and get ready beforehand. When it came to the ceremony, Tracey was vital in making sure everyone knew their places. Our friend was performing the ceremony (his first one), and Tracey was there to guide him and make sure the legal documents were covered as well. During the reception Tracey and Sara would check in with us to make sure we had drinks and everything was going well, and the ENTIRE STAFF was SUPER friendly and accommodating! I had more than several of my guests come up and say how impressed with the staff they were. I would also highly recommend getting the "After Party" at Rileys Pub. Everyone loved that, after the reception was finished, no one had to scramble to find a bar to keep going. We could all just wander into Riley's and keep the party going! I can't rave enough about how wonderful our experience was with Valleybrook Country Club!!!! Thank you all for making our day one that my husband and I, as well as our guests, will never forget!

From the moment we booked we felt right at home with Tracey. She truly is an expert at what she does and makes sure that you feel like family at Valleybrook! She always responded to my emails and questions quickly no matter how big or small and made sure that every detail was perfect and exactly how we pictured it! The day of we arrived a few hours prior to the ceremony to do our first look and like many brides would be I was a little bummed by the weather that we were having, but Tracey put my mind at ease, told me I didn’t have to make a decision just yet and we would see what the weather did. We started our pictures and our concierge, Sarah helped make sure everything ran smoothly! Her and the staff brought us our umbrellas Incase the rain picked up and she attended to our needs all night long!! She was amazing and any bride and groom are lucky to have her! We ultimately moved the ceremony inside but I can’t even put into words how beautiful the staff made the room look!!! It was perfect in every way, they transformed it quickly back to the reception space when the ceremony was over and we partied all night long! I will forever recommend Tracey, her staff and Valleybrook to anyone who asks!

one Tracey was sooo helpful. She was available by phone, email, and answered any and all questions that we had. We booked our wedding with just 6 months to plan but Tracey made the process so easy and stress-free! In the month before the wedding it was no problem for me to meet with Tracey to review and discuss the final details. Another reason why I loved Valleybrook is because the venue came with so many nice additions - center piece options, lighting at the windows, table numbers, a bridal suite, and more! Our wedding day was perfect. The staff was so accommodating, Tracey and her team are AMAZING, and anything that we needed or wanted, it was taken care of right away. Our guests to this day still tell us how much they loved the food and the venue! In planning our wedding, my husband and I wanted to have a nice wedding but didn't want to break the bank at the same time. Valleybrook gave us exactly what we wanted - a beautiful wedding that fit our budget.

Once we booked our day, Tracey was constantly in contact, answering questions, offering advice, and reminding us of small details that often go forgotten. The day of the wedding was perfect. We have received countless compliments on the venue itself, the food (which was delicious!) and THE STAFF. Every single staff member was amazing, attentive, friendly, and wonderful. They even took care of all the decorations for the reception while we were busy getting ready. It could not have been a better day and we cannot thank Valleybrook enough for being such a huge reason for it!!

had a very modest budget that 2 other vendors told us was "too low". Tracey worked with us to give us the wedding of our dreams. She put up with my neurotic emails the entire time. She made us feel completely at ease. Any issues that came up, she was on top of. Any questions I had, she answered quickly. The day our wedding was hot and humid. Our ceremony was supposed to be outside but the Thursday before we told Tracey we'd like it moved indoors because the weather report was calling for rain. She didn't bat an eye. The day of the wedding the ballroom was set up for our ceremony and it looked beautiful. The staff had to then switch everything over to the reception quickly. They did and it was everything we wanted and more. They completely set everything up from decor to flowers. We didn't have to lift a finger. We told them what we wanted and gave them a picture of the flower arrangements and they did them. It saved our wedding party and us from having to stress out about it. The food was AMAZING, the drinks were great and her team did a great job with having so many people in that room. I would also like to say, as a gay couple, you never know what kind of reaction you are going to get from people. Shawn and I never felt awkward or like we were being judged by anyone at Valleybrook. I mean, why should we feel different. We are two people pledging our love and lives to each other. That's exactly how it was handled and I hope more people are as welcoming as those at Valleybrook. Tracey even adjusted to calling us a Wedding Party instead of a Bridal Party, which may not seem like a big deal but to us it was. We are so thankful to Tracey and everyone at Valleybrook for making our day so special. We will definitely be back their for our 1st Anniversary. We highly recommend them for their attention to detail, accessibility, food, ambience and service. Tracey - you are a Godsend and now part of our crazy Mooney-Todd family! witch it to be inside the ballroom. I was so upset about the change and Tracey made sure that it was perfectly decorated. It was breath taking. It was so romantic, I don't think I would have gotten the fairytale feel outside like I did inside. The food was amazing and the staff was the best! I have had numerous guests tell me how great they were. It was really cold outside and Jenna was out there making sure we had anything we needed during photos. Anytime we needed something throughout the night she was on top of it and always made sure my husband and I had a drink in hand :) They set everything up and took it all down. We didn't have to do anything except enjoy our special day. I could literally go on and on about Valleybrook. The beauty, the food, the staff, the hard work. They make all of your dreams come true. If you vision it, they will do whatever it takes to make it reality. Thank you so much Tracey Mullin for helping my loooooong awaited fairytale become a reality for me. Every decoration I brought or told them I wanted was in our dining room or on the porch for cocktail hour. I never once worried about a thing and as soon as I saw my vision come to life I was blown away. The food was so delicious at cocktail hour and our dinner buffet but I learned the following day that the biggest hit was our waffle bar for dessert...AMAZING. Definitely worth the extra money! The staff was so quick to help my husband and I with anything we needed. I never had to ask for food or a drink because somehow it was always in my hand. The staff did everything with a smile on their face like they could not wait to help you. I am so happy I chose Valleybrook to host my wedding. Everything was absolutely beautiful. From the pictures on the golf course, to cocktail hour, to dinner, and dancing. I had the best time ever and wish I could relive that day over and over again. Definitely go to all of their bridal shows as well! My husband and I won a few prizes while we were there and that helped us save money along the way! All in all, everything was perfect. Tracey was so helpful the entire time, the staff was incredible, and the decor was stunning. Valleybrook 10 out of 10!!

n. She calmed any nerves I had with ease. She knows what she is doing for sure. Any snafoos that happened Tracey and her team handled. During rehearsal the team was awesome. One of our groomsmen were stuck in traffic so Melissa took his place so rehearsal wasmt held up any. A few items arose at rehearsal and Tracey and Melissa handled them with great care. I honestly cannot say enough ABSOLUTELY AMAZING things about Tracey, Melissa and the rest of the Valleybrook wedding team.

There was never a moment me or my husband had to go get a drink from the bar. She took us through the buffet line before everyone else and made sure we were enjoying everything. We had a waffle bar which was a hit and something I highly recommend. Also all serving staff from bartenders to food staff, to drink runners were absolutely amazing. I have received so many comments about the amazingness of Tracey and her staff. I would recommend Valleybrook over and over again, I can't say enough good things about them.

eigh, Emily, and Nav who made our day run extra smoothly. Tracey, the event coordinator, was so great. We loved her! The ballroom, cocktail hour space, golf course, fire pit, and ceremony set up were all decorated beautifully and the food was delicious. Out of all the venues we looked at, this one definitely gives you the most bang for your buck. The only issues I had, though slight, were that there was supposed to be a dress steamer provided in the bridal suite and it wasn’t there and I wasn’t told until the day of my wedding so one of my bridesmaids had to go buy a steamer last minute. The AC in the bridal suite was not very strong and with 10-12 girls in there it got pretty hot pretty fast. Lastly, we were told when we booked the venue a year ago that the arch over the aisle would either be taken out entirely or raised by the time my wedding rolled around and it wasn’t so out Best man and maid of honor both had to duck under it order to walk down the aisle. We also had each groomsman escort 2 girls and 3 people can’t fit through that arch at once. In the grand scheme of everything those were minor inconveniences, but I do feel they were worth mentioning. Overall, we were very happy with Valleybrook and its staff and would absolutely recommend them.

It is extremely hard to find a place like that. As far as our wedding night, it was amazing. The room looked beautiful, it was everything I asked for, the food was amazing. Our guest have said nothing but good things about the venue. The staff said they were short the night of our wedding and we would have never known if they didn't tell us. Thank you!

People always tell you not to worry - that something will go wrong the night of your wedding - but literally everything was perfect, and if it wasn't, they did a fantastic job of smoothing it over! We had two attendants throughout the evening who were absolutely wonderful. They were kind, attentive, and always had a smile on their face. Neither I nor my husband wanted for anything the entire night, from drinks to food to information regarding the flow of events, and even after the wedding was over, they were still incredibly helpful - and patient! - getting my guests over to the after party at Riley's pub (which I also highly recommend doing if your guests want to keep partying!). I truly cannot say enough great things about this venue and the people who work here. All I wanted for my wedding was not to go into huge amounts of debt and for all of our guests (myself and husband included!) to have an amazing time. Valleybrook fulfilled that wish for me and SO much more. We came back from our honeymoon two weeks later and our friends and family were still talking about how much fun they had! We were lucky to book during a special they were having, and I cannot believe the amount and quality of food, drinks, and service we got for the price. After getting married here, it blows my mind that anyone would go elsewhere and spend more than double the money! You will certainly pay more at other venues (pretty much every other place in the area), but you will not get better, kinder, more attentive service anywhere else, especially not at such a value. Even if money was no option, if I could do it all over again, I'd still do it at Valleybrook! I cannot thank everyone at Valleybrook enough for giving me, my husband, my family, and my friends the most perfect, fun, amazing night to celebrate our marriage! Trust in the reviews and book here - you and your guests will love it!

Frequent changes are always made during this time and Valleybrook was very accomendating, even up until the day of the wedding. We thought it couldn't get any better... until the day of the wedding. Tracey and her staff really are the selling points, each and every one of them will go above and beyond what you ever could've thought you'd want in your wedding, and make it come true. Tracey allowed us to come to the room for multiple visits to decide on centerpieces, decorations, lighting, table arrangements and so on. She was always reachable by email and had more than a few amazing ideas to share with us. She helped us make our dream wedding possible... for a very reasonable price. My guests could not stop raving about the cocktail hour apps and the stations dinner. All of the food was phenomenal! All of Tracey's preferred vendors that she suggests were really wonderful as well. Tracey and staff were always so helpful, especially the day of our wedding. Our captain for the night Emily, was incredibly kind and really dedicated to making sure that we enjoyed our experience. At one point she got new pens for our guestbook, when the ones I brought did not work out. The wait staff, bartenders, coat check person, and chefs were all so friendly and made our experience out of this world. I couldn't imagine celebrating our wedding anywhere else!

As much as I wanted to worry about something there was nothing to worry about, Decorations, Cake, Cocktail hour, and ceremony site were on point. Tracey came down to check on me told me not to worry about anything. No worrying was what I was told and they were right!! They had everything under control! The ceremony Great!! The reception even Better!!! Emily was by our side the entire night! If we wanted or needed something she was there!! Drinks, food, cake! She was there! At one point my husband said he was right by the bar talking to someone and Emily came up to him "Can I get something for you? A drink?" he says "Its ok Emily, I got it I'm right here" she says "No, No, No, that's what I'm here for, you keep talking and I'll get your drink!" My husband says to me Emily was so nice wasn't she? I said "She was Amazing we never needed or wanted for anything the entire day!" I have not had one complaint about the food!! Appetizers, Chicken Marsala, Bistro Steak and Spinach stuffed Sole all Great meals that's all I hear. "The food was great!" "We had a Great night at your Wedding!" And I say "Wasn't it!" Best Day Ever is all I can say! After the wedding the staff put everything back in the boxes and everything was ready for us to pick it up when we got back. We didn't even need to load anything the staff helped with that as well! Tracey is/was the Best Events Director! She makes Valley Brook a Great place to go! (She deserved that new office) I will never choose another Venue for anything Valley Brook Country Club will always be my #1 Choice! Valley Brook Country Club will always be my recommendation!!!!

r! Valleybrook really did make my dream wedding a reality! They took my wine theme wedding and really blew my and my guests minds with the decorating! From the food, staff, and just overall attention to detail Valleybrook exceeded all of our expectations! I even forgot my purse at the end of the night and the next morning they sent a picture of it to my Mom and had that and all my other decorations waiting for me so neatly put away the next morning! The staff quickly dropped what they were doing and helped me and my family load the car up without any hesitations, even though they were so busy setting up for the next wedding. They really make you feel special. I have tons of stories of how Valleybrook really went above and beyond for me and my husband! If your looking for a beautiful venue which accommodates all your needs and is really about the bride and the groom, yet very affordable, I highly recommend Valleybrook!!!! :)

The day of the wedding my husband and I were treated like King and Queen by Tracy, Emily and our maitre d. We never had an empty glass and every request and wishes were granted.
