They said several people didn’t pay for their tuxedos, when they all had receipts that they did. Even made one groomsman pay twice because he didn’t have his pink slip on him at the time. They keep no records. You lose your receipt, you are shit out of luck! Picking up the tuxs, everyone had issues. Shirts/jackets/pants/vests were the wrong sizes and had to be switched out. What’s the point of measurements then?! One groomsman was even measured 3 times due to incompetence of the owners. They can’t keep their shit together. Day of the wedding, one groomsman had a hole in his pants, cuff links were missing and some were broken. Absolutely disappointed in this business and will never give them my business again!

The last thing we wanted was for him to feel uncomfortable or like his suit didn’t fit on his wedding day. Valotta’s was understanding and willing to work with us, despite the fact that we had a variety of different shapes. They were real tailors, so were very knowledgeable about how things should fit. They had the most beautiful blue suit, which we were looking for. They were able to rent shoes, cufflinks, and ties as well for those who needed them. They were reasonably priced, and it was great that they have two locations, as we had people coming from all over. They were incredibly reasonable with the return process. Go see them now!

find someone more local to help. Valotta's was so professional and very responsive. 5 of our 7 groomsmen even lived out of town and 2 of them lived out of state, but we had no issues with Valottas making timely alterations and having everyone ready to go for our wedding. I highly recommend them.

'm from out of state I didn't have the luxury of trying on my tux until the day of the wedding. Nonetheless, I could have understood a slight tweak needing to be made, but not looking like I was wearing clown pants while I gave my best man speech in front of 300 people at a luxurious wedding venue. I legitimately had to rubber band my pants so they wouldn't fall down. We paid $180 each for a RENTAL, which should have assured that we had absolutely no problems. We could have easily PURCHASED our very own cumtom fitted tuxedos for $300 and KEPT THEM. Overall, we were very disappointed with the quality and customer service from this tuxedo shop.

We rented tuxedos, ordered invitations, and had alterations to my wedding gown, bridesmaid dresses, and mother of the bride (and aunt of the bride) dresses. Lisa personally ensure that every aspect of working with her was perfect. She has endless patience (as my mother TWICE ripped beads off her dress from catching it on her ring) and is absolutely meticulous in her work. You will not have to worry about a thing with Lisa. I HIGHLY recommend her and Valotta's Tuxedo. My husband and father would never rent from anyone else in the future.

Valotta's was flexible in adding an extra tux at the last minute due to one of our groomsmen being able to attend the wedding at the last minute. When I called, they said "no problem". When the boys picked up the tuxes, Valotta's made some last minute alterations to make sure the tuxes fit perfect. We could not have asked for a better experience!

ered all of my bridesmaids dresses at a fraction of the cost our bridal boutique was charging. The owners were accommodating and genuine. And the prices were extremely reasonable....way less then the tux places in the malls. We couldn't have been happier with our choice! Would highly recommend!

The staff was professional and offered superior quality tuxedo with a large selection. My husband was able to find something that fit his high fashion taste. (make sure to check out the two tones shoes!) We couldn't have been happier with all that they provided.

They also lost verification of three payments that were made and my sister and mother had to mail in copies of credit card statements and receipts to get it straightened out. In addition, they quoted us one price on children's tuxes but didn't write it down in their records so tried to change the price on us the week before the wedding. The owner is rude and could not have been any less helpful. This tux shop caused some of the biggest stresses of my wedding both before and the day of the wedding.
