my limo helped escort people while we were taking pictures, held doors, etc. Only issues I had were during the planning process, with having to follow up a few times about payments and contracts and things like that. The service was also wonderful. As we drove the 30 minute ride to the ceremony the driver was extremely friendly and calming; he relieved a lot of my anxiousness.
Their services also extended into the ceremony. The crew was in the vestibule to assist in anyway they could to help make our day special.

However, one thing I was really disappointed with is that they forgot to stock the limo with a bottle of champagne, which was included in our plan. I had been excited to have champagne in my limo while wearing a white wedding gown on my special day since I saw the pictures on some wedding websites and in magazines. It was a big disappointment. That's the reason why I give them only four stars (that would have been a once-in-a-lifetime experience for me!). The driver apologized and offered to stop at a liquor store, but time did not allow for that. No other compensation was given to us.
None of our guests have complained about the shuttle or airport limo service, so I think there were no problems. We had a hard time to find a nice limo company when we started looking. Most were too expensive or tried to make us feel we had to take additional services from them. Vander Plaat was friendly, and fair on the price, so it was good that we got to find them.

I called many places and they were unwilling to budge on what we needed. They all wanted to sell me a package. Vander-Plaat was SUPER accommodating and made us feel so comfortable. They were willing to work with us on the short time frame that we needed for a very fair and affordable price.
We got a stretch white limo and it was beautiful on arrival. It was clean and stocked as promised. The driver was extremely professional and attentive.
I would recommend Vander-Plaat to anyone looking for a dependable and reliable limo company for their special event. We even used them the next morning for our trip to the airport for our Honeymoon.

ing to get ready at the venue. Our driver was waiting outside when I arrived at the lobby and the car was immaculate. From pick up to drop off he assisted with handling the bags/gowns and provided us with such a courteous and professional experience. I also booked a 10-person limo from 1:30 to 4:30 to transport all the groomsmen, and later in a second trip, the immediate families members, from the hotel to the venue for pictures before hand. They provided me with various options to accommodate any budget, different choices for cars/vans/limos and actually proposed a way for me to save money buy doing the limo for 3 hours and the town car for 1 to accommodate my ride over. Someone was always in the office to answer a question and make a suggestion for timing. What an excellent company that I will recommend again and again.
The car was immaculate! Everybody was impressed by it. We even used a white stretch for our parents and it was perfect! The driver was very accommodating!
