Being busy professionals, we did not have a lot of time to plan our wedding. Vangie is a wedding expert. With vast experience in weddings, she has excellent taste and can guide the vision for the day knowing all the ins and outs to make sure the wedding is magical. After our initial meetings where she helped us plan the look and style of the wedding, she had the entire outline of vendors, tasks and decisions we needed to make. Vangie helped coordinate my wedding that, from starting to plan to the big day, was only about 6 months. It felt as though if I was lost on what I needed, if there was anything I was missing or if I needed some advice on what would be best, Vangie had all the answers. As a young(ish) bride with all the groomsmen and bridesmaids in their 20s, this was a tough group to make sure that everyone is listening and ready to make the day perfect, but Vangie took on that stress for me and made sure everyone knew what they were doing. Throughout the whole night of the wedding, she made sure to let me know what was coming next, that I was comfortable in my seat, and was always on top of everything. They say to always expect something to go wrong on your wedding day because nothing is ever perfect, but I can tell you that mine was. There might be things that actually went awry during the event, but Vangie made sure that it was fixed before I even noticed. We also used her for our flowers as well which turned out absolutely beautiful. I am more simple in my taste for flowers (and on a budget) but she knew exactly what I wanted and how to make it look so elegant and even made sure I had peonies (my favorite flower) for my bouquet even though they were not in season. I appreciate her so much and I know for sure that she made our wedding the best day of our lives!

From the mirrored runway, gold Oscar chairs, to the gold flatware, and plumes, it was ALL brilliantly designed! One of my favorite things about Vangie is her attention to detail, it is impeccable. Even though I had a hiccup the morning of my wedding with my vendors timeliness and ran almost an hour behind getting to the venue, Vangie worked her magic and kept us on our timeline the day of our soirée (wedding). All of our guests spoke at lengths about how our soirée stayed on time, flowed smoothly, and that they had never been to a wedding that “started and ended” on time, my guests said they forgot they were even at a wedding. Vangie made sure our event was elegant and intimate. She ensured we enjoyed our night and all we needed to do was to present with each other and enjoy our day. My husband and I recently got married at Bella Collina in Montverde, FL and our wedding was an absolute dream come true all thanks to Vangie! Our wedding venue has a preferred vendor list of wedding coordinators so I was not sure where to even start. From our first meeting with Vangie I knew that she was THE ONE. Vangie and I first spoke on the phone toward the beginning of covid and at the end of that conversation I just knew that we found someone whom we could trust as Vangie made me feel as if I were speaking with an old friend. Not only did Vangie help us choose amazing vendors, she guided us through the unknowns of planning a wedding during covid and helped me understand that although covid did alter some aspects, (such as some guests that were unable to attend) that our wedding would be everything that we ever dreamed that it would be. I told her my concept and how I wished my wedding to be. She did that and more she created an event that all our friends and family where absolutely impressed and can’t stop talking about all the details, flower decor and overall atmosphere of it as they say was magical. I highly recommend Vangie she is a superb planner that will go above and beyond so thankful we found her.

Vangie is nothing short of amazing. From the very first phone call, I knew she was the one for me! She has every aspect of weddings down to a t. The professionalism and beauty in the work that Vangie does is incredible. Her elegance is magnetic. I am a bit of a projectionist, so I thought planning my wedding would make me go a little crazy, but Vangie made everything so easy. She was so incredibly comforting. Her vision and the way she would speak so beautifully on every aspect of the planning process and the wedding day quelled any and all fears and stresses I could have possibly had. I thought the week of the wedding would be stressful, but that week ended up being so much fun. I knew Vangie had absolutely everything under control and I didn't have to worry. I knew I could count on her with anything. All of my friends and family told me before the wedding, "don't stress the small stuff. There will always be a few parts of your wedding day that do not go to plan." I can honestly sit here and tell you today that I cannot think of one aspect of our wedding that wasn't absolutely perfect all thanks to Vangie and her impeccable planning and coordinating. When Vangie was the day of coordinator and florist for my wedding it was my first experience dealing with a wedding planner. I didn’t realize how amazing vangie was until I participated as a MOH in my best friends wedding. Vangie thought of everything to a T. When we did my wedding walk through she made she she had everyone she attention. I’m type A bit really try to not show it. Because Vangie was so type A I got to relax and really enjoy every moment. Vangie was recommended to me by one of my friends that also used her and I’m SO happy I went with her. From the first meeting we had to the last she was so detail oriented and made sure that every detail was brought up and discussed. If you have a vision she will definitely make it come true and if you don’t have much of a vision her guidance is amazing. I was so happy with her detailed planning as well as all the flowers her and her team made for our ceremony and receiption. Vangie is the most fabulous wedding planner. The entire experience of planning my wedding with her made me feel like I was a celebrity bride. She always has everything together and is extremely flexible. My fiancé and I planned our wedding with her while I was in pharmacy school and while he was practicing medicine. We didn’t have much time to sit and twiddle our thumbs and plan all day long. We sent her pictures and she made it happen. Our wedding looked like something out of a magazine. I didn’t cry walking down the aisle because I was so happy with how everything turned out. If you want a real life fairytale wedding and to feel like a King & Queen. Book Vang. My friends and family members are still raving about how great of a planner she is. Not only did she plan the wedding, she taught participants how to hold bouquets, the proper way to walk down the aisle, she helped me get dressed, saved us food so that we didn’t miss out on cocktail hour... the list goes on.

Where do I begin!? Vangie is amazing!! She kept me on top of everything even when I was super busy with everything else I had to do! We are from Canada so planning a wedding in another country was anything but easy, that is until I found Vangie!! She pointed me in the right direction for all of my venders! I can't even begin to describe how amazing Vangie and her team are. Our wedding was the most wonderful amazing fairytale and it's all down to Vangie. As we are based in the UK it was harder for us to arrange the finer details but Vangie took charge and organised everything whilst still listening and working with us. I thought wedding planning was going to be difficult since I work within the events industry and can be known to be quite "picky". As I sit here writing this I am only a few days removed from my daughter’s fairytale wedding produced by Vangie Events and held at beautiful Bella Collina in Montverde, Florida. It’s hard to find the right words to describe all that we are feeling right now – I could begin by telling you that Vangie’s exquisite taste is apparent from the very first time she sits down to meet with you; I could begin by telling you that from bits and pieces of pintrest ideas, magazine clippings and color swatches Vangie was able to bring my daughter’s vision and wishes to life - perhaps the best way to describe my daughter’s wedding is to tell you that it far surpassed any lofty expectations that we ever had for the event. To say that Vangie and her team went above and beyond to create the most spectacular, once in a lifetime, straight out of a fairytale event would be the understatement of a lifetime. She was receptive to any changes to color schemes, floral, timeline – you name it – and the entire event went seamlessly from start to finish. Even when the bride became ill, Vangie improvised and kept the party going so that the guests continued to enjoy their evening. As one relative put it, the wedding rivaled that of any royal wedding. Very professional she took ownership to sync all of our vendors, put up a fluid itinerary and look at all the fine details. Overall, we were able to enjoy our day without a headache. I cannot say enough about Vangie. From our first phone consultation, I knew she was the one I wanted to handle my wedding. She has a very calm demeanor, and I knew she would be able to handle anything that came up. She was there every step of the way, from recommending vendors (which were all 5 star), making sure I was on top of deadlines, and she took my pinterest inspiration pictures and turned them into the most perfect wedding I have ever seen. Vangie put together an organized itinerary and went through every detail imaginable during the rehearsal. She helped me to not only enjoy the wedding day, but also to enjoy the days before. I had friends and family asking me how I was staying so calm...I told them because I knew Vangie had everything handled and all I had to do was relax and enjoy the big day. SPECTACULAR, Stellar & Excellence ! Those words are still shy of what Vangie delivered the day of! 5 stars are not enough! She worked with us to put an EPIC wedding, the one in a life time wedding. From day one she listened, she had ideas, she is in control and was confident with not only contracting the vendors but putting all the different wheels in motion. This was not easy; the bride and groom in another state with odd hours, the host of the party in south Florida who had a vision and strives for perfection and is quite demanding. The process was all we had hoped for. Vangie was easy to get a hold of and very responsive. Patient yet set timelines and goals and was in control. She was open minded, receptive to our request and vision and offered ideas and alternatives as well. So the process with her was smooth and comfortable. She not only did our planning , design & coordination, but she also did the decor with flowers, candelabras, lights, signs and so much more. We would not be truthful if even after the planning stage was done, the day before we still had a degree of angst of the unknown. It clearly was purely our own inner doubt. The day before at the rehearsal , the day of in prepping, and the whole event was flawless. How did she do it??? Pure Excellence, experience and professionalism and a true devotion to her clients. We were all in awe! How so many moving parts all turned in sync without a glitch. The vision, the hope of an EPIC wedding and all that entails came true. Every single little detail, the timing, and the big details were exactly as we had dreamt of, discussed with you and planned, and then some! Its been almost 2 months since the big day and still the whole family is receiving compliments of how everything was so beautiful, elegant, flawless, and detailed. Vangie was nothing less than AMAZING. With Florida being a destination wedding for my wife and I, we really needed someone to “hold our hands” per say the entire way as we really wanted suggestions and assistance on vendors and the whole nine yards to make our wedding exactly how we envisioned. Vangie did everything and more for us providing full wedding coordination and all floral and design for our wedding day. All of our guests raved about how beautiful everything was and how well the day went. We still have friends and family who are still talking about the wedding 3 months later.
