Neelah uses locally grown and sourced produce and ingredients and combines French baking techniques and flavors with classic flavors from the Caribbean and South America. On the day of your wedding, Vanille and Brulee can deliver your sweet treats before setting them up however you wish. Whether it's a classic three-tier wedding cake or a board of bite-sized cookies and cupcakes, Neelah can bring your visions to life. didn’t even speak to any other vendors. I have a gluten allergy and she went above and beyond for me. I had my own separate plate of treats (hidden away). It was so thoughtful. All our guests absolutely loved the desserts and just about everyone took home some!! Everything was amazing and did not disappoint. I will be recommending her to all our friends and family.
