As we planned our wedding over the next several months, Wyatt stayed in touch with helpful reminders and tips via email to keep us on track in the planning process. As we got closer to our wedding date, the VIBO app made the song-selection process extremely smooth. The app is user-friendly, and it walked us through every single part of our day, offering countless song options and versions for us to choose from (as well as providing the option for us to input our own). Wyatt was even extremely accommodating with using a custom file personally made for us by a friend. We truly cannot recommend Wyatt and his team enough if you are looking for a fantastic DJ and team for your special day!

e was an easy one for us. Wyatt took multiple calls with us to ensure we were all on the same page regarding ceremony music, cocktail hour vibes, dinner music vibes and reception vibes. He listened to all our thoughts and was 100% on the same page with us. Not only that, he was able to pull off the ultimate surprise for me when my bridesmaids and mom approached my now husband about doing a surprise performance to Super Trooper during our reception. My husband reached out to him separately to ask if he could add it to the song list but please not to let me know and somehow, they pulled it off. He was a true pleasure to work with and honestly I wish everyone we know would book him as their DJ from now on just so we can hang out with him! They offer you so much guidance along the way - as much or as little as you want. They will send you helpful info along the way as well as a very comprehensive planner so you can fill in all your important details - from your wedding party, to dress and suit inspirations, to helping you organize seating charts, gift trackers as well as to track your budget. The ability to schedule unlimited calls is also wonderful. Often, the calls were really only a few minutes needed, but much more convenient than trying to explain yourself in a text or email when speaking verbally would probably make it much less complicated. I had many musical visions for our wedding, and the Empire State Events team listened to every one of them and did what they could to make the dream come true -and they accomplished just that! Highly recommend the team - very professional, very attentive and know how to get the job done!

From the planning process, Kyle's use of a super intuitive app (Vibo) made coordinating a breeze, taking a huge load off our shoulders. But it wasn't just about the tech; Kyle himself was a constant source of support, checking in regularly with thoughtful advice and Empire State events would send emails with helpful tool packages as well.  When the big day arrived, DJ Kyle's infectious enthusiasm really set the tone. He wowed us with a bespoke mix of our guests' first dance songs, played during dinner – it was a smash hit that got everyone talking and feeling celebrated! And the way he mashed up the entire playlist himself, with zero hesitation, blew us away. This was something we saw off tik tok and he made it come to life for us.  The saxophone touch? Our guests are STILL raving about it – it was the coolest detail that elevated the whole vibe! Kyle isn't just about spinning tracks; he's a performer who brings an electrifying energy that draws everyone in. He didn't just play music; he got on the mic, handed it to us, let us jump on the turntables – he made us feel like co-creators of the magic.  For us, the party aspect was the heartbeat of our wedding – it was about CELEBRATING BIG with our loved ones – and Kyle absolutely nailed it. I could see everything in advance, and the best part was being able to share a link with staff so they could add their favorite songs. Cody then worked his magic, building a playlist around everyone’s selections and blending it seamlessly for the event. On the day of the party, Cody even called to let me know he was on his way—something small but so reassuring. I never once had to worry about whether he’d show up on time. The weather threw us a curveball with some rain, but Cody adjusted quickly and kept the energy high. His announcements were perfectly timed, and he truly helped set the tone for a fun, memorable event. In my opinion, the DJ is one of the most important aspects of a corporate event—people might not remember what they ate, but they will absolutely remember the party. We had a lot of enhancements for our wedding—CO2 cannons, Dancing on the Clouds, Photo Booth, and live music during cocktail hour and our wedding introduction. I honestly don’t know which was my favorite enhancement—each one was so amazing. Kyle played the saxophone and was absolutely INCREDIBLE. They utilize the vibo app to set the playlist and structure for the night and it made everything so easy. After we input our information into vibo, we had a few calls with Kyle and we walked through the entire timeline of the night a few times—something I very much appreciated was just how thorough the team was. We felt listened to, cared for, and all of our dreams for the night were exceeded with this team. The music was the most important part of the reception for us, and this team exceeded everything we could have asked for. Thank you Kyle, Thaddeus and Evan!

We knew right away after seeing his profile on the ESE website that he was the DJ for us. If you want a DJ who has killer music taste and an amazing way of reading the crowd, he is your man! DJ TSWAG was able to get the entire room on the dance floor including the older folks to get up off their chairs and dance. DJ TSWAG was also amazing with taking into consideration our song requests as well as throwing in his own signature of sounds to go with our theme. We had so many people tell us how much they loved the music and the DJ at our wedding which was so fulfilling to hear. I have been to weddings where the DJ can make or break the fun for the night, with DJ TSWAG no one wanted to leave the dance floor to the point we got an extra 15 minute extension from our venue to allow us to keep dancing! If DJ TSWAG is available for your date, book him while you can!

We received so many compliments about DJ Romantics from our guests and even had other vendors we worked with request Wyatt’s information for future events which we gladly passed on! We truly could not recommend DJ Romantics enough!!!
