This event planner was HORRIBLE. We hired her for the “month of”, and she did NOTHING the month of, we ended up taking care of all confirmations etc ourselves. DID NOT MEET WITH...
US A SINGLE TIME DURING THAT MONTH! We reached out to her sending her spreadsheets etc to ensure details were clear, no response. Two days before the wedding she bailed on us for a funeral sending an assistant who was unqualified to run a child’s birthday party. She was misinformed at rehearsal, and was confused about general wedding protocol. Day of wedding she arrived an hour late, and had to be told what to do, where and how to set up. Slack was picked up by MOB and venue staff. They acted like a guest at wedding and reception, and didn’t fulfill any expectations. Even signed the golf flag memory meant for the family and friends . Did not coordinate the wedding process, instead wanted to hang out with the bridesmaids recording them on her phone. We had 2 photographers and a video photographer, we DID NOT need her ‘capturing the moment’, we needed her to get the procession ready as the guest had been sitting waiting for things to begin. Vanessa while at the funeral found time to send messages to bride the morning of wedding for remaining payment. She had 1/2 down, and not provided any service yet! She continued to harass about payment the next day, not inquiring about the wedding at all. If it weren’t for the venue staff being so stellar and directing the day of & our detailed preparation, it would have been a total disaster! STAY AWAY STAY AWAY. THIS GROUP CAUSED MORE STRESS THAN IF WE HADN’T USED ANYONE. She will NEVER work at this venue again as the staff was appalled at what took place. I have never given a bad or even mediocre review, but I would not want other brides to experience these unnecessary and unfortunate inadequacies by this company, or the treatment and disinterest that followed. We had every intention to pay, and write this off as a bad experience, however she wasn’t even curious about how her staff had performed, & only wanted the money. Thank goodness every other vendor we used was professional and provided above expectations, so despite the stressors caused by Vanessa it was beautiful.
There are not enough good things I could say about Vanessa and her team. Vanessa helped me plan, then reschedule, then execute my dream wedding. There was no task too big or too sm...
all. Vanessa made sure that details were double and triple checked and made sure that my voice was always heard and my concerns were addressed. Vanessa has an incredible “can do” attitude and has a ton of connections in the industry which makes planning and coordinate a breeze. She’s also more than willing to work with vendors you have in mind. I was able to enjoy my wedding because of Vanessa and her team.
I wasn’t going to hire a wedding planner, I thought I could do everything myself. Oh was I wrong! After just a conversation with Corin and Vanessa, I know I had to hire them. They ...
are helpful, knowledgeable, and have passion for weddings. My husband and I are forever grateful for Varoca Weddings and Events.
We cannot say enough good things about Varoca Weddings & Events. Corin and Vanessa are an absolute joy to work with and made the whole process a million times easier. Although we ...
hired them as day of coordinators, Corin and Vanessa went above and beyond helping us months before the wedding; this fact is a testament to how much pride they take in their work and how committed they are to making each event run flawlessly. They went to bat for us when we had issues with the venue and attended to all the last minute details leading up to the party. If I had to do it all over again, I would've hired them even sooner because their help was so invaluable to us and saved us so much heartache. I will most definitely be hiring Varoca Weddings & Events for any and all events we have in the future and strongly recommend them to anyone planning an important event. Thank you Corin and Vanessa for making our day amazing!!!
Let me start off by saying that I did not have a budget for a planner. But after speaking to Corin and Vanessa, I know that I had to hire them. Corin and Vanessa and their team are...
knowledgeable about the industry and they are just the sweetest people you can meet. I interviewed several planners and I am so glad that I hired them. If you hire them for planning you will not regret it. Thank you so much Corin and Vanessa for making my wedding day magical and a day I will remember forever!
Vanessa and Corin are the wedding planners you need! I thought we could handle planning but it got so overwhelming. They took the reins and my wedding day was stress free. Thank yo...
u Varoca Weddings for everything!!
Corin and Vanessa came in and saved my wedding at the last minute. THANK YOU!!!!!

reole, Spanish and English. My whole family and bridal party just loved her. My parents are very traditional but she knew how to strike the perfect balance between my modern ideas and their traditional style. We love her! Thank You Vanessa and Corin!
So glad we had planners.!!! Covid is a real nightmare. Planning a wedding during regular times is pretty tough to imagine a pandemic!!! But it all worked out and we were very happy...
with Varoca Weddings and Events. Corin and Vanessa are a dream to work with!
I seriously don’t know how anyone does this without a wedding planner. There were so many details that would have sucked the joy out of all the planning had I tried to go it alone....
When I reached out to planners, Vanessa was hands down the most responsive and caring while being a total professional. She grabbed the bull by the horns and spent HOURS just nailing down tedious details, timelines, so much stuff!!! Above all though was that she was down to earth and super friendly. Needless to say- despite a total screw up by the band and the maitredee (Sorry can’t spell that lol) being totally absent the day of.....my wedding was beautiful and everyone had an amazing time. It’s also great to have a buffer between you and the vendors directly because sometimes they don’t do the right thing. She will be the voice to them so that you don’t have to
Vanessa and her team were extremely helpful on our big day! I chose the Day of Coordination package, but Vanessa was with me every step of the way once I had booked. She completely...
understood my vision and helped bring it to life beautifully! The wedding day ran extremely smoothly and I know Vanessa and her team did so much in the background to make things seamless! They also completely put together the venue and it was even better than I had ever imagined. I couldn't recommend her enough. Her services come at an amazing value and she was a blast to work with! Thank you, thank you!
Vanessa of Varoca Weddings and her assistant Corin are truly the best. I recall our initial meeting Vanessa and Corin took time to understand us individually and as a couple so tha...
t they could provide not only excellent service, but service that was tailored to us. I appreciated the perfect balance that Vanessa struck between offering suggestions and allowing us to make the final decision. No couple wants a planner without any vision or ideas, nor do they want a planner who is demanding how the couple spends their money. Vanessa is extremely detailed-oriented which results in achieving a near perfect wedding. So many of my guests remarked about the tiny details that brought charm and an individual touch to the wedding. Vanessa also has AMAZING contacts in the industry who bend over backwards to create a memorable wedding for her clients. I can really go on and on about the perfect experience I had with Varoca Weddings. In sum, planning the wedding was a lot of fun and completely stress-free. And that's saying everything given my wedding was 5 weeks after I gave birth to my first child!
A friend of mine recommended me to Varoca Weddings (formerly The-Wedding-Loft) when I told her that I was confused and just didn’t know where to start regarding my wedding. From th...
e first conversation I had with Vanessa, I was confident that we would do something great because we clicked right away and I felt really comfortable to tell her what I wanted and felt even better when she told me how she would proceed. Vanessa took care of EVERYTHING, all I had to do was to ask and she would handle it. From visiting the venue, talking to vendors, helping pick napkins, flowers, cakes, entertainments, finding where to find some crazy centerpieces that I really wanted, finding the best deals and so much more. Vanessa really worked with my husband and I and made sure that she found what WE wanted and worked on OUR vision for OUR wedding. We just had the idea that we wanted a travel theme wedding and Vanessa helped us built this amazing and wonderful day that was our wedding just around that one word. I was able to enjoy my wedding to the fullest because I knew everything was under control and on time. We worked on details to accommodate and surprise my guests that people usually don t think of that made my family and friends call me until now to tell me how special my wedding was. Not only I had the wedding of my dreams but Vanessa planned our honeymoon in 24h no joke. My husband and I were really focused on the wedding and the next day he called her and told her that we wanted to go to Tanzania and in 24h Vanessa booked us a safari in Tarangeri, a seven 7 day trip to climb the Kilimanjaro and the most beautiful 5 stars hotel all-inclusive in Zanzibar with the honeymoon service. Everything was perfect! We had the most amazing wedding and the most fantastic honeymoon ever. Thanks to Vanessa’s kindness, professionalism, pushiness (yes she ll give you deadlines) and creativity. Having her on you team will make the difference between a nice and an outstanding wedding!
I'm so happy I decided to bring on coordinators, and SO happy that I found Varoca. I hired them for "day-of" coordination but they started working with us and vendors getting organ...
ized about a month out. The value for everything they did could not have been beat. Vanessa and Corin were amazing from the start and definitely went above and beyond - they handled literally everything and even surprised me with special decorations they knew I wanted. It was 100% enjoyable working with them and I realized after how the wedding would have been completely disorganized without them. Thank goodness for the two of them because our venue was a mess and all over the place (and I'm not the most detail oriented). They were amazing with the creative parts too, arranging flowers and table decor that was more beautiful than I could have imagined. We're forever grateful for all the hard work and long hours they put in making our weekend so amazing!
I actually won a free day of wedding planning and honestly Vanessa and Corin were amazing! They consistently followed up with me, and ensured they knew every detail of my wedding. ...
Indian weddings especially have so many parts to it, and they really took the time to understand timing and what was important. They helped every step of the way and ensured anything I wanted was done. I definitely would recommend Varoca to anyone getting married.

th their knowledge, enthusiasm and sincerity at providing all we would need. We are amazed and grateful for their efforts in making our wedding day smooth and carefree! Thank you Vanessa and Michelle! We will most definitely recommend you!!!!!!!!
Dear Vanessa
We wrote this weeks ago, but when you got all sucked up by day to day routine people tend to forget or procrastinate on the most important things.
We ‘re back home ...
now. Ceremony is done, party is done and everything was truly wonderful. We had the most awesome compliment we could have wish for from many guests : « we felt like part of a big family. A beautiful party with amazing people, food and music ». It couldn’t have happened without your help, so Jess and I would like very much to thank you both for your work, your kindness and your dedication to make it happen with all the vendors that worked on this event and made it and unforgettable stunning family moment in Miami.
We hope you two had a good time on that charming saturday 18th ladies! Get prepared for our 15 years anniversary when we’ll open the golden pineapple ! You’ll come anyway Michelle! Even if you told me you’ll be retired by then ;) You’re invited!
Big Kisses.

I hired Vanessa 2 weeks before my wedding as a day of wedding coordinator.. All I can say is WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!. She is actually a certified wedding planner which I did not know and...
I have never met such a professional who not only loves what she does but goes OVER AND BEYOND her duties to make you happy!!!!! She is HONEST, she has CLASS, she is PUNCTUAL, she is on POINT, She puts your INTERESTS before hers! And it shows!!! That’s what every bride needs! You do not find that everyday! Planning a wedding is extremely stressful! Had I not hired Vanessa and Michelle my whole year of planning would have been flushed in the toilet because the day of your wedding is what really counts! She made sure that everyone was on time and I mean EVERYONE (wedding party/vendors included). With the little time that she had she delivered like a champion and I was very IMPRESSED!!!...Coming from a picky woman like myself, it speaks volume! I practice orthodontics for a living and we orthodontists like things executed close to perfection! I just regret not hiring her sooner! I would have been more relaxed and would have enjoyed this whole experience instead of stressing out.. FOR ALL OF YOU FUTURE BRIDES LOOKING FOR A TRUE PROFESSIONAL TO PLAN YOUR WEDDING, AND WISH TO ENJOY THIS SPECIAL TIME IN YOUR LIFE GIVE VANESSA A CALL! SHE IS WORTH EVERY PENNY! I would give her a million stars if I could! Thanks again Vanessa Roc Cantave from the bottom of my heart!
Dear Vanessa
We wanted to thank you for all that you did for us. But I mostly wanted to say that how without your suggestion and your help, we would not be married today. Maybe ...
we would be but the memories would not be as special. It was a splendid affair and I’m grateful for how it all turned out in great part thanks to you.
Again thank you for everything.
