I booked with VASA about a year and half out before my event. The communication was the most challenging part because it seemed like they had multiple people handling the emails/te...xt messages so things were getting lost in translation because things were being agreed upon with one person but disagreed with another causing a lot of issues when trying to plan day of events. DJ Zuni was our assigned DJ and about 2 weeks prior to the event we had a meeting to go over songs we wanted played and what we didn’t and he agreed and on the day of there were many songs being played that we agreed we didn’t want played which was a little upsetting since we had the meeting ahead of time. Carlo and the owners went out of their way to be extremely helpful compared to some others in the office. The assigned day of coordinator was very helpful at making sure the timeline went smoothly and keeping everything on track. The wedding overall went great but there was a lot of miscommunication leading up to the big day that made it a little stressful. If you plan on brining your own decorations you will be responsible for setting it up and that’s not something that was told to me until 2 weeks before so that’s helpful to know prior so you can plan accordingly.
