Vassel's Catering was the best decision I made for my wedding. We had a brunch reception and were able to treat our guests to a waffle bar and omelet bar for a very reasonable price. Everyone raved about the food and the service. The staff at Vassel's went above and beyond to make sure everything was the way I envisioned it. They came to set up the day before, showed up early the day of and food was ready right on time. Everyone was fed within the hour. I would highly recommend them to anyone that would like a caterer that truly cares. If I could give them more than five stars, I would.
That is what so many of my guests have told me. They LOVED the food at our wedding. The staff was incredibly flexible and helpful. They went above and beyond what we paid them to do. I know they even helped our families with clean up. We would definitely use them again for ANY catering needs. Darren and his staff was fantastic.
Darren made catering super easy! Him and I e-mailed back and forth several dozen times concerning the entree's and appetizers for our wedding as well as the rentals that had to be done for the glasses and plates/silverware. I really liked how quick he responded to my e-mails as well as how he was there the day of. His staff was amazing, timing was perfect...they made there big noise before the guests had gotten there (1pm and everyone was arriving around 4). The only thing that I wish happened was that I got to try some of those appetizers, but oh-well, maybe next time!!
