He was incredibly knowledgeable about the building’s history, took his time showing us the venue, and answered every question we had. He even covered many common questions before we thought to ask them. Once we realized how much we loved the space, Jared arranged another tour so we could bring our parents before placing the deposit. He wanted us to feel confident in our decision. Throughout the planning process, he remained extremely responsive and helpful. As the wedding approached, Eric took over more of the coordination. During our tasting, we sat down with Eric and Jared, tried a wide variety of options, adjusted the set menus, and incorporated personal touches. They were flexible and made us feel that the wedding would truly reflect us. We dropped off our décor and other items on the Wednesday before the wedding, and the team was very accommodating with timing. Although most items were labeled, Eric and Shanice have an excellent eye for design and placed everything perfectly so it complemented the venue. Our rehearsal was quick, organized, and easy. In only 30 minutes, Eric and Shanice calmed everyone’s nerves and made both wedding parties feel prepared. The detailed banquet event order Jared and Eric created helped the wedding day run seamlessly. We shared it with Morina Photography, who knows the venue extremely well, to create a complete timeline. Eric also stayed in constant communication with our vendors to make sure every detail was handled. On the wedding day, I felt constantly cared for. Anything I needed was brought to me immediately by Eric or Shanice. Every time I thought something needed to be handled or adjusted, they had already taken care of it. They made the day stress-free and allowed us to be present and enjoy every moment. The venue itself is breathtaking. The grand banking floor, soaring ceilings, and beautiful staircase make an unforgettable first impression. Because the space is already so stunning, we saved a significant amount on florals and additional décor. The speakeasy is one of a kind and was perfect for cocktail hour. Nearly every guest commented on how unique it was. When we were concerned about the flow for more than 150 guests, the team offered both complimentary solutions and optional additions. We chose a slider station, and the chicken sandwiches were out of this world. The food was another highlight. After such an incredible tasting, we wondered whether the quality could remain consistent when serving so many people. We could not have been more wrong. The wedding-night food was on par with some of the best restaurants in the Lehigh Valley, and our guests could not stop raving about it. Most importantly, we never felt that the team was trying to sell upgrades or make more money. They offered thoughtful solutions at different price points, including options that cost nothing extra. It truly felt as though their priority was serving us and creating the best possible experience. Jared, Eric, and Shanice are experts in their craft and their venue. hout the entire planning phase and wedding day. We arrived early in the day to have our portraits and first look. They made sure everything was set up perfectly and seeing the venue fit our exact vision was so awesome. Then, after arriving to our cocktail hour after our ceremony, we entered the venue and were greeted by Eric with a full plate of our hors d' oeuvres and two of our signature drinks. He also assisted me to adjust my hair clip and he even fixed my bustle!!! He treated us like family from start to finish. We were served our meal first so we could greet our guests. The dance floor was so much fun and everyone from the waitstaff to bartenders were so kind to us. Don't think twice, just book the Vault!!! of this venue, I'm not sure where to even begin with this review. Food: five stars. From the appetizers, to dinner to deserts our guests raved about it all. Physical site: The Vault is a historic site that has had millions of dollars put in to its renovation. The sky light, the grand staircase and the chandeliers make it eloquent and beautiful. The downstairs bar captures the historic feel of the venue and another part of the wedding our guests absolutely loved. They only host one wedding per day so you have the entire venue for just you and your guests. They are also a one-stop-shop. Linens, chairs, centerpieces, table numbers can all be provided for you which is such a big time and money saver. Customer Service: Eric, Jared and their team are absolutely amazing. Jared answered every email, question and inquiry immediately and was beyond attentive to us. The planning process was simple and streamlined thanks to all his help along the way. The day of the wedding you will have not a single thing to worry about. Eric and Jared and their team will make sure everything runs exactly the way you want it to. Any small snafu or issue will be solved and you probably won't find out there was any issue until the next day. They also helped us with setting up our ceremony space and small touches we planned with decor so no day of coordinator is needed. There is not a single negative thing I can say about this venue and Eric & Jared and their team. You simply can not go wrong with having your Wedding at Vault 643

They worked with us through out the entire planning process and when we were counting down the final days and going through the rehearsal they were organized and efficient. Eric, Jared, Shanice and the rest of their team made sure that our most special went off without a single hiccup. They also took special care in making sure my bride and I were taken care of at each and every step through the night. They even took the time out of their busy night to personally bustle my wife’s dress so that we could enjoy part of our cocktail hour and made sure the wait staff brought us any apps/drinks we wanted in a private room while they worked on her dress. They also made sure to pull us aside when it came time for dinner and made sure we got to eat ourselves. The food Chef Antonio prepared was next level and prepared to perfection and the bar staff crafted our signature cocktails with love. Our guests are still talking about what a fun and amazing night it was. Our experience was nothing short of exceptional and they exceeded all of our expectations. If you’re looking for perfect, stress free venue, there is nowhere else I would recommend. 10/10 would recommend and 100/10 would do it again.

incredible. Eric, Jared, Shanice, and Chef Antonio ensured we were taken care of on our wedding day and every day leading up to it. They were always super responsive in the months leading up to the wedding, totally on top of things day-of, and a pleasure to work with (we were always laughing and having fun working with them)! We got married here in December of 2023 and it truly was the best day of our lives. Our guests raved about this venue, especially the speakeasy bar for cocktail hour. If you’re considering booking your event here, GO for it. :)

at what they do. Eric was on top of every detail throughout the day, down to the dietary restrictions of each guest. Do yourself a favor and follow all of Eric's design recommendations because he is truly an artist. He helped with color choices, floral piece locations, and so much more, I am so thankful for his expertise. Not only is the whole staff team wonderful and attentive, but the venue is absolutely stunning and needs little to no decor as Vault graciously allows you to use their candelabras, votive candles, a ton of tablecloth/ runner options and more. One of the many things I loved about Vault 634 is that they do not try to nickel and dime you like other venues I visited. There weren't any silly upcharges, and I didn't have to worry about any unexpected fees. I looked at a few other venues and none of them even came close to how beautiful Vault is. In addition to their stunning Gatsby styled bank-turned-wedding venue, their location is only a short walk from a wonderful 4-star hotel, the Renaissance, who we also had a great experience with. If you needed another reason to book with Vault 634, you will save money on shuttles (don't need one!) and florals (the venue alone is stunning enough!). They also have a list of preferred vendors on their website and everyone who they recommended was perfect (we booked our photographer, florist, DJ and dessert vendors through them.) Lastly, the food was delicious! I have been to many weddings where the food is what you would expect when catering a large event - typically a little dry and bland. That was not the case at all with Vault. The kitchen staff are wizards making sure each plate is not only fresh, flavorful, and delicious, but also gorgeously presented and carefully curated. They have so many wonderful options, it was hard to choose because everything was cooked to perfection. They are also extremely flexible with your food offerings so you can truly have the menu of your dreams. I could go on and on about how wonderful Vault is but do yourself a favor and just book them! We are in our late 20's and in the time of our lives where a lot of our friends are getting married. That being said, our friends have been to multiple weddings just in the past year and many of them remarked how this was the best wedding they have ever been to. Even months later, our guests are still talking about how wonderful of a time they had and so are we! Truly the best day of our lives, thank you Vault for making our dreams come true!

We had absolutely zero stress on the day of the wedding as we were able to set up the day prior. We got everything ready to go while Eric, Jared and Shanice were there to assist with any request. The day of, the team was extremely professional and thought of things we never would have. We felt like we could fully enjoy our day and not worry about the small things. We never could have imagined having a wedding that beautiful. We are so thankful for Vault 634 and the entire team for making our day so special.

We visited one time a couple months beforehand to taste food and nail down the desired schedule of events. Every detail was easily smoothed out from there by email. The food was delicious and beautifully presented, and the chef was great at adapting dishes for our guests with dietary restrictions. My only regret is not eating more. Both Jared and Eric are knowledgeable and professional when it comes to being your event staff but once you get to talk to them more you realize how much fun they are to work with in this stressful planning. We can’t stress enough how they made our wedding experience wonderful and as stress free as possible. Our guests are still raving about the venue and the wonderful/ hardworking staff. On top of the amazing staff and gorgeous venue, the food was spectacular. Many weddings when it comes to cocktail hour can nitpick little details or say not enough food was offered. NOT THE CASE FOR US! Between the hors d’oeuvre and stationary displays in their speakeasy. It had everyone in shock by the quality and the quantity (P.S. The queens table they offer as a display… worth every penny!!) It doesn't feel like your average cocktail hour, between the food, the wonderful bartenders and staff, and the environment the speakeasy gives off, no one wanted to leave. From there the night only got better, making our wedding unforgettable!

My husband and I were blown away during the tour of the space. We were also highly impressed with Eric's knowledge of the history of the venue. Not to mention the amount of "enhancements" that were included in our per person pricing! They had a plethora of tablecloths to choose from, gold or silver place settings, candelabras, tea candles, mantle decorations, etc. Also the venue itself is a step above the rest. We didn't need to look anywhere else. From the chandeliers to the speakeasy bar in the basement, our guests had an amazing time and our wedding really has been the talk of the town. Finally, let me tell you about the FOOD! From the tasting to our actual dinner the menu was an experience. The hors d'oeuvres were delicious and I appreciate that the wait staff made sure to bring some to the getting ready rooms for the bridal party. The bartenders were ON POINT all night and there was never a long line at the bar! The drinks were amazing. I wish I could attached photos here because our wedding not only suited us as a couple, it really was an experience. I'd like to thank Eric, Jared, Shanice, & Chef Antonio for making our wedding day dreams come true.
