My daughter looked gorgeous the day of her wedding, Valentina will certainly not rush things, she will carefully prepare the skin to moisturize, relax and make it glow, then she will start doing her craft, when I passed by to glance at my daughter, I couldn't believe how beautiful she already looked and she was not nearly done. We hired Valentina for two days and got to know her more, she was fun, instantly connected with my daughter, family and friends, she was a delight!!! My daughter also did a trial with her, so came the wedding day, she knew Valentina will do her magic. The day of the wedding was PERFECT, timeline was well organized, and Valentina stayed for retouches. Valentina is AMAZING!

at got their hair and makeup done were not happy with the way it came out. Valentina ended up having to re-do the makeup on one of my bridesmaids and it looked perfect. I would not book with anyone else at VC Glam, just Valentina! Make sure you book with Valentina directly because she is the best!!

ho, who confirmed that it was quite simple and would present no problem whatsoever. The first trial date available was 3 weeks before the wedding to which we were waiting in my daughter's apartment but Aleph did not show up - we tried to reach Valentina the owner to no avail and eventually hours later were told that Aleph waited outside the apartment building because he could not get in - Valentina had not provided him with my daughter's contact info so he could not call to let us know he was there - we were not provided with Aleph's contact info either. Another trial appointment was scheduled for 2 weeks before the wedding to which Aleph showed up and after 5 hours could not replicate the hairstyle. Once again another trial appointment was scheduled for 1 week before the wedding for Valentina to come with Sarah another hairstylist who also could not replicate the hairstyle which consisted of waves and a half up/half down loose braid - pretty simple! My daughter was told not to worry and that 1 week later on her wedding day that Aleph and Sarah would work together to get the requested hairstyle. Unfortunately not only did they not get it right, but they spent so much time redoing it that it impacted all of the time set aside for pictures that did not happen.
My daughter was in tears and stressed on the most important day of her life!!! PLEASE NOTE THAT THE FULL AMOUNT PLUS TIP WAS REQUIRED IN CASH AND PAID IN ADVANCE OF THE WEDDING!! Therefore, you have no recourse nor even time to contract with someone else. I truly have never encountered a vendor so unprofessional in all my years. I only write this review to SAVE another bride from this disaster on their wedding day!!!!
Valentina was absolutely amazing. Didn’t even have a trial- and it turned out perfectly.
