In 1853, Dr. Roman de la Cuesta married Micaela Cota and received Ranch de Vega as a dowry. They constructed an adobe building on the property, which remains to this day. In 1976, Bill Mosby and his wife Jeri purchased the estate. They planted 18 with wine grapes, making use of the favorable soil. The current owners, Demetrios and Karen Loizides have four decades of experience in the hospitality business. This pair and their team offer Vega Vineyard & Farm as a setting for warm welcomes and remarkable occasions. This 212-acre estate features 20 acres of estate vineyards for in-house wines and photography backdrops. Multiple event spaces are also available to accommodate your festivities with a capacity for more than 300 guests. This venue also has wheelchair access and wireless internet.
Vega Vineyard & Farm hosts single-faith, multi-faith, and non-religious weddings as well as elopements, civil unions, commitment ceremonies, second weddings, and vow renewals. one side of the family or both, fantastic food, beautiful spaces, and farm animals to top it off! We were initially sold by how much Vega offers in one package, two on-site Airbnbs, amazing menu with options for all (vegan and kid friendly options), tables and tableware, propane heaters, and on-site restrooms. But what really sells this place in my opinion is the natural beauty. The ceremony space is beneath a beautiful oak tree and we have the most ridiculously gorgeous pictures from all over the venue. Every single one of our guests told us what a beautiful space it was, and also were beyond delighted to get to feed the goats, pigs, and ducks, especially the kiddos 😉 Now that our big day is behind us, I can easily say choosing Vega was the best choice! THANK YOU to all the wonderful Vega staff and to Jessi who took such great care of us. We will be stopping by Vega for dinner or a glass of wine every chance we get!

It was a dream come true for any couple seeking a picturesque setting for their wedding.
One of the standout features of Vega Vineyard & Farms was the availability of unique accommodations right on site. Our wedding party was treated to a one-of-a-kind experience with beautiful and cozy lodgings, which added an extra layer of convenience and magic to the celebration.
The food at our wedding was nothing short of incredible. Vega Vineyard & Farms surpassed our expectations with a culinary experience that left our guests raving. The menu was not only delicious but also beautifully presented, reflecting the attention to detail and quality that the venue consistently delivered.
The petting zoo on site was a delightful surprise and a hit with our guests, especially the younger ones. It added a touch of fun and charm to our wedding, making it an even more memorable event.
The amenities included in the contract were a huge bonus. Having lighting, clean and well-maintained bathrooms, and a selection of wine and beer readily available simplified our planning process and made our wedding day run seamlessly.
