lly special Birthday surprise. Exactly 24 hours before the event last Friday I get an email saying my ride was no longer available and they were refunding all the money. In shock I emailed back about ten times. Tried to call at least 25 times for an explanation but not once did I get a return email or call. I could not believe this was happening. One of the Mom's called me and told me there was a very reputable company in town called Showtime. She gave me the number and I called. Left a frantic message and they called back in 5 minutes. Jade is a Saint truly. She honored the price we were supposed to get at the disgraceful place. She even called me the next day to confirm. The driver even came early. He said he had heard what happened and wanted to make sure the special night was taken care of. The girls were all eating pizza when the Limo turned the corner. They all screamed. My daughter stood up in tears. The moment was priceless. They all went for an awesome time to the Plaza Cand Crown Center where they got out walked around and took pictures. My wife said the driver was dancing to the music

I am giving them 3 stars is because our driver took an extremely long route from my ceremony to my reception costing us about 20-30 minutes of photo time. This was extremely frustrating because as a bride I didn't want to stress on my wedding day, but we did not get in as many pictures as I would have liked because of this which was extremely disappointing. The car was clean inside and out.

as beautiful, clean, and spacious enough for 12 of us to fit in. The driver was so, so nice and helped me out of the limo a couple times, which was great since my dress was huge!! st showed us the big black bus (which had two stripper poles). I was not feeling it at all. Then, he offered us the Blue Limo Bus option. It was more classy (and had no stripper poles), yay! I loved that Mike allows you to rent by the hour as we only needed the bus for 1.5 hours from Powell Gardens to the Plaza for our reception. He also allowed my day-of-coordinator to come by and stock the bus that morning with cooler, drink and snacks. Everything was great! Would highly suggest them especially over Horizon. Horizon was SO over-priced and inflexible.

I've been in wedding parties where the limo just didn't have adequate air conditioning for the large space. We did not have that issue, thank goodness! I also liked the bus-style vehicle we chose, as it allowed the girls to easily enter without mooning anybody behind them.
They also didn't have a minimum time limit. Many vendors require at least 4 hours. We only needed about 2 which was another deciding factor. I'm very pleased we went with Vegas!

it seats 18 I believe so we were really comfortable with 14 people. There was plenty of room for us not to be sitting on top of each other. For 3 hours of transportation in between our ceremony and reception to take pictures and celebrate we paid a great rate and were picked up on time, dropped off on time and not charged extra for multiple stops. I don't remember our driver's name but he was great and even offered me his jacket while we waited outside to get back on the limo. For an great price, quality service and to ride in comfort on your wedding day I would go with Vegas Limousine!!

She also had an umbrella, which was great since we packed a "limo bag" (we were taking outdoor pics) with an umbrella, sunscreen, etc. and whoever was in charge of putting it in the limo forgot! We thought the AC was lacking--they told us there was a special, separate AC system for the bride and groom in the back but all it blew was hot air. We finally turned it away from us.
