They were our photographer that was booked through the venue (silly me for not booking it myself). After the wedding, we were sent a link of raw photos a...
nd had to choose 150 (I have never heard of this before). When we were looking at the raw pics, we couldn’t even tell if it was good or not because of their dark giant ass watermarking on all the photos. We selected the 150 and they said it could take up to 3 weeks to receive the edited pictures (totally fine with us). We received the edited pics yesterday and I have never been so mad and disappointed that a company would think this is acceptable business.
1. My eyes are editing to the brightest blue color. My natural eyes are blue (not that deep blue). It looks like I am wearing Halloween colored contacts.
2. Some pictures it looks like my husband is wearing makeup. That is not something we practice in our life.
3. There’s something strange coming out of my husbands hair on the wall. Mind you there was nothing on the wall.
4. These pictures were edited by ai. We had our two kids in our wedding and there were photos of them uploaded into an ai system without our permission. We had no clue this was the way they “edit”.
They are horrible at communication. When I tried to address the issue, the guy who supposedly edited this cussed me out and hung up on me twice. I really hope they never book another client because I can’t imagine another person feeling the way we do about our wedding pictures.

ous decoration on the table that covered my husband's face This went on for 10 minutes. The videographer could have adjusted the camera angle but this simply shows the quality of their service. Substandard for sure. I am also unhappy with the customer service from the office. I've reached out to Rene a couple of times about my dissatisfaction with the customer service provided by their front desk and editor (who did a poor job editing our photos the first time). I gave Rene a chance to respond to my honest and humble dissatisfaction to see if he could simply apologize and acknowledge these short comings but I have not received a response even though I reach out twice and he said he would follow up. I'm sure he's busy, but customer satisfaction is very important. I advise against this company's video services. VPP's office staff can be at times unapologetically unprofessional to clients. This was my experience. I hope their staff receive better training in the future.
Also, don't expect a refund if you pay for additional photos and your eyes are closed in them. Staff blame you for choosing them. The large watermark that is placed when you select your photos practically covers your eyes so this is at times unlikely to be known until you pay and they remove the watermark. They blame the client. That's really awful service.

VERY professional staff! They were great at accommodating my wife and I and making much needed adjustments due to our flight delay, and they were very willing to address any questions or concerns that we had.
