Deceptive venue with a terrible experience. You'll pay 1000$ for a 7 minute ceremony which the wedding coordinator will do their best to ruin at the last second.

So happy we decided to use Vegas Weddings. We married at Valley of Fire and everything was perfect. They communicated with us from start to finish. Everything was perfectly timed. The photographer, Via, was incredible. She captured so many images that we will cherish forever. She was very easy to work with and was very patient with us. We never felt rushed or hurried. Our officiant, Roger was awesome along with our limo driver. Could not ask for better!!

Vegas Weddings went above and beyond our expectations. From the moment I called Karly, which was less than two weeks until the wedding (we got married on our ten-year anniversary), no stone was left unturned. The Limo service was impeccable, Chris picked us up from the hotel and was communicating with us before his arrival. When we arrived at the chapel, my husband and I were taken into the bridal suite and our officiant came in and went over everything with us. Confirmed the little details and even last minute - I threw in another flower boy and they made it happen. Jessica (photographer) was flawless! She made us feel so comfortable and relax, and she captured moments I would not have even thought of until we saw the pictures. Every detail of our wedding beautifully encompassed our 10 years of love, and this would not have been possible without Vegas Weddings. If you are looking for a chapel, please check them out. I had over 20 guests and there is no professional photography allowed, but trust them, their team will deliver on the most epic photos and make you feel like you made the best decision of having your wedding there. Plus, it was nice that no phones were allowed because everyone got to live in the moment and be present. Also, tip everyone please, they are doing an amazing job and if you have saved a ton of money from not having a traditional wedding, show love to them. Again, THANK YOU! P.S. Hands down Top Notch. From the first conversation everything went so smoothly. I started with another vendor for our destination wedding. We paid the deposit but we were not getting the timely communication I needed to ensure when I arrived in Vegas my wedding will be perfect. It seemed everything we wanted they could not provided. That wedding vendor did not give us options and we was not getting the value for the money. A Destination wedding brings another level of stress. We are purchasing something sight unseen hoping the wedding planner knows what you really want for your special day. So I did a Google search and found the Vegas Weddings venue. I clicked on and immediately a wedding planner ask if she could help. I ask about the dates for a February wedding and she was so accomdating. She gave me options before I even gave a deposit. Once I had a detailed invoice we was ready to book. So glad we made the change. I know this is a long post but when I say they took care of us they did. Limo services to get our marriage license the day before. We paid a little extra to have 2 limos the day of the wedding. Which was great because we wanted the first glance look. That was a priceless moment for us. We had a time two hour reception with an amazing DJ. A great photographer and and it was video and live stream.

I chose Vegas Weddings because I wanted something all inclusive. I wanted the least stressful wedding planning possible and they exceeded my expectations! Shannon responded quickly to any questions I had, and was very kind. The arrangements for my hair and makeup was a breeze. Communication was excellent. Times were accurate. My friend almost fell getting into the limo, but the driver so quickly caught her and said he wouldn’t let her fall. Amazing guy! Our officiator was wearing a Nintendo pin that went perfectly with one of our songs we chose. He made it non religious and very personable! The photographer was great and we got so many good shots we ended up buying them all! I want to thank everyone who helped make our day come together so beautifully. I am so happy I chose this venue. ♥️💞

Booked a 35th Anniversary renewal with what I later found out was a third party website Viva Las Vegas. The website stated that the package was $395 but when the salesperson called I was told that that chapel wasn't available on Sundays and so we had to use the Wedding Chapel and now the package was $676. When I paid the deposit I saw the package was an upgrade that included a limo which I didn't ask for or need and an additional charge of $60 for the "minister". When I received the final invoice they charge $75 for my guest to be allowed to take pictures and they add a $122.36 "service charge" and another $13.62 "convenience fee. Now my invoice is $767.00. So we get out to Vegas go to our final consultation that was supposed to be at 3pm on Saturday. We get there at 2:40 and at 3:20 I ask what the hold up is? After checking she puts us in with someone else. Now I've talked to 3 different people and have told them the same story about one of our employees getting married by the small Elvis and even showed them the picture of them with him. This gal remembered the wedding and the people when I showed her the picture of the small Elvis but never saw on the reservation that they didn't book him for us? I double and triple checked to make sure they had it correct and I was assured that we would have the small Elvis do the renewal. Sunday we get there and about 10 minutes later an Elvis impersonator shows up but it's not the small Elvis. I ask again and was assured that we had the small Elvis. 10 minutes later they escort us upstairs and 10 minutes later the Elvis that we had seen downstairs comes into the room and starts going over everything with us. I stopped him, explained the situation and he leaves the room. Another gal comes in and is apologizing and I ask to speak to a manager. She leaves, comes back and says there is no manager available and that there is a slim change that they could get the small Elvis there in 10 minutes and what do we want to do. I told her at the least they should give us a partial refund. She leaves again, comes back and says that they can get the small Elvis if we want to postpone the renewal for 3 hours. I've got 100 people at home waiting to watch it live and I have to get on social media and text those that are not on social media that the time has changed. Half the people at home did not get a chance to see the live ceremony. The small Elvis got there a few minutes after us. He made several comments about the Wedding Chapel messing things up and not being the best place. He told us that we had to pay him $60 for the ceremony that we already paid and another $40 for his tip. They had envelopes in the limos hanging so you couldn't miss them with "Driver's Tip" written on them. That Friday we looked at the images on line and they were covered up so badly with watermarks that I had to enlarge every one of them and spent hours doing so. Their email stated that I had 7 days and if I wanted more time for $20 they would extend another week. If I wanted additional images besides the 11 I could order them at $57.50 for EACH image. Lastly, since people were not able to see the live video I sent an email and asked if they would send me a copy. The response was for $180.00 I could get a copy. I asked again to speak to a manager and after explaining all of the above to the photo consultant she reached out to the "management team" and they did give me the video. They try to charge you for EVERYTHING.

Planning a wedding out of state had me nervous, Shannon was amazing with communication and working with us . Everything went so smooth and couldn’t have gone better .

I wanted me and my husband to be to have a great time in Vegas while coming together in unison and Demi at Vegas weddings made it happen. I wish more came with our package but overall it was a wonderful wedding ceremony!

Your wedding day is something you dream of. You spend a lot of time, money and energy to prepare for the big day. I did a lot of research before picking this business. Unfortunately, it didn’t end so beautifully. We went to be fitted for our gown and tux, and had even bought the upgraded package. My husbands tux didn’t fit, the alterations were horrendous. The shoes falling apart on the bottom, and shoe laces fraying so bad they were ready to snap. The dress was never altered, and it was obvious in the photos. Half the dresses to pick from were stained, torn, and just not in good shape. His pants were hemmed incorrectly, I’ll attach photos. When we arrived I mentioned this to two people upstairs, he mentioned it to the people at the front counter, and my mom also mentioned it needed to be fixed. It wasn’t. And it may be a small thing- however, I paid to upgrade my flowers to lavender for the color. But both men’s flowers, were pink. Then came the photos, 15 candid were included. I couldn’t even pick 15 that looked semi decent, even zoomed in photos of my chest which only proved how ill fitting things were. To “make up for” the fact that the tux was horrid, they “included” all candid photos for free, yet I didn’t even want the 15 I had already paid for. So to try and somewhat salvage a few decent posed photos we ended up spending an additional 600- which I would have been fine paying, had I not wasted hundreds on a tux that looked like it came from the Salvation Army. The communication back and forth was confusing at best- with my consultant saying all photos for free poses included, to then being told 2 photos for free. Even after I paid for all of the photos, they sent another incorrect email stating they sent them in color, sepia, and enhancements (which they did not), followed by another email telling me to disregard. All in all, you are herded like cattle in and out and feel like you wasted your money.

While LV in general has tons of chapel options that I can’t speak on, I have zero regrets choosing this one. Vegas Weddings FAR exceeded our expectations, making for a stress-free and beautiful experience. Their communication prior was timely, everyone was professional and incredibly kind, including our officiant and photographer. The ceremony was more sincere and heartfelt than expected (it was an LV elopement… I didn’t have high hopes), the pictures were stunning, everything we chose was beautiful and perfect; I could go on and on. We couldn’t have asked for anything better!

My Husband and I had the best experience with Vegas Weddings. They made everything so easy. They handled everything. Our minister was awesome! Would highly recommend them!

I cannot say enough good things about Vegas Weddings! Everything was fast, adorable, easy, and gorgeous! I am happier than I ever could’ve imagined with my dress and photos! They did an amazing job every step of the way, and I felt like I didn’t have to do a thing! I highly recommend saving your money on photos, a venue, hair, makeup, flowers, a dress, limo, and anything else, because everything is included in their packages and it comes out to be so much cheaper and still SO BEAUTIFUL! I cannot tell you how many people have complimented my wedding and said how much time and money I must’ve spent, when in reality, I got everything I mentioned above for less than the price of an empty venue!

They made sure everything was perfect. The photographer went above and beyond and I will be eternally grateful. I've always been shy but she made us feel comfortable and even made the photoshoot fun.

They made us feel like we were the only couple getting married on our special day. The staff from start to finish was great. Our Minister made it so special, he was enthusiastic and very genuine. Photographer was fun !!

OMG this venue and staff were absolutely amazing! We picked and starting planning back in Febuary of 2022 and we just got married on 10/14/2022 and everything was perfect. The ceremony was so elegantly done, the limo driver was one of the sweetest people ever! Our Minster, Bruce Wayne, was the kindest and wisest man, he gave us some of the best advice any newly wed couple could receive! The pictures came out beautifully and so well done! Everyone there could see how much I love my now husband and they all spoke truly from the heart! We WILL be back to have Bruce renew our vows, because honestly, WHY WOULD WE NOT! Also our cake was gorgeous and so delicious and was quiet fun to smash into my husband's face! I live all the way on the east coast, SC, and I HAD to bring the top of the cake home for our 1 year anniversary! If you're looking to get married at an EXTREMELY affordable and beautiful venue, just head out to Vegas and let these people handle it all and take that "wedding planning" stress off of you! Personally, go with the beautiful orange roses and the chapel space! There is a reason this company has one so many awards, trust this little southern girl, it's worth it!!

The package all seems good, we booked from a distance (which I expect many people do) and put our trust in the organiser to recommend the best solution and package, but it failed to deliver what was discussed. We clearly shared that we were not planning on change each of our names, but the celebrant announced us Mr & Mrs. We were held in a room (like a mini prison) as other weddings were happening, and then after rushed into a large conference room for photographs by table clothed tables and no atmosphere. The photographer was awful, equipment was working properly, did stage any of the posed photos, got in the way of the web cam during the ceremony so family couldn't actually see what was happening. The driver was polite and friendly and supportive in dropping us off after the ceremony The photo viewing session was scripted and the lady presenting them, carried on regardless when we responded to whether we liked the photos "we hate them", she replied, that's wonderful, now you need to select the ones of your choice. No empathy or listening skills were shown. The follow up from the session, was pretty much well you have what you've got. I mean its not like we can recreate the day! I am sure there are other companies that employ people and not robots. Understand the number of weddings that come through the city every day, but for each of us this is a special occasion and we don't want to feel like a number or an inconvenience that you are taking up their precious time. I wouldn't recommend JustWeddings and would tell people to actively check what you are paying for and your expectations of the day

It was a beautiful wedding especially for last minute (6months) and with guest facing weather delays, rain and no shows..I thought it was going to be a bad day..it was so nice, the cake, the drivers and photographer was amazing. I felt very rushed..they are a busy venue..but overall it was very nice.

Vegas Weddings is by far the best chapel in Vegas. Not only is it right near the marriage license bureau, the staff is absolutely amazing & makes you feel at ease. We had an amazing coordinator Melanie & if she was out everyone pitched in to make sure anything I needed was answered quickly. Our minister Diana Moran was full of amazing energy & made the experience so much more, she is a rockstar of ministers, & we felt blessed to have her. Then there was some true magic that happened with our photographer Divina. We got married in an outside gazebo in a heat wave of 112F & I was going on 2 hrs of sleep. Somehow she took BEAUTIFUL photos that we can cherish for a lifetime. And it wouldn’t be complete without the coolest limo driver Chris Scholtes, who arrived on the nose at our time. Truly a wonderful experience.

From the beginning to the end, Vegas Weddings did an awesome job. I would recommend using this vendor. My day was perfect. The only 2 things that I did not like was for the 1 hr cake and champagne reception, you don’t get to pick your music playlist but there is a $65 charge and your guest do not get champagne for the toast. Our overall experience was awesome!

The best day of my life was on May 14th, 2022. The day I married my best friend. Vegas Weddings did such a fantastic job in making our day special. They answered all our questions, and when my mom wanted to buy the opportunity to have our wedding recorded, they were super helpful to her and were able to do that over the phone the day before. I highly recommend buying that, by the way! The film quality was beautiful and I can’t wait to watch it every year…. and maybe a couple more times this year as well. I was really impressed and we had such an awesome time. I wish I had a time machine just so I can experience it all again!

Got married in the Fast Lane on 05/09/2022. Our wedding planner Shannon was amazing and very responsive to e-mails and any questions we had. We picked a package that included, flowers, pictures, tips, and mailing our marriage certificate to us. It really made everything flow smooth and left me with nothing to worry about on my wedding day except getting married. The limo arrived on time, early even, so we were able to take a few pictures at the hotel. Our minister was super nice and did a great job. I was looking for a small and simple ceremony, but still special, and they really delivered.

Everything was perfect! Out wedding planner Brittany helped with any questions that I had along the way. The venue we chose was perfect for a small wedding(outdoor gazebo). The pictures came out beautiful. I couldn't have asked for anything else for our special day.

We love this venue, they were fast to respond to questions, very professional, and always positive. Even when our first flight was canceled 2 days before the wedding, they were willing and ready to change our arrangements for another weekend. Hair and make up turned out perfect, the driver was great. The minister did amazing, made the moment very special, and romantic. The photographer was awesome, he took our special moment and gave us pictures to always enjoy.

We had the most amazing wedding and everyone that we came in contact with was very helpful. Every detail is taken care of and communicated. The Terrace Gazebo was even more beautiful in person.

The staff!!!! Every single person we came in contact with was SUPER friendly and welcoming. The Reverend was simply amazing! Rickie was my hero! We felt that we were in VERY good hands. They literally saved the day after our cruise ship wedding was canceled THREE DAYS before we were to fly out. Let me tell ya: choose this company and request to work with SHANNON! She handled every detail and communicated throughout the entire process....even after hours! Beautiful venue choices. Great photography and videography. Excellent guitarist in the background. You absolutely cannot go wrong! Best decision EVER!!!!! WE will definitely be back to renew our vows!

Where to begin? I was really looking forward to my big day. We read so many great reviews on this place, pictures looked awesome, it was a one stop shop that had everything included and it was much easier on the wallet. My wedding planner went MIA a month before the wedding. She wasn’t responding to emails so I had to get on the chat option and ask another wedding planner to transfer me. Everything was confirmed, come the day of the wedding-nothing was right in terms of reception songs/dances, wedding party lineup etc. There was a distinct lack of planning on their part, and it was reflected in the confusion of my guests and my bridal party. Extremely unprofessional. I didn’t get a chance to view (in terms of decor) prior to the wedding. The decorations were mediocre and looked nowhere as pretty or good as they do online. My bouquet and the boutonnieres were brown/wilted, which was extremely disappointing. My bouquet also looked NOTHING like the option we chose. My three bridesmaids had to go without flowers because they said they ran out. Our pictures were not as good as I was hoping. The candid pictures are off centered and the lighting is horrendous—apartments in the background. The only thing that turned out great was the food, alcohol and reception. Overall, I wish would’ve went through another venue. Get what you pay for I guess?

My husband and I decided to renew our wedding vows during our vacation in Las Vegas. After reviewing different venues and their packages, we decided to go with Vegas Weddings and could not have been more pleased! Our consultant, Whitney, was on top of getting all the necessary paperwork to us and so helpful in making the arrangements including a pre-ceremony consultation and arranging for the photographer, and setting up transportation by limo to and from our hotel. We chose to have our ceremony with a small group of friends on the Terrace Gazebo and could not have asked for a better location. It was beautiful and intimate. The minister - we went with Elvis of course - was wonderful! In addition to being a consummate Elvis impersonator, he also performed a beautiful ceremony. Finally, Jessica, the photographer, was just amazing! She had great ideas for poses and was wonderful about catching candid moments on film that were just lovely. I highly recommend Vegas Weddings for your wedding ceremony and vow renewal!

If you are looking for a simple, elegant, yet romantic wedding this is the place! I had Shannon as my wedding planner. She sent me all the information I needed for decisions I had to make and prices of everything. We chose the Terrace Gazebo and from hair and make up, to the limo, ceremony and photography it came out amazing. I was very happy and with pricing it was all beautiful. The staff was amazing. My dress was a bit too big but the stylist helped me out so much. I didn't have time to get my dress altered bc of back orders due to covid. Overall my husband and I were pleased with the whole experience.

My husband and I just got married there on June 23rd. I was good with everything till we got there. My wedding planner didn’t tell me that she wasn’t going to be there. Also, she messed up the schedule. The chapel told my husband and I that we could wait for an hour and half or find our own way back to the hotel and come back to the chapel for the schedule time for the tux and gown fitting. I do wish that they would have told me the actual prices of the photos before we got married. It was almost an extra $1,000 we didn’t plan for. We lived out of state and I called to check on if they took our marriage license to the clerk and the chapel said they did. I called the clerk and they didn’t have it anywhere. I called the chapel again saying they haven’t taken them yet. Honestly for how much we paid that could have done a better job with fixing the issues. Instead they just keep going in circles and trying to protect themselves. I will say that the makeup and hair team (pampered brides) did an amazing job on my daughter and I. Also, everyone that took pictures, Chaplin and girls explaining how everything was going to happen before, during and after the ceremony.

What an amazing experience! We were married here in April and everything was perfect! Shannon was amazing in the planning process, also professional. The staff was amazing on a final consultation and the day of the wedding. Everyone was very kind and I never felt rushed or unwelcomed. The photographer was AMAZING! I wish I would of made note of her name. The pictures are well worth the price we paid! The chapel was gorgeous. Charlene are minister was WONDERFUL!!! I cannot say enough on how amazing my experience was, from the planning, to hair and make up to the ceremony and the pictures. Also I had 2 amazing limo drivers. The gentlemen who took me to the wedding venue made the experience very pleasant. He helped calm this brides nerves!!!

My husband and I got married at the Terrace Gazebo in March. Rickey was super helpful. Pampered Brides sent Kat and Sylvia to fix my hair and makeup, they were amazing! It was great except picture pricing. The package we bought included 15 ceremony images, there were 30 of them and out of those I would only keep 4. The posed pictures were gorgeous but of course extra money. $60 per picture and there were 100 of these and I would've kept them all for a decent price. You can buy the whole set for $590 yet our wedding package was only $599. Kind of sad that none of our family went and we also don't have pictures to show. I would recommend looking into picture packages elsewhere before choosing this. Everything else was nice.

Everyone here was amazing! We were so happy with the entire experience from beginning to end. Thank you Vegas Weddings for making our day as perfect & more special than we could ever dream of! From beginning to end, even amid the pandemic; we had a wonderful occasion that surpassed all of our wedding needs. Smooth as butter, our pre-wedding and wedding process went off without a "hitch"... other than ours!!! Our wedding guests who were not as technology advanced called and received the absolute best care and were able to see our wedding via the live broadcast. The photographer was friendly and captured so many moments of our day. We are beyond satisfied. We are blissfully wedded and blissfully happy with our experience with Vegas Weddings. #CevilleFullCircle.1.2.9.2.1. The Sand Ceremony and Wedding Ceremony brings tears to our eyes every time we watch the video...trust me...I've watched it well over 100 times! My favorite person...Ricky...we used the Tux&Gown rental and he guided us through picking the best dress. We didn't have any guests as we didn't want to risk their health. His honesty and taste were refreshing. His experience offered peace of mind and I wasn't just a beautiful princess bride in the wrong dress...I was a QUEEN marrying her King in the most beautiful gown I've ever seen. The wedding cake was delicious. We didn't have a reception, instead, we took the cake for two back to our room and celebrated with glasses of champagne and cake. The cake was moist and mouth-watering delicious. I recommend all of the services provided by Vegas Weddings. They had all the bases covered. We didn't need to look for other vendors as they had everything covered. Thank you for making this a 5-star wedding!

This wedding chapel was the best! Everyone was so nice and helpful, even through this pandemic! The petals were beautiful and the entire ceremony was amazing! The chapel was very elegant! Love it!

Vegas Weddings was amazing to work with! My husband and I were married on 11/13/2020. We were able to meet with Shannon for our consultation earlier than previously scheduled. Our package included a limo ride, which was amazing! the limo driver was on time and very professional. The staff that assisted us once we got there, was professional and very courteous! Everything was very well organized. My mom sat with me in the bridal suite. One of the staff members came in to finalize some different items and also offered water to each of us. Then the preacher came in and was amazing as well! The photographer took his time and took very nice pictures! We used the main chapel. It had been renovated since we had first look at the website to choose our package. The chapel was beautiful! We didn't add any extra decorations and it still looked amazing! Both my husband and I were/are very pleased with how everything turned out. We know we chose the right venue for our Vegas wedding. All staff members that we or our guests dealt with were professional and kind. The chapel is very well run and organized. I would highly recommend any couple getting married in Vegas to use Vegas Weddings. Thank you for making our day very special!!

The only positive I can say is the wedding planner Shannon was fantastic. This is why I gave one star because the rest of the experience was horrible. My fiancé and I were married 11/7/2020. Of course the venue can not control the weather; however, they CAN control their interactions and professionalism with the wedding party and guests. The day of the wedding was 40 mph winds and cold. The tent "blew" away that my guests were to gather prior to the wedding. So there was no "plan B" for them to gather to stay warm. Second, only one person is allowed in the bridal suite. I understand but they did not say the person could not be interchangeable. My friend needed to fix my wedding dress so she went up in the suite with me. She was only there for 10 minutes. She then went down the elevator (because my wedding coordinator was nowhere to be found) with her mask on and was rudely stopped and interrogated. My daughter was going to come up to spend time with me in suite but was not allowed. I sat in the bridal suite with NOONE. The wedding coordinator never updated me on anything going nor checked on me after my friend left the suite. The wedding photographer came into the suite and took pictures. I wanted my daughter in the pictures but of course assumed she was mad and didn't want to come up. I did not know she was stopped! After the wedding, my guests were told to "get out". This was confirmed by almost all 25 guests. They were sent out into the rain and 40mph wind to wait on the Ubers. This is unacceptable and poor customer service. I was also told by most of my guests how rude the staff were to them from the beginning to the end of the wedding. I was not told until the next day as my guests did not want to ruin my wedding day. My family/friends took time away from their work and family to spend what was suppose to be a great and memorable day. I am embarrassed and furious on how the day transpired. 702 wedding venue was eager to take my $2500 but could not show professionalism or respect for myself, fiancé or wedding guests. To top of the experience, when my husband and myself were getting our pictures at the end a metal bench broke. He and I fell backwards onto the dirty concrete floor. Of course I could either laugh or cry. We laughed it off because 1) we were in shock 2) if was freezing cold and windy. Not one person had us fill out an incident report NOR did they follow up with us the next day to see if we were ok. They are literally out for the money and nothing else. I sent an email days after my wedding to voice my concerns. 6 days later, I resent an email requesting a response by the end of the week. Of course, I received excuses mostly blaming Covid. I am a frontline worker and am well aware of Covid. It did not just show up yesterday. They (702 vegas weddings) is choosing to use this as an excuse and need to revisit their protocols and procedures. Covid does not make a person rude and disrespectful. I am still beyond frustrated and embarrassed on the stories I am hearing from my friends (guests) who attended the wedding. This was suppose to be a great time, Covid or not! I wanted one great memory out of this crazy year and this venue did the opposite. I would NEVER recommend this place. The horrible customer service and lack of compassion was proven on my wedding day. Maybe instead of bragging you are voted #1 on certain sites, send your staff to an excellent customer service class!

I WOULD LEAVE ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE. Ceremony and venue were beautiful. However, the staff was extremely difficult to work with. Our photos in particular was our main problem. We paid over $1,000 just to be able to have access to our pictures and for what we thought was going to be 2 high quality canvasses. After the wedding we waited 4 months for a response about our canvasses. We were told very rudely that they had recently changed vendors and that was the cause of the delay. After a few more months we finally got our canvasses and it was from Costco and they were warped and out of focus because again...... they were from Costco! We did not expect such a low quality canvass for the price we paid. The canvass by itself was valued at $400. Again our canvass was from Costco. We tried to return our canvasses in an attempt to get a partial refund but we were given a phone number for the outsourced to India Costco phone line and we never received our return label. After contacting the wedding chapel, we still received no refund and no replacement canvasses. They never responded to us about our complaints until we attempted to dispute the charge with the credit car company. So in all, the venue is very nice. However, the hassle of dealing with the staff and all of this aftermath with the photographs made the experience extremely regretful. We were married earlier this year and we just now learned that they fought back against our claim and kept our money without giving us decent canvasses. My advice is to pick another chapel.

Our wedding was amazing, they did a fantastic job from beginning to end. Making arrangements from Texas was so easy and stress free (aside from the pandemic issues of course). Our guests both in person and watching the live feed are still talking about the ceremony and chapel 3 weeks later.

This is the place to get married in Vegas. Great prices. Time to make payments. They customize so many things and take care of it all. I had no stress on the day of my Halloween 2020 wedding. The female pastor was AMAZING. Every worker make us feel welcomed, not just another couple, they were understanding our nervousness and helped keep me calm and do all the little things so I didnt have to worry about remembering somthing. They are right across the street from the marriage licence place, so convenient. Huge time saver there. Masks were only required to walk throught the lobby, our guests and our selves were able to take them off to have nice pictures and a pleasant experience during the ceramony. Limo driver was on time. Plenty of great pictures taken with the package we picked. Video was great. To see if from the outside view was great. So in the moment there were things I forgot until I saw the video, which was sent to us with in a couple of hours. LOVE THIS PLACE.

We were married February 2020! I couldn’t believe how professional and helpful EVERYONE at Vegas Weddings was!!! Getting married out of state was stressful enough but they made it easy!!!

My husband and I were married here July 2014, the venue was nice, the staff was very professional, my wedding planner was on point with everything BUT my photographer, she was on another level!!! Six years later and I still get compliments on our wedding photos and I still love to watch our wedding video! Aside from the Vegas heat, everything was perfect that day!!

We got married on 10-12-19, and it was absolutely amazing. We chose the terrace gazebo, and I couldn’t have found a more perfect place to marry my best friend. Our wedding planner, Adrianna, was beyond accommodating to all of our changes we had to make, and had so much patience with me and my millions of questions. Everyone we came in contact with was incredibly polite and super helpful. We never felt rushed or like we had to choose any one part of a package. If I could, I’d get married here everyday, honestly! I highly recommend Vegas Weddings to anyone looking for somewhere beautiful, simple and super fun. ❤️

We wanted a simple venue and they were able to accommodate with minutes notice. Staff was very nice and gave us exactly what we requested. Chapel was very clean, beautiful and more than we expected. Thank you so much for helping us make our day very special.

We had an amazing experience, could not have asked for anything different!! We showed up dressed and ready for our ceremony, as did our guests. I did not have to worry about or plan decor, flowers, lighting, photography, tables and chairs, etc. Every phone call was courteous, professional and answered questions with out any issues. We were married on the Terrace Gazebo at night, under the stars and the lighted gazebo, the ambiance was phenomenal, emotional and beautiful.

I think everything went very smoothly! I didn’t have to worry about anything on my wedding day & that was exactly what we wanted! Stress free and still absolutely perfect. We chose the Captivate Package and highly recommend the the hour long photoshoot on the strip. The photographer did an absolutely fantastic job and we got to keep all of the pictures. I loved not worrying about having to pick the ones we wanted to keep. This is the perfect option for a bride-to-be that wants an elegant wedding without having to plan it all out! Jan was there to answer all of my questions about the ceremony every step of the way. She helped me reschedule my wedding after the first attempt was cancelled due to Covid. Everyone at Vegas Weddings was helpful and professional. Loved it!

ABSOLUTELY fabulous from start to finish with planning and ceremony! Shannon was AMAZING. we planned this wedding from out of town and it was seamless - and I was a stressball and I was able to calm down enough to enjoy!! We will come back and renew our vows in 10 years for sure!!

Our wedding day was very exciting! From being picked up by the Limo driver to being greeted by the staff . What I was disappointed with was showing up and not going straight to my dressing room but standing in the foyer where all my guest could see me. I wanted to be a surprise to everyone, because I knew I was adorable. I veered off in a corner and hid so that many my whole entire family couldn't see me. That was da downfall for me, however the minister that affiliated my wedding made it up with the encouraging words he delivered to us. Fastfowatd upon getting home we were excited to watch our own wedding because my sister married in Vegas. She used a different Venue 3 years ago and she's still able today can log on and watch. My husband and I cannot, BUT we were able to buy all of our photos that was discounted at a great fee. None the less all photos were EMAILED to me. My husband and I are very happy and we thank Vegas Weddings for our special day but we should have done our homework a little better.

Everything was amazing from beginning to end! Beautiful venue we went with the crystal room small and intimate perfect for a smaller ceremony. The staff was so nice and helpful especially by it being during the pandemic. If I had to choose again I would always chose Vegas Weddings

We literally were able to enjoy our entire time in Las Vega because no detail had been left undone. She literally thought of everything and made it happen. They did an absolutely amazing job! Everyone was super kind and helpful. They took care of pretty much everything for us! We had to choose some colors and a few details and they did the rest. We just needed to show up for fitting and for the ceremony. Could not have been happier with the outcome

Like everyone else in America our July wedding was cancelled due to COVID. When I saw that Vegas had opened back up we decided to have a quick, inexpensive and easy Vegas ceremony so I immediately started searching chapels. I am SO HAPPY we chose Vegas weddings. They’re affordable, have several level of packages, we were able to stream our ceremony live for our family and friends and everyone there is professional, knowledgeable and made our day amazing.

Wedding: July 6th 2020. If you want to have an organized small wedding during COVID and still marry the love of your life...Vegas Weddings got you covered! My love and I got married finally near 4th of July after twice rescheduling. Vegas weddings worked with us and gave us the earlier discount package I requested back in March. Few things to mention... talk to your day of planner constantly and make sure they are documenting everything you want for your wedding day. I say this because your wedding planner may not even be scheduled to work there on your special day. That way the "fill in" planner can piggyback off of the notes and keep your day smooth and without any problems. Shannon was my planner and even though she wasnt there on my exact wedding day, my "fill in" planner was able to keep the show going. Another mention, during your final consultation, bring your wedding shoes to make sure you can walk smoothly down the aisle at which ever venue you chose. My wedding was at the Terrace Gazebo, I tried on my shoes I bought for the wedding and realized they weren't going to work. I was able to go to my back up shoes for my wedding and it worked perfectly. Another mention, the photographer Jen was amazing. We had the Metro package to go take pictures at the Paris and Bellagio and ended up paying for all the photos. All 221 photos were exceptionally beautiful. Last mention, we purchased the livestream package as well and had no technical issues whatsoever. All my husband and my friends and family were able to watch our wedding live like they were here in Vegas with us. I got great feedback that everyone was able to see us clearly and hear us clearly. I recommend this venue for their quick response, organization and services that cater to someone like me who is picky as all get out about customer service.

While we had planned a wedding in Maine, Covid changed that. It ended up being just the two of us in our home town of Vegas. We did the Terrace Gazebo at night, and it was beautiful. The pictures and video came out beautiful! Our officiant was perfect! There was a person to help me get into my dress, apply two sided tape, and buckle my shoes (when I realized I couldn't bend over in my dress...lol). Everything was perfect for our Covid wedding.

Amazing staff and place for a spur of the moment wedding! My husband and I walked in with no appointment and they were able to get us married within 30 minutes of our arrival. We chose the cheapest and quickest package but the minister made it feel like such a special moment. We did not feel rushed at all. Everyone took their time to make us feel special on our day! It is a day I never thought would happen the way it did but thanks to Vegas Weddings it will be a day I will never forget! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get married in Vegas!!

Vegas Weddings over exceeded any expectations that we had going into the wedding. Their staff is so friendly and they are so organized that you do not have to worry about a thing. Their venue is absolutely stunning and everything was top notch. We are so lucky to have chosen them. I had looked at several venues and Vegas Weddings was by far on the top of the list of the places.

My husband and I searched for a venue where they handled majority of the planning and everything was available in a one stop shop type of deal. Las Vegas was the best place for an affordable, simple, yet still traditional wedding. Las Vegas Wedding 702 was helpful in some ways and here are the pros: 1. Tell you up front what you get for what you pay 2. Allow you to make payments online 3. Allow you to make minor enhancements (of course with costs) 4. Quick turn around time for video and photos. 5. Allows personal music selection 6. Limousine arrangements optional 7. Marriage legal documents ready practically next day Cons: 1. Coordinator did not send an email notifying us of who we were meeting with for consultation. Nor did we get a notification for who was actually going to be helping coordinate the wedding on the wedding day. I received several complaints from family and friends (guests) that the woman who was coordinating the event at the venue was unprofessional. I, the bride, was running late. I was supposed to be at the venue by 3:30 already dressed. The ceremony started at 4:30. I asked guests to arrive at 4. I didn’t get to the venue until 4:40. 10 mins past start time. There were two people sent to the venue to help coordinate. The gentleman was much more easy going and sweet and patient. The woman, however, was completely unprofessional. Rushing me, making a scene in front of my guests, and then threatening to cancel or push back my wedding (that was fully paid for) over the phone. I pray Las Vegas Weddings 702 does not assign this woman to coordinate anyone else’s wedding. She took what was already a high level stress situation and made it worse! Honestly, if I wasn’t the bride and wasn't so busy, I would have probably pulled her to the side and ask her to leave. 2. I had requested an enhancement for my aisle runner to have flower pedals shaped in circular designs, but on wedding day as I walked down the aisle, I was not happy with what I saw. 3. We asked for centerpieces with mostly white and some greenery for our reception. $70 for these centerpieces and they looked like something I could have done in my backyard! I knew I should have asked for a photo, but I put too much trust in my wedding coordinator to get things done right.

I couldn’t have ask for more of a better experience for our small gateway wedding! Vegas weddings and everyone involved definitely made this experience for me one I’ll truly treasure forever

This company far exceeded my expectations. I had a wedding and reception at their chapel for 34 people. The ceremony was beautiful and my minister was perfect. Our reception dj was great and the food was fantastic and the staff handled everything perfectly. My pictures took my breath away. I would choose them again in a heart beat for The value quality and care of they provide. If I had one complaint it would be that I had questions about add ons that were not answered in enough time for me to budget them in and so I had to forgo things I would have added but they more than made up for it.
