ght when my wedding occurred talked to guest rudely and unprofessional making people feel uncomfortable and talked down to. Our photographer provided by Vegas Weddings was very short in how he talked to me and guests when coordinating photos. Overall my biggest takeaway is because they must get so much business you are just another transaction where you are rushed start to finish. As a bride I did not feel special. I felt embarrassed the way staff talked to guests who were just excited to celebrate you. As a Vegas local, we know wedding chapels tend to rush you as it's a business, but I was just shocked the way the workers treated guests. No clear communication was given to me when I asked a couple times how the wedding day will go and that is for a reason. There is also hidden fees like paying $75 for a media pass which your informed of after signing a contract and that "media pass" expires the minute the ceremony ends which halted evey single person from snapping a photo of the event. We were told that we could see our family soon as the ceremony ended and the coordinator failed to ever mention that the photographer would then hold us up for at least 15 more minutes after the ceremony having us pose for photos they would later just try to sell to us. Limo driver that was provided was pretty nice. Also a car crash occurred up on the sidewalk in front of the chapel maybe 2 minutes before I walked down the aisle. They did not halt the ceremony or inform me in any way and we had sirens going off while reading my vows. Would not recommend the balcony wedding option for that reason. For compensation of that they gave us plastic heart sunglasses. Do not recommend this venue

We live out of state so we had not seen the chapel or met with anyone and Vegas Weddings made sure we would not have to worry about any of that and it all came together so wonderfully. My day of coordinator was great and so funny he kept things going smoothly and gave us all the directions we needed (I wish I remembered his name). The officiant was also very helpful with his directions and made the ceremony beautiful. Our photographer (also can’t remember her name) was amazing, we just got our photos back and they are so beautiful and she did such an amazing job with the photos, our poses, etc. Lastly, our limo driver was great and very timely. I highly recommend Vegas Weddings especially if you want great things in your packages and a chapel who does the work for you! They are also very budget friendly and the different packages vary for what you want. 😊

no stone was left unturned. The Limo service was impeccable, Chris picked us up from the hotel and was communicating with us before his arrival. When we arrived at the chapel, my husband and I were taken into the bridal suite and our officiant came in and went over everything with us. Confirmed the little details and even last minute - I threw in another flower boy and they made it happen. Jessica (photographer) was flawless! She made us feel so comfortable and relax, and she captured moments I would not have even thought of until we saw the pictures. Every detail of our wedding beautifully encompassed our 10 years of love, and this would not have been possible without Vegas Weddings. If you are looking for a chapel, please check them out. I had over 20 guests and there is no professional photography allowed, but trust them, their team will deliver on the most epic photos and make you feel like you made the best decision of having your wedding there. Plus, it was nice that no phones were allowed because everyone got to live in the moment and be present. Also, tip everyone please, they are doing an amazing job and if you have saved a ton of money from not having a traditional wedding, show love to them. Again, THANK YOU! P.S. I was told that that chapel wasn't available on Sundays and so we had to use the Wedding Chapel and now the package was $676. When I paid the deposit I saw the package was an upgrade that included a limo which I didn't ask for or need and an additional charge of $60 for the "minister". When I received the final invoice they charge $75 for my guest to be allowed to take pictures and they add a $122.36 "service charge" and another $13.62 "convenience fee. Now my invoice is $767.00. So we get out to Vegas go to our final consultation that was supposed to be at 3pm on Saturday. We get there at 2:40 and at 3:20 I ask what the hold up is? After checking she puts us in with someone else. Now I've talked to 3 different people and have told them the same story about one of our employees getting married by the small Elvis and even showed them the picture of them with him. This gal remembered the wedding and the people when I showed her the picture of the small Elvis but never saw on the reservation that they didn't book him for us? I double and triple checked to make sure they had it correct and I was assured that we would have the small Elvis do the renewal. Sunday we get there and about 10 minutes later an Elvis impersonator shows up but it's not the small Elvis. I ask again and was assured that we had the small Elvis. 10 minutes later they escort us upstairs and 10 minutes later the Elvis that we had seen downstairs comes into the room and starts going over everything with us. I stopped him, explained the situation and he leaves the room. Another gal comes in and is apologizing and I ask to speak to a manager. She leaves, comes back and says there is no manager available and that there is a slim change that they could get the small Elvis there in 10 minutes and what do we want to do. I told her at the least they should give us a partial refund. She leaves again, comes back and says that they can get the small Elvis if we want to postpone the renewal for 3 hours. I've got 100 people at home waiting to watch it live and I have to get on social media and text those that are not on social media that the time has changed. Half the people at home did not get a chance to see the live ceremony. The small Elvis got there a few minutes after us. He made several comments about the Wedding Chapel messing things up and not being the best place. He told us that we had to pay him $60 for the ceremony that we already paid and another $40 for his tip. They had envelopes in the limos hanging so you couldn't miss them with "Driver's Tip" written on them. That Friday we looked at the images on line and they were covered up so badly with watermarks that I had to enlarge every one of them and spent hours doing so. Their email stated that I had 7 days and if I wanted more time for $20 they would extend another week. If I wanted additional images besides the 11 I could order them at $57.50 for EACH image. Lastly, since people were not able to see the live video I sent an email and asked if they would send me a copy. The response was for $180.00 I could get a copy. I asked again to speak to a manager and after explaining all of the above to the photo consultant she reached out to the "management team" and they did give me the video. They try to charge you for EVERYTHING.

id an amazing job every step of the way, and I felt like I didn’t have to do a thing! I highly recommend saving your money on photos, a venue, hair, makeup, flowers, a dress, limo, and anything else, because everything is included in their packages and it comes out to be so much cheaper and still SO BEAUTIFUL! I cannot tell you how many people have complimented my wedding and said how much time and money I must’ve spent, when in reality, I got everything I mentioned above for less than the price of an empty venue!

mony was so elegantly done, the limo driver was one of the sweetest people ever! Our Minster, Bruce Wayne, was the kindest and wisest man, he gave us some of the best advice any newly wed couple could receive! The pictures came out beautifully and so well done! Everyone there could see how much I love my now husband and they all spoke truly from the heart! We WILL be back to have Bruce renew our vows, because honestly, WHY WOULD WE NOT! Also our cake was gorgeous and so delicious and was quiet fun to smash into my husband's face! I live all the way on the east coast, SC, and I HAD to bring the top of the cake home for our 1 year anniversary! If you're looking to get married at an EXTREMELY affordable and beautiful venue, just head out to Vegas and let these people handle it all and take that "wedding planning" stress off of you! Personally, go with the beautiful orange roses and the chapel space! There is a reason this company has one so many awards, trust this little southern girl, it's worth it!!

We clearly shared that we were not planning on change each of our names, but the celebrant announced us Mr & Mrs. We were held in a room (like a mini prison) as other weddings were happening, and then after rushed into a large conference room for photographs by table clothed tables and no atmosphere. The photographer was awful, equipment was working properly, did stage any of the posed photos, got in the way of the web cam during the ceremony so family couldn't actually see what was happening. The driver was polite and friendly and supportive in dropping us off after the ceremony The photo viewing session was scripted and the lady presenting them, carried on regardless when we responded to whether we liked the photos "we hate them", she replied, that's wonderful, now you need to select the ones of your choice. No empathy or listening skills were shown. The follow up from the session, was pretty much well you have what you've got. I mean its not like we can recreate the day! I am sure there are other companies that employ people and not robots. Understand the number of weddings that come through the city every day, but for each of us this is a special occasion and we don't want to feel like a number or an inconvenience that you are taking up their precious time. I wouldn't recommend JustWeddings and would tell people to actively check what you are paying for and your expectations of the day

Our minister Diana Moran was full of amazing energy & made the experience so much more, she is a rockstar of ministers, & we felt blessed to have her. Then there was some true magic that happened with our photographer Divina. We got married in an outside gazebo in a heat wave of 112F & I was going on 2 hrs of sleep. Somehow she took BEAUTIFUL photos that we can cherish for a lifetime. And it wouldn’t be complete without the coolest limo driver Chris Scholtes, who arrived on the nose at our time. Truly a wonderful experience.

and when my mom wanted to buy the opportunity to have our wedding recorded, they were super helpful to her and were able to do that over the phone the day before. I highly recommend buying that, by the way! The film quality was beautiful and I can’t wait to watch it every year…. and maybe a couple more times this year as well. I was really impressed and we had such an awesome time. I wish I had a time machine just so I can experience it all again!

She handled every detail and communicated throughout the entire process....even after hours! Beautiful venue choices. Great photography and videography. Excellent guitarist in the background. You absolutely cannot go wrong! Best decision EVER!!!!! WE will definitely be back to renew our vows!

d and it was much easier on the wallet. My wedding planner went MIA a month before the wedding. She wasn’t responding to emails so I had to get on the chat option and ask another wedding planner to transfer me. Everything was confirmed, come the day of the wedding-nothing was right in terms of reception songs/dances, wedding party lineup etc. There was a distinct lack of planning on their part, and it was reflected in the confusion of my guests and my bridal party. Extremely unprofessional. I didn’t get a chance to view (in terms of decor) prior to the wedding. The decorations were mediocre and looked nowhere as pretty or good as they do online. My bouquet and the boutonnieres were brown/wilted, which was extremely disappointing. My bouquet also looked NOTHING like the option we chose. My three bridesmaids had to go without flowers because they said they ran out. Our pictures were not as good as I was hoping. The candid pictures are off centered and the lighting is horrendous—apartments in the background. The only thing that turned out great was the food, alcohol and reception. Overall, I wish would’ve went through another venue. Get what you pay for I guess?

Our consultant, Whitney, was on top of getting all the necessary paperwork to us and so helpful in making the arrangements including a pre-ceremony consultation and arranging for the photographer, and setting up transportation by limo to and from our hotel. We chose to have our ceremony with a small group of friends on the Terrace Gazebo and could not have asked for a better location. It was beautiful and intimate. The minister - we went with Elvis of course - was wonderful! In addition to being a consummate Elvis impersonator, he also performed a beautiful ceremony. Finally, Jessica, the photographer, was just amazing! She had great ideas for poses and was wonderful about catching candid moments on film that were just lovely. I highly recommend Vegas Weddings for your wedding ceremony and vow renewal!

to make and prices of everything. We chose the Terrace Gazebo and from hair and make up, to the limo, ceremony and photography it came out amazing. I was very happy and with pricing it was all beautiful. The staff was amazing. My dress was a bit too big but the stylist helped me out so much. I didn't have time to get my dress altered bc of back orders due to covid. Overall my husband and I were pleased with the whole experience.

The chapel told my husband and I that we could wait for an hour and half or find our own way back to the hotel and come back to the chapel for the schedule time for the tux and gown fitting. I do wish that they would have told me the actual prices of the photos before we got married. It was almost an extra $1,000 we didn’t plan for. We lived out of state and I called to check on if they took our marriage license to the clerk and the chapel said they did. I called the clerk and they didn’t have it anywhere. I called the chapel again saying they haven’t taken them yet. Honestly for how much we paid that could have done a better job with fixing the issues. Instead they just keep going in circles and trying to protect themselves. I will say that the makeup and hair team (pampered brides) did an amazing job on my daughter and I. Also, everyone that took pictures, Chaplin and girls explaining how everything was going to happen before, during and after the ceremony.

The pictures are well worth the price we paid! The chapel was gorgeous. Charlene are minister was WONDERFUL!!! I cannot say enough on how amazing my experience was, from the planning, to hair and make up to the ceremony and the pictures. Also I had 2 amazing limo drivers. The gentlemen who took me to the wedding venue made the experience very pleasant. He helped calm this brides nerves!!!

t except picture pricing. The package we bought included 15 ceremony images, there were 30 of them and out of those I would only keep 4. The posed pictures were gorgeous but of course extra money. $60 per picture and there were 100 of these and I would've kept them all for a decent price. You can buy the whole set for $590 yet our wedding package was only $599. Kind of sad that none of our family went and we also don't have pictures to show. I would recommend looking into picture packages elsewhere before choosing this. Everything else was nice.
