nded! We're from Seattle, but originally from Chicago and Florida with friends and family scattered all over so Vegas was the perfect hub to get everyone together. If you're trying to do a destination wedding, even with a big guest list (we had about forty attend), Regina will take all that stress off your hands. Regina helped us with the wedding ceremony and reception, the rehearsal dinner, as well as room blocks, rental cars, and just about every component of the wedding except for rings and a dress!
Every vendor Regina connected us with was amazing. Our guests were impressed with everything: the officiant, the food, the cake, the entertainment (we had a magician at our rehearsal dinner), the bartender, the venue, the florals, and the photographer all have received multiple and specific compliments from our guests!
One major note for potential clients considering a planner: Regina was the only wedding planner that understood our goals and our budget and said "yes, I can get you what you want for that price". Everyone other company seemed to want/demand we raise our budget.
Regina and her team made the process so easy! For every vendor and detail, she would start by asking us some general questions and confirming the budget for that component. Then she would provide us with about 3-5 vendors that she felt would fit what we wanted and were in our budget along with direct information/proof regarding their previous work and why she felt each was a good option. Then we would visit each website/review the photos, discuss, pick our favorite, and Regina would take care of contacting and contracting them and we would move onto the next vendor. It was so easy!!
Regina helped ensure that we were happy with every component, before, during, and after the wedding. The day of coordinator, Julia, was a life saver! The bride remembers distinctly before the ceremony at the venue, and the mother of the bride was unhappy she had to wait until after the ceremony to get a cocktail (😂) and with Julia right there making sure everything was ok, all the bride had to do was turn to the side, and ask: "Julia, could you please ask the bartender to open the bar?" and she scurried away and took care of it! No effort needed, and now a very happy mother of the bride!
If you are even remotely considering a planner, do it! And pick this team! They will not let anything go wrong, or if something goes sideways you'll have no idea because they'll fix it before you even know! Stress free and beautiful wedding with only good memories from this amazing day.

My husband and I were working abroad on a cruise ship for 6 months leading up to our wedding with limited internet/cell reception, and I honestly don’t know how we would have gotten through planning and executing this absolutely perfect day without her. She went above and beyond to keep us on track every step of the way, making sure our vision would come to life with as little stress as possible. Her patience, communication, and attention to detail was OUTSTANDING. When the wedding day finally arrived after months of collaborating with Regina, I felt so at peace knowing everything would run smoothly. My jaw dropped when I saw how gorgeous the venue looked all set up. It was beyond my wildest expectations. Every detail was thought out and picture perfect. At one point in the night the strap on my dress broke and the assistant coordinator literally had professional tailoring experience, so she quickly and discreetly sewed it together. My parents paid for the planning services as a gift and we all agreed it was truly the best money they have ever spent. I am so incredibly grateful for everything Regina and her team at Vegas Weddings Planner did for us. I recommend them to everyone, and I can’t imagine having planned my wedding without Regina!

Finding a professional was a no-brainer, must-have decision.
Enter Regina, Vegas Weddings Planner.
I inquired online for what services were offered by Regina on her VWP website. She got back to me without any delay and for a wedding we were planning 2.5 years away. We first has a phone call to see what services she could provide for the initial vision we had. This was only December and already we were so impressed by her but agreed to wait for after the holidays and then we scheduled an in-person consultation. Alex and I knew after that lunch that she was the truly the professional we needed. January 2021 we really hit the ground running and it was seamless.
When I tell people that hiring Regina was THE BEST decision Alex and I made for our wedding, I absolutely mean it. I knew she’d have contacts for all the vendors but she made it so easy where we could literally just pick businesses off a list that we could trust were legitimate, efficient, and affordable for us. Of all the things she did for us, if it weren’t for her, we would NEVER had found our venue!!

We engaged Regina's services a little over a year before our intended wedding date, our correspondence was through Zoom and email. The team was very communicative and booked everything on our behalf. We did not have to interact with vendors beyond food tastings and tours. When we weren't sure what we wanted, they provided options and standards.
Regina and her team were able to help us in practically everything during the wedding planning process: venue selection, food, flowers, day of logistics, website, and much more. They planned everything down to the last detail, we were very impressed with the schedule and itinerary for the ceremony and reception.
On the day of, Regina and her team made sure everything went smoothly. We were able to focus on enjoying the wedding instead of logistics. The ceremony and reception were above and beyond our expectations. They checked all of our boxes, even the ones we didn’t know we wanted! Our guests STILL can’t stop talking about it!

She took care of everything from confirming all my vendors and making sure everyone had what they needed and corresponding with the venue and keeping everyone in contact. VID19 and Regina really helped us understand what restrictions there were and all the alternatives we had. One specific example is we wanted a champagne wall so Regina built one to use at our reception. The venue had restrictions around guests grabbing their own drinks so I thought we had to give up on the champagne wall but Regina really understood what was and wasn't allowed and suggested we had a hired attendant to pass the glasses to the guests. The venue was good with this and we got our champagne wall! Regina also has a great network of vendors in Las Vegas and she found us an Elvis impersonator that was a huge hit with the guests! She made the planning process easy for us and in the days leading up to the wedding I wasn't stressed at all because Regina was so on top of everything. I had such a great experience working with her and I highly recommend her to anyone getting married in Las Vegas.
