Her assistant, equally amazing, even went on a late-night run to pick up our order of 150 McDonald's cheeseburgers- an idea I thought might be a little silly, but Allison insisted that if it was something we wanted, they’d make it happen. And they did, without hesitation. Veil & Vine is a dream team: insanely organized, endlessly knowledgeable, and the perfect blend of warm, kind, and professional. was the person I wanted coordinating our wedding! From the very first conversation, Allison was attentive, kind, light hearted, efficient, organized, and an excellent communicator. Each time I brought up a stressor, she heard and acknowledged it, but right-sized it, never making it bigger in my head than it needed to be. She felt like a friend through the process - someone I trusted to share the pre-wedding jitters, coordinate with vendors, and make sure all the details were in order. On our wedding day, Allison and her assistant, Tera, showed up with the exact energy I needed and wanted. They truly worked magic! They struck the perfect balance of being fun and bubbly, while also being calm and collected. They helped with so much set up, kept the day running smoothly, coordinated & ran the rehearsal, and truly felt like teammates and friends. It felt SO good to know we had people there whose entire job was to make our day go smoothly. When a brief bustle mishap happened with my dress, they jumped in with safety pins to fix the issue without a second thought. Our wedding was two months ago, and my husband and I still routinely talk about the Veil and Vine team. We are so glad we hired them and would do it again in a heart beat!

I knew a coordinator was something that I wanted since our venue sis not have a get ready space (so I couldn't be onsite at the venue until an hour before we were getting married) and they were able to be onsite to make sure everything was going smoothly. She was able to help with setting up the small things we had at the venue and take off all the stress in the last few months I had before the big day. If you are on the fence about getting a coordinator, I would say go for it! And Veil and Vine were very professional and reasonably priced for it!

wedding day is worry, and Jenn made sure everything was taken care of so there was nothing for us to worry about. She handled any issues that popped up, and she did everything in her power to make it the special night we envisioned. We can't recommend Jenn's services enough!

In full transparency, I actually work on Allison’s team as a coordinator at V+V myself. But it was so incredible and special being on the other side - as a bride this time! I was able to fully see the value and importance of having a coordinator. From communicating with all of our vendors and putting a detailed master timeline together, answering endless questions, running the rehearsal, and ensuring everything went smoothly and everyone was where they were supposed to be on the day of - our wedding day would not have happened without Allison and Tera!! We did our engagement shoot with Allison over a year out from our wedding and she was incredibly kind and helpful throughout the planning process - any time we had a question or needed a suggestion she was the first person we went to! As we got closer to the wedding it was so lovely to hand off the details to the V&V team and know that all of our vendors were on the same page. The day was incredibly smooth and easy - three months later and my husband and I still talk about how stress-free and perfect our day felt!! Every detail was thought out and taken care of, and we truly got to just focus on soaking in the moment thanks to the V&V team. Our photos are absolutely incredible and feel like US - Allison captured not only what our day looked like but how we felt during it!! We are so grateful that we found the V&V bundle - Allison, Madeline, and Tera exceeded all expectations and we can't sing their praises enough!!

manda was great- she had good communication leading up to the day. We met about 30 days out to go over everything. She then created the wedding day timeline and sent it out to all the vendors. The V+V crew helped set up everything the day of, helped move things along, coordinated arrivals of the vendors, ensured the vendor tips were handed out, and even helped break down at the end of the night. Overall, great service! I can't thank V+V or Amanda enough for making our day go so seamlessly!

Even my family and bridal party commented on how wonderful our coordinator was, and the groom was especially blown away by her patience with him and his groomsmen.
