I had the most wonderful experience shopping and purchasing my wedding dress and veil at Veiled by ChaCha. Antonietta was so kind and professional in helping me in picking out the perfect dress and make my custom veil! I would highly recommend this boutique to any bride looking for the perfect wedding dress!

The first appointment I made when planning my wedding was at Veiled by Chacha. I have nothing but amazing things to say! Ann had every single dress pulled that I thought I wanted. Ann was beyond patient with me while I tried them all on to realize it’s not what I wanted at all. She had a dress in mind that she pulled and I absolutely fell in LOVE with it. She helped style all of my accessories, and of course veil. I want to get married again just to work with Ann again!! 100% will recommend her to every soon to be bride!!

I was referred to Veiled by Cha Cha by the bridal boutique from which I purchased my dress. I wanted to get a veil made using my grandmas/moms dress. Details: The shop is adorable and you get one on one assistance during your appointment. I didn’t know quite what I wanted, but I knew I wanted it to be long. She gave me so many great ideas, but not too many that would be overwhelming. She also did a great job to match the color of the veil to my color of my dress (off white/nude)! She uses a special type of tulle that is super high quality and see through and still allowed the back of my dress to be visible. And let me tell you, the final product was breathtaking. The veil was ready weeks ahead of the promised time! My grandma and mom were so in love with the veil, as was I. After the wedding she emailed me to offer me preservation services for both my veil and dress - which is something I totally forgot about. I would recommend using Veiled by Cha Cha for all of your bridal needs 100 times over. She does it all - designer bridal gowns, custom made or ready made veils, accessories, jewelry, and even preservation services. You will not be disappointed!

Words can't express how wonderful my experience was with Veiled by ChaCha. From start to finish it was beautiful!!! My hand made veil went perfectly with my gown and to this day people are WOW'd by its beauty. It was so girly and I felt like a literal princess..... I lived in a fairytale on my wedding day. My experience finding my wedding dress went picture perfect! I am not a very "girly-girl" and I had explained to Antonietta that I would need lots of help with dress type, type of material, etc. and she went above and beyond my expectations! We started with a few styles and I ended up picking the third dress I tried on! To say she is an expert in her field is an understatement. She respected my budget constraints and never pressured me to go over, which I greatly appreciated! Antonietta created a custom Juliet cap veil to go along with my heirloom (3rd generation!) wedding dress from the 1940's. The veil perfectly complimented the dress and she was so easy to work with -she had a beautiful shop, great taste, and offered many options during consultation. Her work is so well done and priced wonderfully, I would recommend her to anyone looking for their veil!

I tried on at least 50 dresses and went to 5 bridal shops before I came to Veiled by Cha Cha, and after 10 minutes here, I found the absolute perfect dress and veil. I was frustrated when I got there by how many dresses I’d tried on already, but Antonietta was so patient and helpful that the experience was fun again. It was also so helpful that she had trustworthy and talented people to recommend for alterations. In a year when nothing about wedding planning went smoothly, I’m so thankful I found Veiled by Cha Cha for the perfect dress and veil!

Finding a dress at Veiled by ChaCha was a dream. The quality of the dresses was on a completely different level than big-name chain stores. Every dress is unique (because of this you can't take pictures of the dress until you buy it- the only potential downside for indecisive brides!) and there were so many beautiful selections to choose from. I previously had a hard time finding a single dress I felt beautiful in, but here I wanted to buy every dress! Antonietta was also absolutely wonderful, a true expert and made the whole experience enjoyable. I walked away with a unique dress I adored that was (to my disbelief) still within budget. I would highly recommend!

I went to Veiled by ChaCha with only 3 weeks until my wedding as my plans for a custom veil fell through. I tried on my dress and ChaCha & team were able to provide a variety of options that would complement my dress. I ended up choosing a shorter scalloped lace veil, however did not like the sequins attached to the lace. ChaCha was able to remove the sequins in 10 minutes. My whole visit lasted about 30 minutes and I walked out with my wedding veil.

If you’re looking for a wedding dress in the Chicago area/suburbs this is the only place you should go! My experience with Antonietta was truly magical, you are the only bride in the salon with her and she will help you find the dress of your dreams. I had gone to another store earlier in the morning and was kind of discouraged because I left without finding what I wanted. As soon as I stepped into her salon, she really made the experience so personal. She also custom made my veil and I had so many compliments on it . The dress was beautiful and really made my wedding day so special! Would recommend to family and friends getting married in the future!

I went to Veiled by ChaCha looking for a cathedral length veil that accented my dress. Many veils I tried at other stores did not match or compliment my dress. Every veil I put on at Veiled by ChaCha was gorgeous and beautiful. The veils are very custom and it's easy to match their veils to what you need. The owner was so helpful in finding one in our price point and that matched my dress. I would recommend going here for a veil because of all the help she gave us and the gorgeous veils they have. We walked out with my veil that day and I am so happy I found something to match my dress!

Veiled by ChaCha is the best place to get your dress! I went to a lot of places before I went there and Antonietta made dress shopping so easy. I gave her ideas of what I was thinking I wanted and brought out what she thought I would like. Getting my wedding dress from Veiled by ChaCha was an amazing experience! You have to make an appointment to come in, which was so wonderful because you were guaranteed their full attention and assistance when you came in. Antonietta was fantastic to work with and able to pull some amazing dresses. She helped me find my dream dress and stay within my budget! The wedding veil that we had custom made to go with my dress was an absolute dream. It was an unbelievable work of art. The only down side to my experience is that I haven't thought of a reason yet to wear the dress and veil again! I would highly recommend Veiled by ChaCha to brides with any budget and style.

I can't express enough how happy I am I went to Veiled by ChaCha comapred to a chain bridal boutique. You get to work directly with the owner, Antonietta, and she closes down the store for you! Since she's made gowns for 20 years, there is no one better to help pick your dress. She understands how they're made, and can assure you of the fit once it's altered. She has samples dresses too, which I think is unique, because they're one of a kind...also, since I planned my wedding in 4 months, I could leave the store with it. If you'd like to order, she also has that option and her rush fees are WAY lower than chain stores. She personally picks the dresses for you based on your style,looks, and personality while making you feel comfortable in your own skin. She and has beautiful accesories, and veils to boot. I got everything there besides earrings and shoes! Since she's a local shop in my town-I felt even better about shopping there. She even recommended an amazing seamstress to make alterations. I think EVERYONE should get their dress from Veiled by CHaCha.

I had my bridal appointment today and I must say I was 100% satisfied with the entire experience! Antoinetta knows her stuff! She sticks to your budget, and really gets to know your vision for your big day. I was nervous about my appointment beforehand but she completely eased those fears. So i been wanting to go to veiled by cha cha for a couple years or so but i would never get the chance to until after i got engaged and when i got my dress. I’m soooooo glad i did because i found my veil the same day 1/12/19 it’s so unique and my veil doesn’t take away from ms. Antoinette (my gown). It’s perfect with the design and I’m going back for my head piece pretty soon. Ms. Antonietta does her thing and i absolutely love her plus she styles you to more then perfection. She gave me the best bridal experience i EVER had and she will work with you with any vision and any budget. I recommend her over any salon i been to and the only thing that stopping me from wearing my veil is 10/19/2019 lol. This is the perfect most beautiful shop for any beautiful bride.

I had the experience that I had pictured it to be when I would go wedding dress shopping. I always imaged being the center of attention on the pestle surrounded by just a few important people, and it was exactly that. Antonietta books one bride per time slot so the full session is just focused on you. Family and friends get to sit in a cute private area while they wait for you to come out in each dress that she pulls. She even has a separate entrance on the other side of the dressing room so that no one else can see what dress you are about to try on before you get to! There is a comfy robe available to wear while you wait for her to pull dresses for you. And the gowns are gorgeous! I had the hardest time choosing between 2, but ultimately I'm happiest with the one I chose and I even took it home that day. Antonietta is also super sweet and really gets to know the bride and what she is looking to have on her day. She not only asked what kind of venue I had, but what kind of isle it would be and all kinds of questions about how I met my fiance and how did he propose and other little things that just makes you feel special. She was sure not to go beyond my budget and it was hard to believe that everything she pulled for me was within or under my budget. I highly recommend Veiled by ChaCha!

I cannot recommend Veiled by ChaCha enough. I went in last year after having second thoughts about a dress I purchased at a different salon, and within 20 minutes found the perfect dress and custom veil to match! I am fully confident that any style bride could find their perfect dress here -- other salons I went to tended to just have what was trendy, or only 10-15 styles. Everything I saw was uniquely elegant, and positively stunning. I can't say enough nice things!

The staff at Veiled by ChaCha was very friendly and professional. I had a great experience. It's nice that you're the only one trying on dresses in the store at a time. The staff accommodated my larger group size. I found my dress, but had an appointment at another store right afterword. Antonietta helped me figure out a way to still attend my next appointment and then if I still felt confident that was the dress for me to come back to Veiled by ChaCha to get my dress- which is exactly what I did! So happy with my special dress that's one of a kind.

Working with Ann was a breeze! She asked me to show her a couple photos of dresses that I liked and she pulled out 6 or 7 dresses immediately based on those pictures, and had me decide which one I wanted to try on first. I selected one, fell in love, but still tried on a few more. I still kept going back to the first dress and that's the one I went with! She hand-made a custom veil for me that was BEATUIFUL and hand-made a belt for my dress as well. It was a quick, easy, and fun experience. She takes care of you. I would recommend for every bride to go there!

My Veiled by ChaCha was simply AMAZING! Antonietta has a beautiful boutique which is matched by her professionalism and expertise. Based on my vision she pulled several dresses in my price range, all of which were flattering and diverse! I ended up going back the next day to get the very first dress she suggested that I try. Vailed by ChaCha was the best find! I tried so many dresses in multiple stores before and did not find the right dress until we met Antonieta. She is super nice and really know what she is doing. After a little talking and a few questions the first dress she brought was the one!! We ordered the dress in my size with a few changes (I wanted a little lower on the back) and it arrived in less than 2 months! Just perfect! I barely have to do any adjustments! Strongly recommend her cute shop, in which she has hundreds of options.

Lots of options. Not just for veils but I also found the hair clip I'd been wanting. They have beautiful gowns too, although Id already found mine by then. The ladies were very helpful too as they even gave me a quick hairstyle w.the clip as well in a way similar to what I want done on my wedding day so I could see more accurately how everything would look. Definitely telling all my friends to stop in for their wedding needs.

I found my dream dress here AND it was in my budget! The owner (Antonietta) is so sweet and knowledgeable about dresses and really anything wedding related. There are so many beautiful dresses of different styles, as well as many matching veils. I wasn’t sure I wanted a veil, but she found one that matched so well and was a good price, that I happily bought it (though there was no pressure to buy it—no pushy sales here!). My cousin found her dress at Veiled by Cha Cha, and was thrilled with it. The experience is truly wonderful. You will be the only bride in the store during your appointment, and Antoinetta really listens to what you're looking for. Unfortunately, I couldn't find a dress that was quite right, but I did find a beautiful veil that was perfect with my dress. Since she designs and makes the veils herself, we were able to customize one of her designs a bit. I've had so many compliments on the beadwork. Antoinetta was very sweet and helpful. I would highly recommend making an appointment with her.

I would recommend Veiled by ChaCha to anyone! After trying a few other boutiques I started to get disappointed in how dress shopping would go. That completely changed after going to this boutique! Antonietta was amazing to work with. She picked out dresses according to what I described I wanted. I ended up finding my dress and am going back to get a veil. This is the MUST boutique for bridal needs if you live in Glen Ellyn, the western surburbs, or the surrounding Chicagoland area. My future mother-in-law recommended the shop to me, and I can't say enough about it. The show owner Antonietta is heavily involved in the gown selection process which I loved. The shop is appointment only and Antonietta truly takes the time to understand her clients' style and make them happy. I will say that almost all of the dresses excluding a special house brand are samples, so if you love the dress you can expect to pay for it and walk out with it that day. That can be a little jarring for some brides, but I will say that Antonietta's selection is in such pristine shape and she is so careful with her dresses that you don't feel nervous about making a purchase at all. I said yes to a dress an Veiled by Cha Cha as well as a handmade veil/headpiece and additional accessories. Antonietta learned the art of creating beautiful lace pieces from her grandmother and it certainly shows in the handiwork of her handmade veils and bridal pieces. If you are looking for personal, creative, and visionary stylist at a competitive price, Antonietta is your girl. I recommend her to everyone who approaches me in person about bridal gowns and now I'm recommending her to you. A gorgeous, well maintained selection and a an amazing stylist assure that Veiled is the place to be if you are in the market for bridal pieces.

Absolutely amazing! I got my dress and custom veil here this past summer and it was the best experience! I had been to other salons and all were pretty disappointing due to primarily two factors: price and sample size availability. The kinds of dresses Antoinetta has are generally one of a kind/sample sale, so it was way more fun trying something different and definitely more affordable. Most importantly, the dresses she had fit me. Most of the places I had been to had samples sizes that were small, I'm an average sized woman, and they couldn't give me an idea of what I would actually look like. Veiled by Cha Cha was a very body positive experience. Antoinetta would work her magic to show how the dress complimented me by showing how it would fit once alterations were done. She made me look incredible! And the veil she made is exactly what I needed! Cha Cha was so kind and understanding and she listened to exactly what I was looking for! I automatically recommend her to anyone I know who is getting married! They really don't need to go anywhere else!

I set up an appointment with Veiled by ChaCha to have a veil custom made using my mother’s veil and parts of her wedding dress (which was made by my grandmother). Obviously it was a delicate job and I was nervous about handing over family heirlooms but Antoinette made me feel completely comfortable the moment I met her. I also found my dream wedding dress while there, which was a super unexpected surprise. I can’t recommend this place enough. My veil truly turned out perfectly and I can’t wait to wear it and my dress!!
