Absolutely loved having our wedding here on 4/27/24. We are a 2-bride wedding and found them to be extremely inclusive. We also asked that gender neutural language be used for our nonbinary friends and that was an easy "yes" from the venue. Our day was pretty stress-free, and it was nice to have a coordinator to take care of everything on the day of the event. The price may seem a bit high, but since it includes almost everything you need you likely save a bit of money in the end. It was SO NICE during the planning process to not have to coordinate with a million vendors. Would highly recommend them to anyone considering getting married in the area. Also, the venue itself is so pretty that you really don't have to spend any money decorating it at all. It's perfect just how it is.

We are so happy with our experience with Wedgewood Vellano. From day one, the team has been so quick to respond and answered any and all questions in detail for us. Their input and detailed feedback made our ceremony planning process as stress-free as possible. They really worked with us to customize and tailor our package. The coordination and communication between Vellano and the vendors was incredibly helpful and helped us keep track of and stay on top of everything going on. The property was amazing and all of our guests had photo opportunities both inside and outside, which we loved. The food was incredible and we were beyond pleased with how everything turned out. Our DJ Tom was incredible and kept the vibes and energy immaculate the whole night, incorporating the few songs we had requested seamlessly! Our day of coordinator and banquet captain were so helpful in helping us feel taken care of, and for moving things along smoothly. We are so happy to have had our ceremony here and would 10/10 recommend Wedgewood Vellano.

I can’t express how easy and seamless they made this whole experience. From booking the venue at the beginning to the wedding day, I can definitely say that the team here exceeded any and all our expectations. The process is laid out and scheduled to a T with constant check-ins and reminders/hints of when to do what or meet with who. We mainly worked with Sarah, but everyone here is as professional and positive as they come. We were lucky to have Sarah and Mia for the day of coordinators and they made it so the only thing that I had to worry about was walking down the aisle without tripping. They both made sure everything was on time and kept checking to make sure we were doing alright and had everything we needed. Sarah gave a pep talk to the flower girls and ring bearers - which by some miracle got them calm enough to walk down haha. Mia was with my dad and I, keeping us both calm and ready to walk. Ale, the banquet captain, was awesome too! She kept the party moving and making sure the food was flowing. I can say without question that having Sarah, Mia, and Ale let us focus on just having a fun positive experience. The venue is beautiful! The grounds are well kept and the garden area was large enough for our guests, but had a fun intimate feel. TL;DR The place is beautiful, plenty of paved parking spots, great accessibility if you have guests needing it, and the Team here is second to none. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking!

My team and I have worked with Vellano Estate by Wedgewood Weddings for 10 years!! TEN YEARS! I honestly can't even believe it's been that long. For ten years we have served couples alongside their team and they provide absolutely excellent service to both their couples and all of their vendors. The entire staff always puts the client first making sure they have everything they need, from little touches like champagne on ice waiting in their prep room, to standing at the end of their recessional with drinks to toast and appetizers to scarf down before running back out for photos. If you're considering this venue for your wedding - you are in great hands here!

The sales management and staff are literally the best people to work with! They also have the basic things provided even to the small add on décor so we didn't have to worry. Location is perfect, food is delicious. We even got many compliments about the bar which is great!

We had our daughters wedding here and it was so beautiful. They really helped with everything and always answered all my questions and helped me come up with solutions to things she didn’t want or wanted. It’s a beautiful venue so it doesn’t take much decoration to make it a fairytale wedding so you should definitely go see this venue.

I cannot say enough good things about Vellano Estate by Wedgewood Weddings. They were the first venue we looked at, and none other measured up. The staff were pleasant from day one and they made the process so unbelievably easy every step of the way. They put us in touch with the vendors we needed for florals, the cake, the DJ, you name it. They coordinated everything for every minute of the wedding day, and made sure everything went off without a hitch. There’s no way our wedding would’ve been as amazing as it was without them!! My wife and I had our wedding at Vellano Estates on 12/09/2023. There were a lot of aspects of the planning and coordination of the wedding that stressed us out and made us upset. Our day-of coordinator would constantly interrupt us throughout the day to confirm details that were somehow incorrect on her end, and was overall quite rude to us. We tried to be as organized as we could in outlining and describing all of the details we wanted for our wedding, which had been communicated with the Vellano staff multiple times throughout the planning process (spreadsheets, descriptions, pictures, etc.). Yet our day-of coordinator would interrupt our photos or moments with our family and bridal party and ask about certain details that she somehow had incorrect. For example, we had communicated with the DJ and Vellano about the music for our ceremony but she somehow had those details wrong on her clipboard and we had to run one of our bridal party over to the DJ to correct it 5 minutes before the ceremony. Right before the reception, the coordinator wanted to confirm with me the order of the speeches, which I had told her that the DJ knows since he confirmed it with me and it was written in our timeline that we had shared with Vellano months prior. But she cut me off before I could say anything more saying that she was confirming it for the DJ. It just felt like we wasted so much time trying to be organized and make things easy for the venue to execute, only for them to get them wrong and interrupt us constantly throughout the day. During the rehearsal on the day before, it also felt like the coordinator was trying to get rid of us as soon as possible even though we wanted to rehearse the processional and grand entrance. We ended up rehearsing those on our own without the coordinator. Part of the issue could have been the communication with the venue prior to the wedding day was almost always with a different person. Whenever we would e-mail Vellano or meet with them in-person, a different person would be corresponding with us. It felt like a lot of details or miscommunications happened because our wedding kept getting passed to different people. It would have been great to have just one person take care of us throughout the whole process so they could get to know us and remember all of our details. Our day-of coordinator was also only “assigned” to our wedding a week prior. It would have been great to have met her much earlier in the process so that we could discuss and confirm to minimize mishaps and stress on the wedding day. Another weird aspect of the planning process is the Vellano would sometimes offer 10% discounts on enhancements for the wedding. We understand that they are a business and need to sell their services but we were not able to apply this discount on any prior enhancements we had purchased. We also got an e-mail about a 10% discount on any enhancements we would like to add just 2 days prior to the wedding. The timing and messaging of this was just very strange. One part that made us quite upset was that our cake topper was destroyed at some point during the night. We spent a lot of money on the cake topper and it had a lot of sentimental value for us, so we were upset that it got destroyed. When we asked Vellano about it, they immediately blamed one of our guests. Even if one our guests knocked it over, we were expecting Vellano to take better care of the topper by putting it away after the cake cutting. There was also a terrible smell in the groom’s suite throughout the entire wedding day. It smelled like rotten sewage in there which made it difficult to use the bathroom or the changing room. We were not warned about the smell at all from the Vellano staff and I had to ask them to do something about it before the rest of my groomsmen and family arrived. They ended up putting a couple candles in there, which did not really help much with the smell. Some of our guests also mentioned that the placement of their seating was strange. We had made placecards for our guests and wanted to have them arranged in a certain order so that couples would sit next to each other. But some of our guests were saying that they were separated from their partners at the table and had to switch seats. We arranged the placecards in a stack with the correct order and instructed Vellano to maintain that order when placing the placecards around the table. We also provided a spreadsheet of all the names of the guests at each table in the correct order as well. A lot of the venue itself looked like it had not been cleaned in a while. We have a lot of pictures where dirt and dust on ledges and other areas is visible. We had also asked our coordinator to place our items for our guests to hold during the grand exit, but not all of our items were put out. We wanted our guests to hold these lanterns for the grand exit and placed all of the lanterns in their storage room for the coordinator to take out before the grand exit. But only some of the lanterns were put out and our bridal party had to find the rest of them to make sure all of our guests had a lantern. The venue also has very poor cell phone reception and the wifi does not work great when there are a lot of guests. A lot of guests mentioned they had a really tough time contacting people or sending messages even when connected to the venue’s wifi. We also had a bad experience with the florist for Vellano, Events by Floral Sensations. Events by FS mainly were responsible for making our centerpieces and ceremony floral as outlined in our package. They had promised us mockups of how the centerpieces were going to look like a couple months before the wedding, but they did not get us mockups until 3 weeks after they originally promised us. We asked for follow ups multiple times and each time they would tell us that the mockups were coming in a couple days, only for it to come 3 weeks later. We were disappointed with how the mockup looked and ended up purchasing upgraded centerpiece florals. When we put down our initial deposit, Vellano sent us a binder to help us plan the wedding. But the binder was sent to the wrong address since we used one of our parent’s addresses as the billing address. When we asked if they could send us another binder to our home address, they told us to have our parents mail us the initial binder. We were a bit upset at this because we had just paid Vellano almost $13,000 and they were not willing to print and send us another binder.

We had our wedding on 2022 and everything from the start was great until things started to not make sense. We closed our deal with one of the ladies with a great price for 100 guest, however, later on I decided to add some things to the venue such as the white dancing floor and draping ( wasn’t included, which I thought was dumb because they show you the venue with those pretty features without telling you there is an extra fee for that) Anyways, I added it over the phone and they gave me the final price (ok great) however, two months before the wedding I came to find out that they changed my guest count to 92 guest. So the whole time what I thought was the “final price” Wasn’t the actual final price because I was 8 guest short without knowing. Then I tried to tell them to fix their error and they wouldn’t. I was soooo stressed out because they tried to charge us so much more money just to make it to 100 guest. I was mad because I never asked them to remove guest. It was such a pain trying to get a hold of them at this point. Furthermore, I didn’t want to pay more money so I told them to cancel all my add ons and to leave my contract how I originally signed it, but they said they couldn’t. They never gave me a valid answer but I was so sad and stressed that I had to pay the extra money because all my 100 guest had rsvp. I cried like 5 times because I couldn’t afford doing other things I wanted. I wish I would’ve done more research about weddings and done everything myself instead. Even though they said “stress free” wedding venue, don’t believe it lol. I felt scammed and so disappointed but the wedding day was nice at least..

We got married on May 13. We had the amazing opportunity to work with Amanda, Roe and day of coordinator Nya. Let me tell you that they were awesome! They brought our vision to life. We were looking for a venue and service that includes everything and this was it. Our banquet captain Taylor was awesome! Everytime we had an empty glass she was there to fill it. Our bartender Bel was ready for our family of heavy party people. We had a completely open bar with 4 signature drinks and had no guest waiting in line for more than 5 minutes (if that). I cannot thank the team and the Vellano enough for making our wedding dreams come true. Our guests cannot stop raving about how the food was some of the best they have had at a wedding Chef George and Angel were talking to our guests and made sure our buffet line was never empty and full of food the whole time. If you are looking for a venue and team that A. knows what they are doing B. is all inclusive C. cater to you the day of your wedding i truly cannot refer this place enough. Thank you and we are celebrating 1 month married today!

Vellano Estate by Wedgewood Weddings helped us coordinate our wedding from the time we booked them up until our reception ended! They gave us a wedding planner that really guided us throughout the 10 months of actual wedding planning. All the event planner and wedding/banquet coordinators really took care of our needs/requests/concerns to the best of their abilities in order to make our special day all the more memorable! It was stunning just getting to the venue and all the more at the actual venue! We definitely recommend Vellano Estate to anyone looking for their dream wedding destination!

The venue itself is beautiful, but the experience we had with the staff at the venue was not ideal. We came by for a tour earlier this week and I was messaged the day before the tour asking if I could come an hour later than the originally agreed upon time. Luckily, we were able to accommodate the change, but I thought it was unprofessional to change the timing on such short notice. Once we were at the venue, we walked in and no one was there. There was a sign saying to call the extension and that someone would be with us shortly. That's not too big of a deal, but the main issue is that the tour itself was very short (maybe 10 minutes total), and the staff didn't even take us to see the actual ceremony sites. She just pointed them to us from afar and said that's what it looks like. Once the tour was completed, they brought us to a room to discuss pricing and quotes. I asked if they allow outside catering and one of the staffmembers said no and the other said yes. Clearly one of them was in training and did not know the answers to these basic questions. Then, when I asked what the outside catering fee was, they did not have a clear answer and said they would have to double check. Again, I would expect them to have the answer to this pretty basic question. After we waited 10 minutes for them to put together the quote, they went over it briefly and then rushed us out the door. I don't know if they could tell that we were unenthused about our experience or something else, but it felt extremely unprofessional and rushed. We left with a bad taste in our mouths and won't be considering Vellano Estate or other Wedgewood properties for our wedding.

I'm not sure where to start, from the first tour to our final meeting we had an awesome experience. Everyone was very accommodating and super nice, it made us feel like we made the right choice before the big day. I didn't really feel like we had to worry about anything. Our big day was September 17, and everything went amazing. We used all recommended vendors from the Vellano and they were amazing from the officiant, to the DJ, the photography team, and the desserts, they exceeded our expectation. The food was amazing! We'd like to give a huge shout out to our coordinator Sarah, and banquet captain Curtis. Sarah seriously made us feel like a king and queen that day anything we needed she was already a few steps ahead, she really made our day. Curtis made sure we always had what ever we wanted and made us feel super special. I would definitely recommend Wedgewood Vellano for anyone looking for a non stressful beautiful wedding. The team is awesome and the location is beautiful.

If you are looking for a stress free wedding, book with this company. We booked our wedding at Vellano Estate and from day one their team made our wedding planning experience easy. On top of being stress free, the venue is beautiful! This venue comes with everything; food, florist, DJ, bakery, officiant and wedding coordinator. We met with their team three times and they went over every detail from start to finish to make our dream wedding come true. We were able to contact their vendors and go over details with them as well. The venue sets up everything. On our big day we did not have to worry about ANYTHING, everything was taken care of for us. We just showed up and had the time of our life. We are so happy we decided to get married here. Everything came out perfect, there is nothing we would change about our big day.

We were engaged for a whole year before we finally decided mid January we wanted to get married in April. Vellano Estate had everything we were looking for. All the vendors from catering, photography, videoagrapher, bakery, photo booth, planner and coordinators. They made this 3 month planning such a breeze. They truly cater to you and your partner. They want every detail you invision to come to life. Every single one of our guest loved the service and food from with wonderful staff. Truly the best experience.

We had very good experience with Vellano. First, this venue is breathtaking! The way up to the mountains was very nice and well taken care. The sunset and nightview was beautiful. The coordinators, especially Marissa, simply WONDERFUL. Every single detail I have requested she noted down and executed perfectly (and better). They were very easy to talk to, very flexible with all the changes. On the day of, I was being taken care of from head to toe so everything went smoother than we imagined. A lot of details and plannings that were easily forgotten were taken care perfectly. And the food was so delicious and portion was generous! We get a lot of compliments from our guests for the food. We enjoyed our day here so much and left a lot of great memories. Thank you Vellano!

I cannot emphasize enough how wonderful the team at Vellano Estates is! My husband and I had originally booked our wedding venue at Wedgewood University Club (which also has a fabulous team!). Due to COVID, we were ultimately unable to have our wedding there, so we were given the option of transferring to another Wedgewood venue. We were completely blown away by the gorgeous Vellano Estate venue! From the spacious and elegant bridal suite to the intimate garden-like setting for the ceremony, everything was picturesque. Marissa and Angelica made the transition from our previous venue to Vellano seamless. The meetings leading up to the event helped us plan out every detail. Arlene was our day of coordinator. Despite me showing up a little later than planned due to my wedding makeup taking longer than expected, Arlene got us right back on track and made sure we accomplished everything on the timeline. Our ceremony was flawless, the guests knew exactly where to go to find the reception, the food was delicious, the DJ played great music, and the guests all had fun. Arlene and Alejandro made sure my husband and I had a chance to eat and kept our drinks full for the entire event. Overall, our event was elegant, fun, and perfect! The whole Vellano team is amazing and I cannot thank them enough for making my husband and my wedding day so special. I would recommend Vellano Estates to anyone looking for a beautiful venue and a supportive and communicative team to make the day go smoothly.

Beware of the pricing. The pricing sheet makes no mention of the minimum of 18k on a Sunday and 20K for Saturday until you walk into their doors and see how beautiful it is. It’s gorgeous but nothing to offer those who need to meet a budget or want a small wedding. We couldn’t even do the tour because they weren’t willing to work with our budget. It’s not “affordable.”

I had the wedding of my dreams at this venue. Everything was handled by the venue and all I had to do was pick out my choices of vendors, food, colors, seating etc. On the day of my wedding I had their undivided attention and were right there next to me before I walked down the aisle to make sure everything was perfect. I have always been a tomboy and thinking about these types of things was not only never on my mind but I was quite disinterested in things such as weddings and parties. Well I think they managed to change my view and I was able to see and appreciate the beauty of it all. Not only would I recommend this place to everyone but if I had to do it all over again I would choose this place every single time. I hope that if my husband and I ever decide to renew our vows this place will still be available for us because I would want to re-live this super special day forever and ever.

Love this venue. It is gorgeous and super affordable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They made my wedding day stress-free and fun!

We went on a venue tour last fall. The venue is very quaint, elegant, and beautiful. It was also very, very expensive. You actually have to go through a security gate and state your business before continuing to drive to get to the venue. Although they allow outside catering, it would have to be buffet style only, which was something we did not want. So we ultimately went with another venue. The good part about this venue (as with most venues) is that they are willing to give discounts - such as waiving the fee for the ceremony site.

I don't think I've ever fallen in love with a building before but I definitely did here. They have everything here and you don't have to deal with outside vendors if you don't need to. I didn't even have to hire a wedding planner. Olivia made the process so so simple and she made us feel so comfortable, we love her! They have dates for everything we need to get done. They follow up and they respond whenever I have questions. It was awesome! You know how they say "something always goes wrong?" Well that never happened. The actual wedding day was so freaking smooth. I couldn't believe it myself. Brooklyn and Elizabeth are life savers. They talked me through the whole day, they were always there whenever I needed something. They took care of everything, I mean what more could I ask for? The food was amazing, the service was amazing, the wedding was absolutely perfect. Honestly better than I could have ever dreamed. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Everyone on your team at Wedgewood in Vellano was exceptional! Darsey, Marissa, Brooklyn, Alex, and DJ Mike made our wedding day more than we ever dreamed of! They all played a big part in making sure our day was stress free and perfect. We were definitely surprised at how everything exceeded our expectations! They catered to us and all of our guests! They definitely went above and beyond to make sure we were all happy and having fun! My guests were all so impressed at how friendly and accommodating your staff was. And everyone had commented on how good the food was! We feel like the tone of the wedding is carried by how good the MC/DJ is and Mike did a wonderful job in keeping the party fun! Darsey took care of every single detail and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. I can’t say it enough, I’m so impressed with your staff! I never once had to stress about a single thing because you all took care of everything. Thank you for making our wedding more than we could of ever hoped for! You guys are amazing!

Our wedding is in Feb 2020, and we started looking at venues in Spring 2019. Vellano was one of the first venues we visited, and I must say since the moment we got onto the property we were in love! Marissa (who is absolutely amazing and super helpful and professional) is our coordinator and we couldn't be happier! Everything about this venue is amazing! From the views, to the well maintained landscaping, to the décor of the building is absolutely beautiful and very private and exclusive! They make planning a wedding (that is usually a very stressful task) super easy and fun! Even their preferred vendors are great! If you're looking for a beautiful venue, incredible staff, yummy food, and stress-free all while staying on a good budget - this is your place! You will not be disappointed!

So our wedding isn’t till next year. But the second we got to the location, it was THEE perfect one for us! We’ve had a few trip there, appointments and family checking it out, and they’re excited to party with us! We’ve spoken to multiple crew members there and they’re amazing and Really care about your big day! We love the layout, indoors and out doors. We got the buffet option so can’t wait to try it soon, the decorations are easy to choose from and Elizabeth (coordinator) is Awesome at explaining everything in detail! This place looks fancy, and they treat you fancy! :D

Finding your perfect venue can be stressful.. You’ve always envisioned your big day but now it’s time to make it come to life! I knew that on my wedding day I wanted my venue to feel like a little piece of home. I wanted it to speak to me and make me feel like it was meant to be. Living out of state I was worried that looking at venues online would be misleading/not what was shown in photos. The day that I came across Wedgewood Vellano I knew that it was “my spot”. I immediately booked an appointment, flew to California, and took a tour with my fiancé and close friends. I cannot express enough how the much venue speaks for itself.. From beautiful architecture to the peacefulness of the whole environment, it feels like it’s built for a king and queen. My fiancé and I are getting married at Vellano October 2020 and waking up every day dreaming about how special that day will be has so much to do with this venue alone. I cannot suggest Wedgewood Vellano enough for the bride and groom who want to feel like they have it all. As much as a i adore this venue and call it “my spot”, I hope that this is “your spot” one day too.

Vellano is great. My fiance and I went to look at this venue and knew right away that it was the one that we wanted for our wedding. The staff have been great we really appreciate the all-inclusive aspect of it and we definitely recommend it to other couples.

It was the last venue we looked at and right when we stepped foot in it, we knew this was going to be our venue. Marissa has been helpful with us throughout the whole process and ordeal. They are pretty responsive via text as well. We love that it was pretty much an all inclusive venue which made the planning a lot easier. They even provided us with a binder and timeline of what we needed to complete as we get closer to our big day. Take a peak at the venue and see if this is the place for you!

My fiance and are getting married next year and can't wait for our wedding at Vellano! It was the first venue we looked at and by the end of the day we knew this is where we wanted to get married. The staff is so attentive and answered all of my questions. It is also so easy to get in contact with them! Whenever a question pops into my head all I have to do is send them a text and within a couple of hours I will have my response. If you aren't sure about Vellano take a tour and meet Marissa she will put any worries you have at ease and will work with you on creating an inclusive plan that meets your needs!

We are getting married in 4 months at the beautiful, scenic Vellano Wedgewood location! Staff like Kevin the manager, and Marissa have been amazing at keeping up with us, listening to our needs, and trying their very best to make it all happen. It has been one of the least stressful things I’ve had to juggle in the past few months, and it’s definitely thanks to their dedication, professionalism, enthusiasm, and support. Every time my mom and I go visit we still gush at how pretty it all is. Thank you Vellano staff for all that you do!

Our wedding day is six months away and I can’t wait to marry my best friend! Saying “YES” to Wedgewood was one of the best decisions we’ve made so far. We loved how they have various packages and almost everything you can think of is included. It avoids the hassle of having to search for different vendors. As working professionals, we have little time during the week and not having to research for vendors is a plus! We chose this venue because we fell in love with the rotunda.. everything is so classy and elegant! So far our interaction with the staff has been great. No complaints! Overall, this venue is beautiful and I can’t wait for our special day!!

This was one of the first venues we went to and we really liked it, and we absolutely loved the staff! We kept shopping around but we found that we were constantly comparing the other venues to Vellano. We ultimately chose them for our venue and they have been working with us throughout the entire engagement! They are quick to return calls and emails and they work hard to give us the wedding we have dreamed of! Can’t wait to finally get married here!

I thought love at first sight was meant to be for just the one you love until my fiance and I stepped foot onto this extraordinary venue! First off we knew that it would be difficult to find a wedding venue that was truly going to be a one stop shop as we both (as many people do) work endlessly and hardly have any time to breathe, but Kevin and his team at Wedgewood Vellano absolutely made it happen, they were so patient with us throughout our decision making process as we did what everyone told us not to and went to nearly 10/15 venues although in the end we just could not find a more elegant location. Now that we made our choice Wedgewood's amazing team helped us come up with a budget friendly package that ticked off all of our boxes, not only that! but they made our experience so enjoyable, not once did they make us feel like they were trying to up-sell us; they also made sure we felt comfortable with all of our choices and helped guide us throughout the process with many tips and tricks to help maximize our value. Our wedding is 5 months away and we have no doubt that it will be everything we could ask for.

Where do I start?!?! Picking Wedgwood Vellano was the best decision we ever made! Our wedding is two months away and I cannot wait! Wedgewood Vellano has been absolutely amazing every step of the way. Thanks to their all inclusive package many of my original worries/concerns were handled early on in the planning process. It has been a STRESS FREE planning process. :-) I have mainly worked with Marissa during the planning process but all of the Vellano ladies/staff have been been wonderful. Any time I send a frantic email (mainly due to guests‘ needs or change in guest count) someone immediately replies to my email or calls to reassure me that the day is going to be perfect! I couldn’t imagine us going with any other venue. The attention to detail and personal attention is what makes Vellano standout. I feel like our special day matters to everyone at Vellano. I can’t stress it enough.... I can’t wait to marry the man of my dreams at Vellano.

We absolutely loved everything about our experience. To start Wedgewood is awesome because a lot of your hassle is removed since it’s more of an inclusive package when you decide to go with them. The venue is absolutely stunning. The staff is always available and makes sure no details are left out during the planning process. The day of was as smooth as ever. It honestly was the best day ever that our friends family and of course my husband and I will remember forever!

I can't stress enough what a wonderful company Wedgewood is...the professionalism and quality of service you get is well worth the money you spend! Plus, one thing I will forever tell people is how helpful the all inclusive packages are when it comes to planning a wedding. The Vellano is GORGEOUS. The staff is so friendly and helpful. It's just amazing! You'll never go more than a few hours without hearing back from them if you have a question...you can't beat that! Our wedding planning was seamless, mostly stress free, fun, etc in large part because of the staff. We can't express our gratitude enough! Darsey was the best coordinator, my fiance and I are sad we won't see her anymore! And Marissa was such a huge help leading up to the day! You will be incredibly happy and supported if you book this venue! We wish we could give it more than 5 stars!

We got married March 22, 2019. Wedgewood vellano country club was an amazing venue! Their whole team was super helpful and very nice during our entire planning process. My husband(!) and I planned our wedding from afar (graduate students in Iowa) so it was important to us that we had sort of an “all inclusive” venue. From start to finish Wedgewood Vellano made our planning super easy! We were able to pick and choose what we wanted in our package with ease and without additional costs or fees. Kevin (the general manager) was simply amazing! Everyone said the food was amazing and the appetizers...omg! I actually got to enjoy 10min of our cocktail hour, and let me tell you, I scarfed down everything I could and it was all so yummy! (Get the crab cakes..trust me!). The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars (I’d give 4.5 if I could) is because of the process of knowing your day of coordinator. My package came with a DOC but I didn’t get to know who she was until the day before the wedding (rehearsal), which may be standard but I just didn’t like that. I wish I would’ve been able to talk to her at least a week before the wedding just to actually verbalize how I wanted my big day to go instead of having to type it out on a spreadsheet. Because of that, I never actually got to explain things to her (we had a cultural wedding that needed explaining lol). Everything ended up running smoothly, with a few bumps here and there, but nothin major. I guess the whole not knowing thing just robbed my peace of mind but I’m type A lol. Also, just an FYI, the venue can be pretty hard to find via gps. Several of my guests got lost and missed the ceremony. I think through apple maps it takes you to the back lot of the venue and it pretty confusing. BUT I found it just fine, so who knows, maybe they typed it in wrong? All in all, I would choose this venue again. The location is beautiful and they are very accommodating. Thank you Vellano!!

We got married October 21, 2018 at this lovely venue. From beginning to end the process was so smooth and stress free. All of the girls who helped us plan and put together the day of our dreams were polite, professional, and helpful. All of our questions were always answered right away and they never tried to push anything on us that we didn’t want. The venue is gorgeous and all of our guests agreed. Darcy and her team were there for us the day of and did a fantastic job taking care of us. It was so nice to not have to worry about anything. They all get 5 stars. The food also got rave reviews with our guests! If you are looking for a beautiful Southern California wedding and a stress free process then I highly recommend Wedgewood Vellano!

Everyone was amazing and very accommodating. The staff was always willing to work with us especially because my husband was deployed for the majority of the planning I was so lost trying to do it on my own but they jumped right in to help. I loved my wedding and couldn’t be happier with the venue I chose.

10/25/2018- I love wedgewood. I picked a package where I don’t have to do anything and I’m a bridezilla free bride. They are very reasonable when it comes to prices. All I needed to do was meet with the vendors and let them know what I wanted and the color theme of the wedding. I can’t wait to get married in April of 2019!! Few more months to go. It’s going by so fast and what a breeze it is. I highly recommend wedgewood for your wedding venue! Go check it out. They are AMAZING!! And so worth every penny.

Such a beautiful venue, definately use the rotunda for the ceremony if you can. Staff are friendly and packages are affordable. On the day, Samantha (wedding planner) was awesome and made sure everything ran smoothly.

Just celebrated our Wedding at Vellano Country Club and had the most amazing day ever!!! The food was delicious, the staff were amazing, and it was an overall incredible experience. The wedding coordonators made my experience as a Bride very easy, fun, and streee free!!! We also used all of the Vellano Vendors and they were fabulous. Our florist Robert and DJ Steven exceeded our expectations. We received so many compliments. Highly Highly recommend Vellano!

Couldn't be happier with the decision my fiancé and I made. Many people speak on the unnecessary stress couples face during wedding planning and how keeping track of everything becomes hard. I looked at many different venues. But as soon as I walked into Vellano, I knew it was the one!!! Not only is it beautiful there, but it is really the staff that makes the experience. Wedgewood Vellano makes getting married easy and takes the stress out of it. I had so much fun! Marissa and Darcy worked with me most through the process and I just LOVE them!!! They both made me feel really special and made sure everything was just the way I wanted it. So day of, it was so smooth and I felt like everything was taken care of! I didn’t have to worry about anything. I also love the fact that Vellano is all inclusive. I used every single vendor of there’s, from the catering and photographer to the DJ and even their Pastor (who we loved so much also) I was beyond pleased with the way everything turned out. I cannot say enough AMAZING things about Vellano , The sweet staff and the heartfelt help we have received during this wedding process. We will officially tie the knot in August. I attend the meeting with our coordinator, picked out the colors, lighting etc. and 2 weeks after i decide to change everything.I had a bit of a bridezila episode. I wanted a complete change in colors, flowers, the decoration etc. With such a short notice i called and the coordinator was happy to help they all put me at ease and continued to guide my fiance an i ever step of the way. I will take so much pride in calling my self a Wedgwood Vellano bride. It is so stress free. I cannot wit for the BIG day! Thank you Vellano!

We are in the process of having our wedding at the Wedgewood Vellano. For months we went to see different wedding locations and all were either too expensive, not the right fit, or had so many hidden fees. We finally stumbled across the Wedgewood site and after viewing three of their locations, we fell in love with the Vellano location. Vellano is great in that the entire day will be only for your wedding. They don't book more than one wedding a day. The outdoor ceremony area is beautiful and the reception area inside is gorgeous. We already signed the contracts and our wedding is just a few months away but so far things have gone by very smoothly. Marissa has been a great coordinator. We already went and booked the flowers with their suggested vender and we're doing our cake testing this weekend (yum)! We can't wait for our wedding date but we're already so excited to be having it at Vellano and it's made the wedding planning process almost stress free.

From our very first meeting at Wedgewood Vellano we couldn’t have been more impressed. Every single staff member was so friendly and helpful. This was the first venue we looked at and we never even looked anywhere else! From the day we booked Vellano and our actual wedding day, communication with the staff was effortless. Any time we had a question about our wedding we always received a prompt response, and our questions were always answered. Marissa was our day of coordinator and she was AMAZING and so much fun! She kept everything running smoothly, & kept us on our timeline. We were able to really enjoy the day with minimal stress because we knew she had everything under control. The manager, Kevin, was also there to help coordinate during the ceremony, & he was so sweet! Our banquet captains, Eric and Alex were great too. They were very attentive, always making sure to ask if we needed anything during the reception. We added an extra hour at the last minute, which is probably frustrating for the staff, but you would never know it. They all continued to provide us with great service up until we left the venue. Vellano offers so many different food options for cocktail hour and for dinner. We had a chance to taste most of the options when we attended their "Wedding Extravaganza" a few months before our wedding, and every dish was great! The chef was also so nice. You can tell he is really passionate about the dishes he creates, & it shows! We decided on the buffet & all our guest were impressed with the food. Vellano is simply amazing. Choosing a venue that includes the vendors in one package made planning our wedding so much easier. The vendors they work with were awesome to work with as well (JC entertainment for our DJ, Cucamonga Cakery for our cake, and The Studio by LMP as our photographers). Since they’re all used to working together at Vellano, it made our wedding day run so smoothly. The packages they offer are all customizable, so you can really maximize your money, and have everything the way you want it. I’ve already recommended Wedgewood to all my friends, and I truly can’t say enough good things about this venue and their amazing staff!

We can't say enough good things about Wedgewood Vellano. We LOVED every aspect of our wedding, they made planning SO easy for us since we were from out of state. We had such an incredible day all thanks to Candace, Marissa, and Eric. We were blown away by their hospitality and the way they treated us the entire time. Our day went so smoothly, and they paid such close attention to details it was incredible. The food was delicious, the servers were great, and all of our guests said it was the most fun, and beautiful wedding they've ever been to. This venue was amazing. I would definitely recommend this place to any bride. The staff was excellent with the recommendations and coordinating everything. Going into this, I wasn't sure where to begin. I work a crazy busy schedule in bridal fashion, and this place made everything happen! Our planning process took about one year, and I used most everything on the venue's package. The bakery we used was Some Crust, aside from the fact that I go there almost every week for breakfast and coffee, the CAKE did not disappoint. It was not dry, even after two weeks (yes, we were still munching on leftovers). Their florist, DJ, food... Everything and everyone was superb! I took a risk, because of my busy schedule and lack of wedding planning skills, I trusted in this venue and the vendors they used and I pretty much stayed out of it, and the results were exactly what I had hoped for. A few meetings and short phone calls later, I showed up the day of, and everything was perfect. I cannot say enough great things about our wedding. It really was the best day ever, and aside from our loved ones who pulled together to finalize the small details, the people at Vellano did a wonderful job. Thank you, Candice, Marissa, and the rest of the crew who worked passionately to bring the best day ever together for two crazy fools in love. Thank you!

This venue was the most amazing place. My wedding was a dream come true because the venue itself was stunning. The service personnel are all amazing and so helpful. At all times I was confident that everything was taken care of. I have nothing but positive remarks and I am 100% satisfied with how my wedding went because of the venue and how much they care about the bride and groom. There will always be a special place in my heart for all of the team who helped but most importantly TIM!

Every single person we worked with made us feel super important and the day went off so well because of their attentiveness and organization. From the super personable and down to earth girls with Shy Heart Photography (Lauren and Brianna) to one of the most experienced and loving florists with Events by Floral Sensations (Robert...thank you for all you did!), we really couldn't have asked for better people to work with. The cake from Some Crust Bakery was delicious too. The wedding coordination is a must! I am so happy we added that to our package. I didn't need to worry about a thing on the day of and the girls just did such an amazing job, I am beyond appreciative on how they treated us and our friends/family. I recently got married on Oct 16, 2015 and let me just say it was AMAZING!!! Whitney helped me through the whole process and literally made my dream wedding come true. We used Floral Sensation and all my guests were ranting about how beautiful the venue was and the ceremony was decorated with the gorgeous flowers!!! Honestly it was a perfect day and I was so stress free. I have had guest say it was the best wedding they have ever been to and I believe it was because of all the hard work of Wedgewood/ Whitney did throughout the whole day. I would highly recommend and say you would be a less stress bride because they do everything

Vellano is so beautiful I knew we chose the most amazing venue when we booked it! Rose and Whitney was so professional and helpful throughout the whole process. They have an amazing view and beautiful hidden bridge we took our engagement photos on. The workers made our day so special from the start. We chose the buffet for our day and everything was delicious. Our guests even said so themselves. Our pastor Stan Doll was truly amazing. I love how he personal he made our ceremony. The florist Robert made a customized chanel centerpiece for us which were so stunning. If you are looking to have a summer wedding here don't worry there is a breeze that picks up so you and your guests will be nice and cool. Thank you Vellano for making our day so beautiful .

Beautiful location!! Great for even the tightest of budgets, during the week. Sadly I would have liked to know whom my wedding coordinator was going to be sooner, rather than 3 days prior to the wedding. Aside from some other little confusions, which were cleared up, my husband and I were very pleased with the venue.

Compared to the country's avg of 30k for weddings. Vellano is 40% off. It's a beautiful location with a great staff.

This Venue really is the full package! Not only is the site absolutely beautiful but the staff goes above and beyond to make your wedding day special. The Vellano Country Club has a gorgeous ceremony site and ballroom with so many great photo opportunities! The food is beyond excellent, from horderves to main courses with many different options to choose from. They offer different packages based on your preferences or you can custom choose what you like and don't like to be included. They really are a one stop shop from invitations, florist, cake, photo booth, photographer, and officiant. All vendors were hand picked specifically for this venue and it really shows why. They were reliable and easy to work with. The florist is absolutely amazing! He really takes every detail in consideration and everyone at our wedding commented on how beautiful our flowers were. The staff from wedding cordinators to bartenders to servers to catering staff was amazing. Everything was of excellent quality. Down to the linens and napkins. You can customize your whole wedding day according to theme and colors and they offer upgrades to showcase the details that are most important to you. We also used their bakery for the cake which was delicious, the officient who was absolutely wonderful, and the DJ who did an excellent job. This venue has it all without being over the top expensive. We were really surprised by how much we got for our money. I would highly recommend this venue for anyone getting married.
