If you are looking to be STRESS free on the day of wedding then you are at the right place. I wanted to be more involved in my wedding planning process so I booked a lot of my contracts and Angie took care of the rest. We had several zoom meetings with vendors and her team since I lived at a distance. Our final meeting was in her studio and it was the day I was stress free and knew my wedding was in great hands. The day of my wedding was so PERFECT! Angie kept communication with me throughout the day and made sure I had absolutely nothing to worry about. When I walked into my venue I could not believe the magic I saw !! Angie and her team put my vision to life!!! When I tell you I worried about nothing it was exactly that. If anything went wrong on our wedding day, we didn't know about it because they are just that good. And not to mention - incredibly fun to work with. Angie and her team (especially Philip) are a dream come true. Not only were they by my side through ever major decision, contract signing, and vendor meeting - but they always made me feel heard and that my and my fiancé’s opinions were their top priority. Going above and beyond expectations is their only way of doing business. I am completely obsessed and genuinely can’t say enough about them. The attention to detail and the way they throw their heart into the planning and execution is immeasurable & beyond words. I felt valued, heard, important, loved, special, and like our wedding and our happiness was their only concern the entire time. WHAT MORE CAN YOU ASK FOR?!

do just that. My husband and I got married on 8.15.20 at Cherokee Dock in Lebanon, TN. We had a micro-wedding in the middle of the pandemic and I was probably the most anxious bride you can think of. Angie was so supportive throughout the entire planning process and always reassured me things were going to be okay. Not only is she warm, empathic, and incredibly kind, she can think on her feet and adapt to any situation. The morning of the wedding I lost my voice and Angie was the first to ask how she could help and what I needed. She went out and bought me tea and cough drops. It was so sweet and thoughtful! As I was getting ready I was regularly asked how I was feeling and if there was anything I needed. Philip even brought me a plate of snacks to make sure I was eating! The planners made sure I did not have to worry about a thing and could be fully present to enjoy my special day. The whole time Angie and her team carried themselves with poise, elegance, and class. Velour is made up of a group of people who are passionate about what they do and put their heart and soul into planning each wedding. They genuinely care about you! Velour has an extensive list of contacts and preferred vendors for any taste or budgetary constraint, and she will give you candid and personalized advice on each of them.
Perhaps what my wife and I were most thankful for were the day-of-ceremony services that Velour provides. Our event was seamless, with absolutely no stress on mine or my wife's part as far as setting up the venue, coordinating with vendors, executing the ceremony, or even cleaning up after the reception. Though I was initially unsure if we needed to work with a planner at the outset of our wedding process, I can now say with confidence that working with Velour was a Godsend.

After touring several event spaces and speaking with a few potential wedding planners, she chose a venue that recommended Angelina Ruiz of Velour Premier Events. My daughter spoke with Angie initially by phone and was impressed with her enthusiasm and friendly personality. We soon followed with a face-to-face meeting, and we were sold! Angie was as kind and enthusiastic as my daughter first believed, but she was also very organized and offered us information to all our questions and concerns before we even asked.
Unfortunately, a few months into the wedding planning process, we abruptly learned our original venue had decided to sell their property. Our family was shocked and a little panicked, but Angie remained calm and reassured us everything would work out and stay on schedule. We soon found another venue (one that we liked much better), and Angie's hard work, professionalism, and fantastic vendor relationships got us quickly up to speed with a new design plan, and on track for the approaching wedding date!!
Throughout the wedding planning process Angie and her team at Velour Premier Events were on top of everything! Angie met with us a few times more than the number stated in our contract, due to our predicament. But, never did she complain or require additional payment.
Angie has wonderful energy, positivity, great taste and ideas (though never forces them), perfect organization, and the best vendor relationships! She is respectful of budgets and helps with prioritizing. Our daughter was married last Saturday, September 14, 2019, and everything ran more smoothly and looked more beautiful than we ever imagined! Angie inherited a bit of a mess with our wedding when our initial planner moved away, and she came swooping in to fill in the gaps and covered them with gold, to boot - making everything (and I mean EVERYTHING) a million times better than it was before.
Whether you have no idea what you want or have every last detail planned out, Angie will create and perfect your vision and ensure that your day is everything you want and more - even down to special snack requests (I NEEDED exactly three grilled cheese/tomato soup shooters at the sweetheart table after our grand entrance, okay?!).
While she is a true artist in bringing your desires to life as a "Vision Director," she is also unafraid to give helpful suggestions/alternatives to make sure that your event is cohesive and beautiful. I consider myself very Type A and sometimes (all the time) micro-managerial, but I didn't have to lift a finger with Angie and her team. They know what they're doing and earned my trust immediately to pull everything off without a hitch. She is endlessly thoughtful and pays attention to details I never considered - even going so far as to act on an inside joke that she and my dad had together.
Angie will also surprise you with skills you never thought to ask about: when a sudden downpour ruined my updo, she set up a small hair salon in the venue restroom to perform some kind of hair magic and resurrect my whole look!
It's been six months since our wedding, and we still receive compliments on the organization, attention to detail, and sheer amount of fun throughout the whole event. Angie and her team are to thank for that, and I couldn't have asked for anything more for our wedding day.
