Unfortunately, they didn’t have any unique design ideas for me. Their “design” was just our names and wedding date copy and pasted into a very basic design that I saw on their instagram had been made for someone else. I requested three items and none of them had any kind of cohesive design element, so each did not look like they belonged with the other items. It then turned into me, a month before my wedding, attempting to research ideas and design this signage myself. The production side did build a lovely product, but something that I had to design almost entirely on my own - which I did not have time for a month before the wedding. When I reached out to Kathy, the owner, to express my dissatisfaction with the design portion (which is a large reason I had booked them and a considerable component of their hefty fee) she was curt and unsympathetic. Her only “concession” was to allow me to take the menus off of the order. However instead of telling me this asap as requested, she waited until 8 days before my wedding (1 day before I was initially supposed to pick up the items) to tell me that they were no longer producing the menus. This delay felt intentional and unprofessional. Luckily, I was able to create a menu that I liked better in 30 minutes with an online service that was a fraction of the cost. In addition, after I fully paid them and picked up the signs, I had a follow up question that I emailed them twice and was completely ignored. Bottom Line = the production side is good if you know exactly what you want, down the colors, shapes, and exact design. But if you're looking for someone to create a unique design for you, look elsewhere. In addition, elements of their customer service was unprofessional.

y. The entire experience is personalized from start to finish, and the work they did was beyond what we expected. First, we started the invitation suite design process with Joanne. Our invitations were not something I thought too much about until we inquired with Velvet Fox Designs to see what they could do, and our invitations came out incredible! Joanne worked with us to help you create our vision and then brought it to life in a way even better than we could have imagined. She was very detailed and thorough, and she was also very prompt and communicative. Ultimately, Joanne made us the most beautiful, romantic and elegant wedding invitation suite and most importantly, she was a true pleasure to work with! We also worked with Joanne during the design process for our day-of signage. Honestly, Joanne is a true gem. It is obvious that she has a real passion and love for what she does. She helped us with the day-of signage design and gave us excellent guidance and recommendations where needed. I absolutely loved all of our day-of signage; each piece is hand made and a work of art. Joanne and the entire Velvet Fox Designs team were especially accommodating, detail oriented, talented, honest, and kind. You can trust that you will have a beautiful product if the Velvet Fox Design team’s hands are on it. Overall, it was a really great experience to see how much care and thought Velvet Fox Designs put into each item to make sure it was perfect. The whole experience was friendly and easy. This company is a jewel amongst a sea of mass produced, commercial, and cheap stationery that is being sold these days as "personalized." I promise you won't find anyone like Velvet Fox Designs or the art they create. We highly recommended working with Velvet Fox Designs!
