- Victoria Ann Gibbs-SalazarCEO & FounderVictoria is the owner and founder of Velvet LLC. She graduated from the University of Arkansas with a Bachelor of Science, studying Apparel Merchandising Product Development. After graduating Victoria worked in a tailor shop, and in production at local companies. After gaining the knowledge she needed, Victoria began alterations in her house. Eventually, Velvet became too big, and she created the local storefront. Victoria has worked with close to 200 brides in the last couple of years, with the intent to work with 200+ more!
