DO NOT EMPLOY THIS VENDOR. We are officially filing a fraud case against them. It's been a whirlwind but they contracted an awesome guy to be our videographer, he appeared on time ...
and was professional and amazing and did a great job. However, while on our honeymoon we got a message from him saying that Velvikiss never paid him. They were impossible to get in touch with, removed their websiite... it's a disaster. Our videographer did some research and found that they actually aren't registered with the LLC where they should be and are definitely a scammy company. I know this has happened with other couples who employed them too... And we also never received our video package. They apparently eventually did pay him but still we haven't received our package. We are now officially past the 8 month deadline so I intend to create a fraud case against them. DO NOT EMPLOY THIS VENDOR.
I would give 0 stars if it would let me. Every couple's worst nightmare. We had our engagement photos done in June (thankfully we received those), and then after that we did not he...
ar from them again. Multiple phone calls, voicemails, emails, and even my fiance taking a trip to the business address listed on our contract. Thank god we were able to find another photographer to step in & give us amazing photos & videos.
I would not recommend this vendor. Their communication has been extremely poor. Leading up to my wedding, they did not respond to multiple emails, and we didn’t hear from them unti...
l the day before the event. My wedding was in July, and since then, we’ve made numerous calls and sent emails requesting updates on our video but have received little to no response. We also asked to purchase our raw footage, but they have not provided a payment link or followed up as promised.
Initially my fiancé and I were hesitant about using a company like VelviKiss that has a team setup instead of an independent photographer, but it turned out to be one of the best d...
ecisions we made for our wedding! The planning tools on their website that was an absolute lifesaver, especially since my fiancé and I planned our wedding solo. It made organizing and perfecting our big day's timeline so much easier! The whole team was a pleasure to work with, and the quality of our photos exceeded all expectations. Our photographer, Ethan, was not only incredibly friendly and fun to work with, but he also captured stunning shots that truly told the story of our wedding day. Before the big day, Ethan called us to introduce himself and finalize all the details, which made us feel at ease and confident in his expertise. Thanks to VelviKiss, our wedding was preserved so beautifully. We couldn’t fit a videographer into our budget but even without a videographer, Ethan hustled to capture every special memory we asked of him. I’m in the auto repair business and I know how tough it is to meet customer expectations. The VelviKiss team did a great job. Thank you guys for really doing a top tier job for us. We definitely recommend VelviKiss!!!
I have to rave about my experience with Velvikiss! Taylor, our planner with Velvikiss, scheduled a zoom call with our photographer soon after we paid our deposit, and we had a grea...
t session discussing our vision and getting to know each other. The whole process was incredibly smooth. The team was always quick to respond and super thorough with all my questions. What really struck me was when I was chatting with Taylor, our planner, her communication was so polished, I thought they were some big corporate studio! She laughed and told me it's actually a close knit team of creatives who've come together to build something special. The day of the wedding was perfect. Our photographer made us feel so at ease that it seemed like we have known her for years! You can really tell the whole team genuinely cares about creating beautiful memories, not just getting the job done. That authentic, personal touch while maintaining total professionalism is so important to me because more of a people person. That’s why hired them to begin with. If you're looking for people that have great service with and great quality, book Velvikiss while you can! ☺️
I can't say enough wonderful things about our experience with Velvikiss. Our photographer, Omar, was beyond amazing. Omar was very attentive to every detail, and he was very enthus...
iastic with our guests, and made sure we all felt relaxed and comfortable. He kept the energy high throughout reception. I’ve never been someone who loves every photo of myself, yet somehow, he captured me looking my great best in so many of the photos that were delivered to us. He was a good companion during the day because he kinda sensed when I was ready to dive back into family portraits after I took a small break because they seemed to take forever to get through! Oh and a big happy hug to Taylor for helping with the timeline and scheduling our engagement session and being an all around help when I had a ton of questions about the little things. I definitely feel that every bride deserves a team like Velvikiss. Trust me, you’ll be in the best hands possible if you choose them. Thanks again,
Working with everyone at VelviKiss was truly a dream come true for our 10/19/24 wedding! The entire team made planning and capturing our special day stress-free and enjoyable. From...
our very first meeting to the big day itself, we felt supported and genuinely cared for. Our coordinator, Taylor, was a lifesaver. She really helped us navigate every little bump along the way. Especially when we had to reschedule our engagement session- TWICE.
Our photographer, Alex, captured so many details throughout our day. We're really thankful for how hard he was hustling for us. Our videographer, Lee, and second shooter, Carlos, were just as phenomenal. They really bent over backward to capture as much as they could. We honestly wish we could keep them in our lives forever!
For any couples looking for wedding photo and video services, VelviKiss comes with our highest recommendation!
