Owners Brian and Michelle Milnamow renovated the space to keep its original charm while adding modern amenities. They want you to feel at home in the place as you celebrate your big day. Host up to 100 guests in the 1,850-square-foot space. Its original 14-foot tin ceiling, brick walls, and hardwood floors have all been restored, and it has a warm and inviting feel. The space features high ceilings feature stunning dimmable chandeliers. There are comfortable seating areas and two cozy electric fireplaces where guests can sit and relax. The original design elements, with the addition of modern amenities, give the space a distinct feel. It also features a dry bar and a warming kitchen providing everything you need to throw your perfect event. There are also two ADA-accessible restrooms. Venue 132 offers a range of flexible rental packages to choose from. Tables and black Chiavari chairs to seat your guests are included in the basic package. Further, the option of black or white linens and dinnerware is available with the Deluxe package, while The Premiere package includes all that and further use of sound and lighting equipment as well as a projector.
