Venue 650

I knew we wanted to have our wedding at this venue when we attended a walk through. This is a beautiful venue. The best thing is there is no pressure to use certain vendors. The freedom to find your own vendors was perfect for us. Which is what we did. The Venue 650 team was so easy to work with and were quick to offer any help if we needed it. Our wedding was perfect and everyone love the venue. We got tons of compliments on how beautiful it was. This venue is huge giving you tons of space to dance. And dance we did!! We even had enough space for two photo booths. You have the option to have your ceremony in the garden area which is so beautiful or you can have it inside the venue. We choose to have it outside and it was beautiful!! Thanks to Lyttie Culver and the entire Venue 650 team.

Venue 650 was a perfect fit for our special day. It allowed for a beautiful outdoor ceremony in the garden area, plus plenty of space for our cocktail hour and reception to all be indoors. This was important to us as we know how Florida weather can be. We had a great experience with Lyttie from the beginning and would highly recommend Venue 650!

Absolutely beautiful place for a wedding. I got married here Feb 2024 and would definitely recommend! A few notes: it's a very big space, so probably not appropriate for a wedding with under 115 guests - you'd just have way too much room. The outside courtyard is BEAUTIFUL but if you get unlucky (like we did) and it rains on your wedding day you'll still be able to have a beautiful ceremony and photos. Becky and her staff were very easy to work with, and we had Lyttie there the day of our wedding and she was SO helpful in making sure everything was correct for us. Our guests were all so impressed and said it was beautiful! Would definitely recommend. OH and the getting ready suites are absolutely beautiful! A HUGE selling point for this venue. Very spacious and had everything you need.

Venue 650 was incredibly beautiful. On the day of, everything went smoothly and the venue was perfect. With so much character, we didn't need to do much to let it shine!

We can’t express our gratitude ENOUGH for the amazing team and space that Venue650 provided for us! Lyttie Culver was our main point of contact and from the moment we met her, we vibed with her calm, professional, yet hilarious demeanor. She truly helped make our special day perfect and executed it with incredible precision and finesse. As we were planning, her knowledge and expertise seemed endless as she was able to answer any question we had throughout our months or prep time. The exterior courtyard and interior space were PERFECT for our vision. We leaned into the beauty the space naturally provides and thus were able add our personal touches very easily. It’s already gorgeous so we had very little we wanted to add to it! Lyttie’s intimate knowledge of the downtown Winter Haven area was also SO APPRECIATED as we were planning our rehearsal dinner and wanted to provide our guests with recommendations for places to visit and things to do if they were staying for the weekend!

We just recently had our wedding at Venue 650 and were beyond happy with our experience. The venue was beautiful the day of and everything went perfectly. Communication before the wedding was amazing and very prompt. I would definitely recommend this venue for anyone looking for a beautiful and unique spot to host their wedding reception and ceremony.

I loved everything about our wedding day! Becky and her team are amazing, super thoughtful and very flexible! They’re understanding and work with you up until your big day. I don’t have anything negative to say just because of how phenomenal they were. Service is a solid 10/10!! Now let’s talk about the structure. I LOVED how everything was done in 1 place and no need for guests to commute! The garden area is a beautiful spot for the ceremony which is where I had mine, we stood in front of the beautiful wooden doors. They space is huge and super accommodating for large parties! The plus side is that they also have a space for the guys and the ladies to get ready with vanities, mini fridge, bathrooms, etc. They’ve got everything, seriously. I loved our experience, and my husband was super happy! Thank you Becky and the whole Venue 650 team for making our wedding so perfect!

This is a fantabulous venue!!!!! Not only is it beautiful but the entire staff is absolutly wonderful! I had a few hiccups, as we all do, but Becky and Lyttie were always there to help. And Lyttie was fantastic on the day of the ceremony!!! I couldn't recommend this venue more highly.

We fell in love with and booked Venue650 before we saw it in person. After traveling from Las Vegas, NV to Winter Haven, FL to see the venue, we knew made the right choice. Our wedding was phenomenal. This venue is a dream and if I had to do my wedding all over again, I would choose Venue650 every single time.

This venue was amazing through the entire process of planning the wedding. Their team is extremely responsive and seems to care about every couple that they host. The garden area is beautiful and inside reception area such an amazing space to openly fit everything you want and need. Would 100% recommend!

Venue 650 was absolutely great to work with. I was the wedding planner for a couple who had their wedding there in June 2022. Both staff members I worked with were very helpful and nice to work with. It's a beautiful facility for a wedding and reception.

We utilized this venue for a charity event. When we arrived a staff member was there to greet us and the place was sparkling clean. Throughout the process the staff was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. We will surely utilize this beautiful venue again!

AMAZING!!! Working with this venue was such a pleasure, I was a COVID-19 cancellation bride and I was concerned about this being problem, Venue 650 eased my concerns. I was planning my wedding from out of state the planning process was so easy. Becky and Lyttie were always available to answer an questions I had and if I was flying into town they accommodated my schedule every time. The day of was amazing, Matt was there with us to answer any questions and ensure we liked the setup. He went above and beyond to assist and many of my guests commented on his hospitality. If you’re thinking of booking Venue 650 do it, you will not be disappointed !

This wedding venue was everything we could have hoped for and more. The staff communicated quickly and helped throughout the planning process and was attentive during the event. The bridal and groom suites were my favorite spaces. The suites provided a beautiful, functional space for our large group to get ready and enjoy time before the wedding. This all inclusive space exceeded our expectations and desires for a wonderful wedding. Highly recommend!

We were beyond thrilled with Venue 650. From the moment we walked in, we knew this was the venue for our wedding. The Garden made for a beautiful ceremony space, and the massive reception space was just perfect. This venue needs minimal decorations, as it looks gorgeous all on its own. We absolutely adored the bride and groom suites. They were perfect to get ready and hang out in prior to the wedding. I wish we could do it all over again. If we did, we’d still choose Venue 650 as our venue.

We got married here on May 8, 2021. This venue is beyond beautiful and the staff is exceptionally friendly, professional and helpful. Although we was assisted by everyone, I would like to focus on Lyttie for a moment. Lyttie was the first person we talked to via phone when we were looking for our venue. Lyttie was extremely professional and even face timed us to see the space because we were so far away and couldn’t come that week. Whenever we had a question and needed a quick reply I was able to text Lyttie or Becky and was guaranteed to get a reply in less than 10 minutes. The staff is amazing the space is beyond enormous and the venue itself is dropped dead gorgeous. We love Venue 650 J

I cannot say enough good things about Venue 650! Our daughter's wedding was everything we could have hoped for! Everyone that we worked with at the venue was so very helpful through the entire process. The day of the wedding we had an assistant assigned to us. His name was Matt and he pretty much followed me and the wedding coordinator around and made sure we had everything we needed. He made the day go so smoothly and we were all so grateful! I highly recommend this venue!

I was EXTREMELY picky about where I wanted to get married but Venue 650 reeled me in upon first glance! I knew I needed to book this venue the second we walked in. Everything was gorgeous. The staff was very quick to respond to my many emails and so accommodating of all needs. One of the staff members even set up a time to FaceTime with me so I could see what I had in mind for my map of how I wanted all of the tables to be set up. It was so convenient to have a room for both my party and my husband's party to get ready and relax in. Our wedding turned out beautiful and I owe part of that to the beautiful aesthetic Becky and her staff have created at Venue 650. I highly recommend booking with Venue 650!

And it was unique and gave endless options for us - which was important for us to put our personal stamp on the wedding. The bridal party getting ready rooms were beyond expectations and provided an opportunity for us to be at the venue, relaxed, and had everything we could possibly want on hand. The staff was excellent through the whole process. Becky was kind and responsive. Even allowed for us to come to the venue for multiple sites and walkthroughs. And the day-of team was friendly, helpful, easy to work with and so very kind! We cannot recommend this venue enough!

This is the most beautiful venue! With an industrial chic atmosphere, it’s so elegant! We had our wedding here and everyone was blown away. So large with an open floor plan. You won’t find anything like it in Polk County. The owners are so kind, punctual and accommodating. I can’t imagine having our wedding anywhere else. Small town price with big city allure!
