Venus Jewelers has been the absolute best to work with. We were well taken care of the minute we walked in looking for our wedding bands. Igor was a class act and was incredibly he...
lpful and knowledgeable. The store has a fantastic selection across the board and an even better team. From our wedding bands to now expanding our own jewelry collection, Venus will always be our go-to!
Igor was extremely helpful when I brought in a match that needed a quick fix. He even went out of his way to order me free links. As a college kid, not having to worry about an ext...
ra expense was extremely kind and thoughtful. These guys are great!!
My now fiancé and I went to Venus after a not so great experience at another jeweler in the area. We were honest and upfront about our needs, our budget, and my overall vision for...
my engagement ring. Johnny helped us from start to finish, we were able to customize the entire ring!! From band, band thickness, color of band, hidden halo, setting, and diamond of course. They were even able to send a CAD 3D image prior to purchasing the ring since it was custom, which only took a few days. Ring itself took only 3 weeks to come in, and another perk is the ring box lights up! I absolutely LOVE my engagement ring and would recommend Venus Jewelers to anyone!
Not helpful or honest. I brought in a silver bracelet that my mom had purchased there. The clasp was broken and they said it could not be mended. They offered to but it for its si...
lver weight price (not much) and put that money toward a replacement piece. I said no thanks, took it to Alfredo’s jewelry in Highland Park, and will have it back, repaired, in a week. I would really think twice about making a sizable purchase from Venus Jewelers.
Venus has been our family jewelers for my entire life, I knew when my husband and I started talking about getting engaged this was where I wanted my ring from. (I specifically told...
him to go sit down with Igor, haha!) I may be biased but from the moment you walk in the front door, you're family. I have recommended so many of my close friends to come here for cleanings, appraisals, or just to shop! I've never been pressured to buy anything or felt like I couldn't ask a million questions and try on every piece of jewelry I was interested in. When investing money in such an important piece of jewelery you'd want the experience to be informative, low stress and exciting and that's exactly what Venus does best! My ring specifically used a stone from my grandmother and I knew that if they didn't have a setting available that my husband was interested in, venus would be able to hand design whatever he was looking for!
I've recently gone back to look at other pieces and they helped me create a wish list so if my husband ever feels so inclined to look for an anniversary present or anything in the future it's all saved in the computer system. I cannot recommend venus enough!
We worked with Donna to purchase our engagement ring and both wedding bands. Before coming to Venus, we went to 14 different jewelers. I decided to choose Venus because they thor...
oughly explained each aspect of the diamonds and compared diamonds of different grades so that I could gain a better understanding of those grades. Rather than using the 10x magnification eyepiece like the other 14 jewelers to evaluate the diamonds, Venus uses a high power microscope to allow the customer to see better details in the diamonds. Donna continually had my best interest as the customer, rather than to simply trying to "sell" me on a name brand jeweler or push a sale. Donna was incredibly patient and always took her time with me. They helped me to narrow down my search by bringing in additional diamonds that were not available at my first visit. Venus was also able to customize the wedding band and engagement ring setting to include additional detail that was not initially on the bands. They worked with us on pricing and the customer service was always superb!! I will definitely be a repeat customer (but not for wedding bands haha)!
