They were even able to send a CAD 3D image prior to purchasing the ring since it was custom, which only took a few days. Ring itself took only 3 weeks to come in, and another perk is the ring box lights up! I absolutely LOVE my engagement ring and would recommend Venus Jewelers to anyone!

I've never been pressured to buy anything or felt like I couldn't ask a million questions and try on every piece of jewelry I was interested in. When investing money in such an important piece of jewelery you'd want the experience to be informative, low stress and exciting and that's exactly what Venus does best! My ring specifically used a stone from my grandmother and I knew that if they didn't have a setting available that my husband was interested in, venus would be able to hand design whatever he was looking for! I've recently gone back to look at other pieces and they helped me create a wish list so if my husband ever feels so inclined to look for an anniversary present or anything in the future it's all saved in the computer system. I cannot recommend venus enough!

Donna continually had my best interest as the customer, rather than to simply trying to "sell" me on a name brand jeweler or push a sale. Donna was incredibly patient and always took her time with me. They helped me to narrow down my search by bringing in additional diamonds that were not available at my first visit. Venus was also able to customize the wedding band and engagement ring setting to include additional detail that was not initially on the bands. They worked with us on pricing and the customer service was always superb!! I will definitely be a repeat customer (but not for wedding bands haha)!
