We believe your wedding cake should be a sublime pastry experience, not just "cake". To this end, we have committed to baking with only the finest ingredients, using our own custom recipes. Each cake tier is comprised of 4 layers of moist cake and 3 luscious layers of filling.
Cakes can be adorned with hand-made sugar flowers, fresh flowers, piping or other sugar work. replicate it, no problem! And that she did! Lorraine scaled the tiers to the perfect size to feed our guests and we were able to customize each tier from her extensive options of unique cake flavors and fillings to please each palate. The couple didn't want a really tall cake so she made an additional sheet cake to feed our crowd. Lorraine delivered the cake to our venue and built her masterpiece with precision and care. We received so many compliments, on both the aesthetics and the taste. Most importantly, the bride got exactly what she dreamed of for her wedding cake.
