e ideas/additions, AND had reasonable prices and no set minimums (which was almost impossible to find in the current wedding market in Austin). We had almost given up and decided to attempt florals on our own, but we are so glad we found Verbena!! The florals and candle rentals on the day were beautiful. I never had to worry about any details being missed. (And my bouquet still looks almost perfect after a week!) Would recommend Addie and her team! 10/10!

Addie helped me make decisions that would allow me to have show-stopping floral displays that could be repurposed from ceremony to reception seamlessly. This allowed us to have beautiful, large floral displays that worked within our budget. Verbena has a fantastic inventory of vases, candles and other misc. decor to fit a variety of styles. Addie was also willing to meet with me multiple times to perfect the vision for our decor. A few weeks before our wedding, Addie found out that a flower (bougainvillea) we had planned to have as a main focus in the arrangements was not available due to a shorter growing season. Addie used bougainvillea from her own backyard (and some from my parent's yard too!) to make sure that we had at least some bougainvillea to incorporate for my bouquet and cake. I so greatly appreciate the generosity and willingness to pivot when unexpected events arose. I can't recommend Verbena enough, do yourself a favor and book them ASAP!

My boquet and the floral arch were absolutely STUNNING and one of my favorite parts of our wedding day. An added bonus about verbena is that they don’t charge a minimum to work with them like many other floral companies we looked into. With the final smaller home wedding just before Christmas, she used bold colors that were not “Christmas-y” but that we could keep up through the holiday. She created a garden on the mantle above the fireplace that was absolutely magical and the backdrop for the ceremony – so beyond our expectations. r venue did not need florals, I was treated no differently than if I would have had an order that costs thousands of dollars. Our April 2020 wedding was unfortunately postponed due to COVID and Addie was quick to help, and she was right there for the reschedule without an issue. Even at our last check-in call, she was happy to make a few adjustments, and offered suggestions of where I could use the money towards, and it was all just perfect! We ordered a custom wreath for our dog to wear in the ceremony, and she was so meticulous on making sure it was perfect, right down to making notes not to squish his beautiful floof, or make it too long so he wouldn't step on it! My bouquet was being made from seashells, and shipped to me, and Addie was able to perfectly accent the bridesmaids bouquets to it without ever seeing it in person! Her attention to detail spoke volumes, and I would highly recommend Verbena over and over again!

My only regret is that they weren’t able to place the flowers on my cake the way I pictured because my cake vendor was running late which isn’t Verbena’s fault. Also, one thing that I really appreciated is that LuAnn was able to donate my flowers to a local hospital after the wedding, which allowed more than just our guests to enjoy their beauty. She was also able to get me a particularly hard to get South African flower in its off season at a great cost, and they were absoluelty stunning! We looked over photos together of various weddings and she was able to take my scattered thoughts and turn them into the most beautiful wedding I could have ever imagined. The bridal party bouquets were stunning and LuAnn worked within our budget to create the most beautiful centerpieces. On the day of our wedding we had to quickly change directions and move our ceremony inside because of incoming thunderstorms. She worked with the other vendors and quickly redesigned our ceremony flowers. Everything looked so amazing and despite the change in plans, our pictures turned out beautifully because of her floral designs. I loved working with LuAnn and am so thankful I found her! You can tell that she loves what she does and is passionate about helping brides have the wedding of their dreams.

Throughout our day, my wife and I had no idea what we were doing, what flowers we liked, what types of flowers even existed on our planet, what season flowers were best shipped, etc. etc. etc. We were just having fun being completely lost together, and at the same time had no way knowing how to decide on our vendor. It was our very last stop at Verbena that sealed the deal when we met LuAnn. We were seated at a table decorated solely with previous couples’ Thank You cards, and I remember being a useless groom reading each individual one while my bride was answering a questionnaire with LuAnn during our consultation. For me, reading how great LuAnn and her team executed each couple’s wedding day and the appreciation they had for Verbena really made me feel like they cared about making the wedding day perfect for each individual couple. It was this personal touch that made our final decision easy. LuAnn and her team made us feel like royalty, like they were just focusing on our individual needs for our wedding, and really cared about making our wedding beautiful beyond our expectations. It felt like it wasn’t business for them but rather a true passion to make this one day perfect for us. I can’t stress how easy it was working with them. Communication was superb since we were planning a wedding in a different city, and LuAnn really planned EVERY individual floral detail and décor perfectly within our budget. I cannot express how thankful we are for Verbena for transforming our venue (Pavilion at Omni Barton Creek) into a dreamlike fairytale. It was perfect. We are still having withdrawals, and we truly miss communicating with LuAnn and her team regularly. We highly recommend Verbena Floral Design to be your floral vendor!!! I have heard stories from friends about how florists can try to push you in a direction they want and don't always listen to your needs or wishes, but LuAnn didn't do that in any sense. I will absolutely recommend her to all of my friends for their wedding!

As soon as my mom and I had our first meeting with them, we felt as though we had been friends with them for years. I cried happy tears when they brought me my gorgeous bridal bouquet, where they had incorporated a very special tribute to a cousin who had recently passed away.
