I have nothing to say but great things about Veribest Cleaners. I first heard of Veribest from Yelp. Every person I spoke with was very friendly and informative. It was a pleasu...
re meeting John as well. He was professional, personable, and genuine. You can tell he takes pride in his work.
I spoke to John about getting my wedding dress pressed last minute. He answered all my questions (pressing process and how it's stored) and was very reassuring that my dress would be beautiful. John guaranteed the dress would be ready on time. My dress was ready to pick up even earlier than expected. The people working in the front were so friendly and my dress looked perfect. I couldn't be any happier with how smooth it looked and how well thought out it was stored. My dress maintained its shape and smoothness even after transferring it to the venue.
There are other cleaners closer to where I live, but I'm more than willing to make a trip to Veribest. My experience working with John and his team was such a positive experience I brought my dress to have it cleaned/preserved. Highly recommend Veribest!
Everyone there is so nice! My wedding dress was cleaned spotlessly and packed in a preservation box- which looks absolutely stunning. Love knowing my favorite dress from my most sp...

Veribest cleaned my delicate lace wedding gown after the typical hazards of the wedding day ended up all over it (mainly the margaritas). They delivered it back to me within the al...
lotted time they quoted and for a reasonable price. Now the dress looks good as new and ready for someone else to enjoy, with no stress on my end. I'm very happy with the results. I also use them for all of my normal dry cleaning and they are always professional and on schedule. I always feel like my clothes are in good hands.
I did some research before hand and they had the best price and best reviews. Their customer service was awesome and the dress came back looking great! I didn't open it (to keep it...
preserved) but from the window box, everything looked as it should.
Our daughter got married in San Diego recently and bought her dress and got it tailored there. We asked the seamstress whom she recommended to spot clean the dress and remove the ...
wrinkles before the wedding date. She recommended Veribest Cleaners.
My husband and I delivered the dress 10 days before the wedding to Veribest. Working with the front office staff was very smooth and I had a chance to talk to John about the detailed dress cleaning at that time. John described the process and assured me that the dress would be ready before the wedding.
Working with Veribest from the beginning was easy and professional and I was contacted as soon as the dress was ready. The costs was reasonable and the customer service was top notch. The work quality was amazing.
I don't live in San Diego and was happy to find a professional, reliable, and courteous dry cleaning business to prepare our daughter's dress for her wedding.
I highly recommend Veribest!!

Excellent job cleaning & preserving my wedding dress, fair pricing, & great communication/customer service!
John did an amazing job cleaning my, un-preserved, original Wedding Gown and Train worn fifty years ago and to be worn again for my 50th Wedding Anniversary Vows Renewal. The go...
wn was white Satin, A-line; long sleeve; floor length. The Train was 10 feet long and attachable at the shoulders, under bows. Baby Stringed Pearls accented with Iridescent Droplets Beads, spaced about eight inches apart, was centered on Mechlin Lace. The lace trimming was sewn on front of gown above waist, down the sides; around the bottom of the sleeves; down center of bows at shoulders; and around the ten feet train. My greatest fear was of the beaded trimming becoming UNRAVELED during the cleaning process…it did not! The gown and train were beautifully cleaned and restored. I received great compliments. John is very approachable; his staff is courteous and helpful. I am pleased with Veribest Cleaners and love the fact that the business is Green.
The day before my daughters wedding she decided she wanted to wear her grandmothers wedding gown so without hesitation I called Veribest cleaners to see if it could be cleaned and ...

Great job on getting my wedding dress preserved. It looks amazing. They were awesome in communicating as well. Decent price too! Highly recommended.
I wish I could give more than 5 stars. John truly saved the day for me. After a disastrous experience with a seamstress who refused to steam my complicated dress, I was stuck 10 da...
ys before my wedding trying to find a place I trusted to take on steaming my HUGE, complicated, 14-layered ball gown with ruching, Swarovksi crystals, and hoops. This dress was no joke, and I knew it could be ruined in the wrong hands! John was patient and reassured me he was experienced, with many years working with wedding dresses. And he showed it--he steamed my 2 veils, cap sleeves, and ginormous wedding ball gown to pure perfection--all for a very reasonable price (I was quoted double what he charged from someone who I felt wasn't as experienced as him, and he spent time on the phone with me explaining his wedding dress services and his background, which I appreciated). While some of the ladies that work in the front of his place may not necessarily instill confidence in Veribest's services (and I feel they may not represent the place as they should), please do NOT let that deter you if you need any wedding items or formal wear taken care of--I literally left my designer couture ball gown in John's hands the week before the wedding, prayed it would turn out OK (my worst fear was holes from ironing!), and it turned out better than I could have hoped--he did amazing! All wrinkles out, and the dress was meticulously cared for (very important for such delicate fabric). To sum up, I am so grateful that my maid of honor found Veribest cleaners at the last minute, and I would recommend them without reservation!!! John in particular is a gem for nervous brides!
My wedding dress got very dirty after my special day and Veribest did an awesome job of cleaning and preserving it in such a way where I feel like I can keep it a LONG time. I also...
think the price was reasonable and the service good. Thanks for the fantastic work!
Great service. John was very helpful and informative. Highly recommend if you need your wedding dress preserved.
I used Veribest Cleaners after searching online for someone who could clean and restore my daughters wedding gown. When I took the gown in I was greeted by friendly staff and the ...
owner (Tom) came out and met with me to look at the gown. Since the wedding was outdoors the hem of the gown was soiled with dirt and grass. Tom told me he would be doing the work personally by hand and that it would take several weeks. When my daughter picked up the gown she was elated that it had been restored and packaged for preservation. It was well worth the time and the investment! They also did an excellent job with the Grooms suit and my gown. I highly recommend Veribest Cleaners and will use them again in the future.
Great customer service, very personable and did a lovely job cleaning my wedding dress!
John and all of his staff were so kind and treated me and my precious wedding dress was such great respect. I had carried my wedding dress around in a cardboard box on a wooden han...
ger for over 15 years. My Mother's day gift to myself was to have my wedding dress cleaned and preserved for our daughter's. John spoke with me on the phone and in person he was able to put my mind at ease and I felt I could in trust him with my dress. When I came to pick up my dress it exceeded my expectations and I couldn't be more satisfied with the job he did. I recommend him to my cousin and a lady I met at the coffee shop who both have had the same experience as I with fantastic service from John and all of his staff.
Veribest Cleaners did a beautiful job on two wedding dresses. After a May wedding, I took my daughter's wedding gown to them to be cleaned and preserved. I was extremely happy with...
the results. What impressed me even more was the beautiful job they did cleaning my 45 year old wedding dress that has been hanging in my closet all these years. It is as beautiful as the day I walked down the aisle in it. I highly recommend Veribest Cleaners to every bride who wants her special dress to be cared for with TLC.
I had an outdoor wedding, I spent 50% of the night in unpaved areas and my wedding dress had an enormous train. Then I switched to flats which made my dress drag more and went bar ...
hopping in Encinitas, so it was safe to say my dress had a lot of stains/twigs in it afterward. I did a phone consultation with John, then I brought my dress in a few days after the wedding (time is of the essence ladies!) John then gave me an in person consultation. He explained the importance of preservation and that he has cleaned and preserved every wedding dress in his store himself for over 25 years! On my pick up date he called me personally and let me know that my dress is either ready for viewing or boxing (if you view, you have to go back later to pick it up boxed.) Since I live far, I asked him to just box it up. When I got there he had instructed his staff to show me the dress in the box prior to sealing it up, it was very nice so I could confirm it was my dress and see how it is packaged. The ladies that work for John were telling me that John personally cleans each dress himself and preserves them, they said he is the most hands-on owner they've ever worked for and he is passionate about what he does. The price was incredibly fair, I paid $350 due to the heavy soiling and extensive cleaning that went into my lace/beading on my train. That's a deal compared to all the other cleaners in the area! I would 120% recommend Veribest cleaners for wedding dress cleaning and preservation!
Amazing! They did a great job of preserving my dress, and they did it in a timely manner. I'd also like to mention that the staff there are friendly, helpful, and really profession...
