In addition, a wedding gown after-care service is on offer where an intensive inspection of the gown takes place. I spoke to John about getting my wedding dress pressed last minute. He answered all my questions (pressing process and how it's stored) and was very reassuring that my dress would be beautiful. John guaranteed the dress would be ready on time. My dress was ready to pick up even earlier than expected. The people working in the front were so friendly and my dress looked perfect. I couldn't be any happier with how smooth it looked and how well thought out it was stored. My dress maintained its shape and smoothness even after transferring it to the venue.
There are other cleaners closer to where I live, but I'm more than willing to make a trip to Veribest. My experience working with John and his team was such a positive experience I brought my dress to have it cleaned/preserved. Highly recommend Veribest!

Baby Stringed Pearls accented with Iridescent Droplets Beads, spaced about eight inches apart, was centered on Mechlin Lace. The lace trimming was sewn on front of gown above waist, down the sides; around the bottom of the sleeves; down center of bows at shoulders; and around the ten feet train. My greatest fear was of the beaded trimming becoming UNRAVELED during the cleaning process…it did not! The gown and train were beautifully cleaned and restored. I received great compliments. ys before my wedding trying to find a place I trusted to take on steaming my HUGE, complicated, 14-layered ball gown with ruching, Swarovksi crystals, and hoops. This dress was no joke, and I knew it could be ruined in the wrong hands! John was patient and reassured me he was experienced, with many years working with wedding dresses. And he showed it--he steamed my 2 veils, cap sleeves, and ginormous wedding ball gown to pure perfection--all for a very reasonable price (I was quoted double what he charged from someone who I felt wasn't as experienced as him, and he spent time on the phone with me explaining his wedding dress services and his background, which I appreciated). While some of the ladies that work in the front of his place may not necessarily instill confidence in Veribest's services (and I feel they may not represent the place as they should), please do NOT let that deter you if you need any wedding items or formal wear taken care of--I literally left my designer couture ball gown in John's hands the week before the wedding, prayed it would turn out OK (my worst fear was holes from ironing!), and it turned out better than I could have hoped--he did amazing! All wrinkles out, and the dress was meticulously cared for (very important for such delicate fabric). To sum up, I am so grateful that my maid of honor found Veribest cleaners at the last minute, and I would recommend them without reservation!!! John in particular is a gem for nervous brides!

owner (Tom) came out and met with me to look at the gown. Since the wedding was outdoors the hem of the gown was soiled with dirt and grass. Tom told me he would be doing the work personally by hand and that it would take several weeks. When my daughter picked up the gown she was elated that it had been restored and packaged for preservation. It was well worth the time and the investment! They also did an excellent job with the Grooms suit and my gown. I highly recommend Veribest Cleaners and will use them again in the future.

hopping in Encinitas, so it was safe to say my dress had a lot of stains/twigs in it afterward. I did a phone consultation with John, then I brought my dress in a few days after the wedding (time is of the essence ladies!) John then gave me an in person consultation. He explained the importance of preservation and that he has cleaned and preserved every wedding dress in his store himself for over 25 years! On my pick up date he called me personally and let me know that my dress is either ready for viewing or boxing (if you view, you have to go back later to pick it up boxed.) Since I live far, I asked him to just box it up. When I got there he had instructed his staff to show me the dress in the box prior to sealing it up, it was very nice so I could confirm it was my dress and see how it is packaged. The ladies that work for John were telling me that John personally cleans each dress himself and preserves them, they said he is the most hands-on owner they've ever worked for and he is passionate about what he does. The price was incredibly fair, I paid $350 due to the heavy soiling and extensive cleaning that went into my lace/beading on my train. That's a deal compared to all the other cleaners in the area! I would 120% recommend Veribest cleaners for wedding dress cleaning and preservation!
