Five stars for Jillian at Vermont Event & Wedding Rentals. My husband and I planned to handle our wedding ourselves, and a few months out we realized we needed a coordinator. Jilli...
an picked up exactly where we were, with no backtracking or starting over. She held calls with us to understand our vision, and coordinated emails with all of our vendors on our behalf.
She handled even the smallest details, including individual notes and DIY floral bud vases. On the day of our wedding at Spruce Camp at Stowe Mountain Resort, she and her assistant Hailey ran everything so smoothly that I did not have to think about logistics once. I got to be a bride, which is what I was hoping for.
Our makeup artist told us Jillian is one of the most communicative and organized coordinators she has worked with. We are so glad we added a coordinator to our budget and can’t recommend Jillian and Vermont Event & Wedding Rentals enough!
Worked quickly and provided effective customer service
Melinda was terrific, exactly what we wanted. We didn’t need tons of planning support, but wanted someone experienced to make sure all the details were covered and the actual weddi...
ng day ran smoothly. She delivered exactly that.
On the month-out call, she walked us through everything we needed to think about and made sure we hadn’t missed anything. On the day of, she handled handled all of the tasks we gave her. Everything went perfectly. We had spoken to other planners who kinda stressed us out about the whole process, but Melinda always made us feel calm and prepared.
Hiring Melinda and her team was one of the best decisions we made - we opted for the month of/day of coordination but truly wish we had hired her for the entire time. One of the ar...
eas that we appreciated the most was Melinda's attention to detail and making sure our daughter was happy at her wedding! A few things went awry with some vendors and Melinda took care of everything in a professional and efficient way. I also have no doubt there were things that happened that we still have no idea about! We were so grateful to have Melinda take care of everything so we could focus on our daughter and family. For most of the wedding day we worked with Brit who kept everything on time and flowing smoothly. We appreciated Brit's gentle corralling of our daughter (lol), the tweaking of the flowers, the delivery of a beverage to me (mob), and her genuine funny and welcoming demeanor! Do not hesitate to hire Melinda and her team to help with all the things so your wedding will happen just as you want it to!
Working with Melinda through Vermont Event & Wedding Rentals was easily one of the best wedding decisions we made and I recommend her to all of our local friends! Before working wi...
th Melinda and her team, wedding planning felt completely overwhelming with so many vendors to obtain information about and decide on while planning a wedding in less than 10 months. Melinda's positive and calm demeanor completely changed this experience for me. She was especially helpful contacting vendors, compiling information on packages/options and pricing so that I was able to make informed and easy decisions. She then followed up with vendors we decided on and made signing contracts and paying deposits easy and simple. We maintained a shared document with contact information, timelines, contracts, completed and pending expenses, notes and more. This level of organization and attention to detail made wedding planning feel completely manageable and genuinely fun which led to truly the perfect wedding day. Melinda and her team are professional, positive, and great at what they do! Thank you again for everything!
Melinda was our month of/day of coordinator for our October 2024 wedding. She was so helpful and professional and made the final countdown of wedding planning and executing the day...
so easy and smooth. She created our wedding day timeline, helped with the rehearsal, coordinated with all our vendors, kept the day running on time (even early!), helped with set up at the venue, and cleaned up and organized during the day and at the end of the night among many more things! She also made sure we got to eat all the amazing food and had drinks when we needed/wanted them, she was always one step ahead of everything. Because we had Melinda's help I was incredibly relaxed and able to fully focus and be present on my wedding day and enjoy the day with my husband without thinking about any logistics or details. Melinda is so kind and easy to work with, our other vendors and folks involved in the wedding were all super grateful to have her help. I would highly recommend working with Melinda for your wedding or other event!
We hired Vermont Event and Wedding Rentals for our September 2024 wedding. We opted for the "month of" wedding coordination services and let me tell you, these ladies did not disap...
point. Prior to our event, we worked with Melinda. Melinda really took the time to understand the vision we wanted for our wedding and communicated with all of our vendors prior to the day. She organized everything from rental deliveries, scheduling, and payments. On our actual wedding day, we had the pleasure of working with Stacey. To say Stacey went above and beyond is an understatement. Stacey was completely on top of absolutely everything we asked of her and then some. She flawlessly executed our timeline, helped all of our vendors to stay on track, and even went out to get lunch for our groomsmen which we totally forgot. Every time I was even thinking about something, it was like Stacey was reading my mind. She was right behind me answering a question, giving a suggestion, or asking what we needed. She was a complete lifesaver. Stacey absolutely made our wedding day. We didn't have to do anything!!! She managed the event flawlessly. I can't recommend this company and their services enough. If you are looking for a seamless and relaxing wedding day, you definitely need these coordinators!

olders, and mini vases. Our contact, Melinda, was super helpful and continued to work with us as we added and subtracted things from our order. She was very responsive to emails, and the transfer of communication over to the venue was flawless. Everything we ordered arrived in perfect condition, and I could not be more pleased. Highly recommended.
