to be canceled due to such extensive rain that water came into the tent rental and made it unusable. I immediately emailed Joanne, the owner, to cancel. Nothing in the agreement materials or the website stated anything about cancellation policies or weather events. I would have understood keeping the deposit for any time or expenses she had incurred, but Joanne chose to keep my entire $4145 with no refund in sight. BUYER BEWARE!!

htful to work with and is extremely talented. She also bent over backwards for us, delivering & picking up the furniture in a very tight window. Joanne listened to our vision, applied her creative talents and literally transformed the space. Multiple staff and event management came up to me and made comments like “We have never set up like this before, it is really, really nice!” “Wow, this looks great!”. As the evening was winding down, I looked around and the Vermont Vintage furnished lounge areas were full of guests happily sitting, laughing and conversing. It was perfect!

rugs down the aisle of the ceremony which was set outside. The settee we used inside of the barn for folks to use to take photos on and was our "photo booth". We had originally agreed on a different settee but after arriving to pick it up, Joanne showed us a beautiful pink alternative! It had never been used by any of her other clients and we LOVED it!! So many cute photos were taken on it.
Joanne was great to work with and very laid back. If you are Joanne and I's kind of crazy, get ready because you are going to LOVE it. I would recommend using Vermont Vintage Rentals to anyone who is getting married or planning a special party and need a little extra something special.
