was incredibly personable and had a great way of making us do these silly dynamic poses that ultimately got us laughing at ourselves. This came out as spontaneous joy-filled candids that just so purely capture how we want to remember these moments. In terms of the actual photography, she comes from an aerospace engineering background, so she has a very technical approach to her work in addition to being overall great to work with. On our actual wedding day, it felt like she blended in as part of the wedding party - she was fun to hang out with and also helped with various odds and ends while getting ready! Everything felt seamless and professional, but also felt like having an extra friend! Highly recommend Veronica - she is such a gem and we are in love with her photography.

She made sure to capture everything that was particularly important to us and more. On the day of the wedding, we really enjoyed spending the time with Veronica to get our photos. My husband felt really comfortable with Veronica, which made us both have great time during our photos. He has said we'll be going to Veronica for all of our future photos! We had to postpone our original date due to COVID, Veronica helped make things much less stressful in her communication, flexibility and her sincere interest and care about our day. We were blown away by the photos she captured of our day and couldn't be happier. After the wedding, my husband made a great point about how happy he was we went with Veronica because although you know you want someone to get amazing photos, you also need someone you feel comfortable with and enjoy spending your very special day with...and Veronica was all of that for us!

After some serious searching for photographers (we're one of those couples that researches our big decisions for hours each day before the pulling the trigger), we decided we wanted Veronica to shoot our wedding after our very first meeting. She was kind, sweet, professional, and way too modest. She showed us her work and we fell in love with the stories that each one captured. Her editing style also lends such warmth to those memories that they seem like they'll never fade. Most of the photographers we met with were charging so much more for so much less.Veronicas honesty and infectious love for life was refreshing and partnered with her obvious skill with a camera, it was an immediate no-brainer for us. Our wedding was a simple, fun, beach and restaurant lunch in downtown Long Beach. There was nothing that Veronica said she'd do that wasn't done. She was punctual, professional, courteous, and worked seamlessly with our videographer even though their first meeting was the morning of. What blew our minds the most was how unnoticeable she was as she moved between people, capturing some of the most beautiful candid photos of family and friends that I've ever seen. And that's saying a lot considering we had a beach and lunch wedding where the lighting was difficult to work with. Hell, even my daily phone screen background is one of the pics she shot of us during our engagement shoot. It's so good it's worth looking at everyday. And through it all what probably took the cake (wedding pun?) was that she was so joyful and it made everyone around her want to smile. She was not just our photographer that day, but she became a welcome guest at our little wedding. If you're lucky enough to have her in the drawing for your potential photographer, then stop, trust some complete strangers that were compelled to write an essay as a review, and choose Veronica Padron Photography. You will never regret it. Being quarantined now, we've had lots of time to look back on our photos and are reminded every time how happy we are that we chose her for such an important date.
