Veronica's Sweet Shoppe

The absolute worst. I had her make a specialty cake for my son's 3rd birthday and in 30min the dinosaur that she sculpted started to fall off the cake. The head started sliding off the 2nd tier and the arms detached from the head and one feel off the cake. When i contacted her about it she said it was not her problem. She started to throw accusations that we miss handled the cake and that we must have dropped it. I could not believe what she was saying. one minute I was having a conversation with a guest in my home and the next someone is pointing out the fact that the head is sliding off the cake. She ruined my son's birthday and did not care. All i wanted her to do was to bring another cake but she refused. She basically stole my money and thought that was ok. Shame on her for not taking ownership for that disaster and for ruining my son's birthday. Never have I been treated like that, she has no clue what she did nor does she care. Veronica conned me and I will never do business with her again.
