Verve 360 Degrees of Wellness

I went to Verve for my day of hair and makeup along with 5 bridesmaids and my mom. The staff did an amazing job both on our hair and makeup I couldn't have been happier! We had originally set aside 3 hours for the 7 hair/makeup appointments and we were out of there a half hour ahead of schedule which was great. Checking out was a bit of a process so just be aware and start it ahead of time.. it took all of us maybe 20-25 minutes to check out and there was much confusion on the salon's part about who owed what so just come knowing what everyone needs to pay. All of that being said I would absolutely recommend Verve- we all looked fabulous!

I took six bridesmaids, a flower girl and two MOB (plus me) to Verve for hair, makeup and mani/pedi's the day of the wedding (it's right across the street from the Renaissance, so it was nice to get out of the hotel for a while, but they do onsite as well from what I understand). I am a bit bias since this is where I get most of my beauty things done anyway, but everybody's hair looked fantastic. Bri worked with me for months to order extensions and create my wedding day look and all of the girls captured the exact "kind of messy" look I was going for. Not only that, but the salon went above and beyond making sure that our play list got played and our drinks and catering were out and easy to get to. They also worked extra hard to make sure that an extra appointment that we added late got slid in and taken care of. It's a great salon vibe where you can hang out and get everything done and everybody *will* look amazing at the end.

The golden rule of any business is to honor your appointments. So imagine my surprise being turned away for my 5pm appointment having made it the previous afternoon, due to 'therapist availability issues'. Apparently attempts had been made to contact me during the day on my mobile (no missed calls....) and at my hotel (no call was taken, and no message was left...). No attempt or effort was made by Verve 360 to make the situation better, nor was a rescheduled appointment offered. If you want your appointment honored, avoid this place like the plague.

I got my hair, make-up, and nails (pedi/mani) at Verve 360 and loved everything about it. Everything looked great and I love the fact that everything is all in one location.
