Barbara and her team were wonderful to work with. She is organized, easy to work with, and has a can do attitude. When I was looking at wedding planners, I wanted someone I could trust completely to get the work done. I interviewed quite a few people and while they were all nice, I got the sense that I would have to be following up with them constantly. Not with Barbara. I knew I could ask her something once and it would get done. She did so much for us. She figured out how and submitted all the permitting paperwork to have a second line in downtown. When we got approval, but it wasn’t to go down congress, she called them again and had it changed. Literally as I am about to get in the car to go to the church I realized I forgot to send her and the band the break music I wanted to play. She was able to work with the band to get it done not even 2 hours before the reception. I was supposed to have a lovely spring wedding. I looked up my wedding date back to the 1980’s and it had never been below the 70s. My wedding date rolls around and the high was 56 degrees. Without being asked, Barbara organized getting heaters added to the patio so my guests would not freeze and she brought my bridesmaids shawls to keep them warm during our second line. We had an awesome wedding and are so grateful to Barbara and her team for all their hard work. I would choose her again in a heartbeat and would recommend her to anyone looking for a wedding planner who is organized, reliable, adaptable, and just pleasant to work with.
