VESPER

We had an incredible experience at VESPER for our wedding! From start to finish the team was thorough, organized, and patient while we worked through the wedding planning process. The entire team was incredible, but we'd love to specifically mention Mariel (our assigned Day of Coordinator) and Odysseas (from the AV team), who both provided us with an incredible amount of guidance and support throughout the planning process and during our wedding day itself. Every element of the evening was above and beyond what we could have hoped for - the food and drinks were great, decor lovely, the flow of the cocktail hour and reception was seamless. VESPER was accommodating and flexible with our many requests, and it was clear to us that their main goal was making sure we (and our guests) enjoyed our wedding day. We had high hopes/expectations going in and they were exceeded tenfold! We would not hesitate to recommend VESPER to anybody planning their wedding. They are clearly pros at what they do! Spectacular venue. Remarkable team. Unforgettable wedding. My now wife and I looked all over Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Jersey City over the course of 5 months looking for the perfect wedding venue. We wanted the venue to be clean and modern, have a nice view, and have some additional wow factor that would set it apart from other wedding venues. Nothing really quite matched our vision until we stumbled upon VESPER. The moment we stepped into the space we knew our search was over. I am confident that this is the premiere space in all of NYC. We first worked with Joe and Abbas to hash out the terms of our contract. They were exceptionally fair and transparent, understood and worked within our budget constraints, and did what they could do to meet us where we were comfortable. There are hundreds of other places in the city that will charge more (and will not budge) for a bland space with a less organized team. After finalizing the contract, we linked up with Daryna, Nick, and Mariel to begin bringing our vision to life. Over the course of a few zoom calls and well-organized spreadsheets, we were able to build out the details of our wedding. They also built out milestones for finalizing vendors, guest counts, design details, etc. that helped us stay on track of the wedding planning process. We were impressed with the organization and how detail-oriented everyone was. And when it was crunch time we were linked with Mitchell, the onsite coordinator VESPER provides. I could write an entire review on Mitchell alone. She made sure our vision was executed flawlessly, coordinating with each of our vendors, checking in on us frequently, and making sure no stone was left unturned. Long story short: you are in exceptionally good hands with the team at VESPER. The venue is spectacular and we received compliments from every guest. We've noticed that often times the food at weddings is a bit subpar. Not so at VESPER. The food served during cocktail hour and the reception was top quality - after the complimentary wedding tasting, you'll be able to choose from a wide array of tasty canapes, starters, entrees, customizable drinks, and desserts. And the wall-to-wall floor-to-ceiing windows provides an iconic view of the city that will enchant guests. The customizable lights were the wow factor that completely sold us on VESPER and distinguishes it from every other venue in the city. Once you see it, you can imagine your guests dancing and having an unforgettable evening. Be sure to ask for a demo to see how the AV specialist Odysseas could play with the lights to match whatever mood or setting you are trying to achieve. If you're looking for a reasonably priced, one-of-a-kind NYC wedding venue that will impress guests from start to finish, you absolutely need to consider VESPER.
