This was our venue for our November 2025 wedding reception. We ultimately chose this venue because of its abundance of natural lighting, the size of the venue fitting our expected 200 guest count, and the "blank canvas" nature of the venue that is every DIY bride's dream. Aside from the beautiful venue, the VESPER Venue team are professional, knowledgeable, and reliable. For context, there was a change in management sometime May 2025, but despite of this, the new team ensured a smooth transition, and that anything that was contracted under the previous management were still honored. Special mentions to Heather, Anavictoria, and Clinton; they are responsive to any and all questions we had, even to the smallest details, and we appreciate the friendliness and being easy to approach that allowed for us to plan our wedding to the fullest. Definitely glad to have VESPER venue for our wedding day!

Heather absolutely crushed it with our wedding! She was so flexible with what we wanted to do and answered all of our questions!! The venue was spectacular. Not only is the location great for the price but the venue itself is super clean and has many ways you can turn it into your dream day. We couldn’t have asked for a better team to help us out for our big day. Thank you again Heather for everything!!

rst saw the venue in person. The venue itself is beautiful and allows you to create exactly what you want with such a beautiful lighting and surrounding areas for photos. Now for the team. Everyone is SO helpful from the second you tour to the end of your event. We didn’t have a planner and Dayna was so great at helping me navigate the planning process and helped me remember things I probably would’ve completely forgotten otherwise. The communication was always so quick and easy. I couldn’t have asked for a better venue and team - it was the most perfect day.

ach person we dealt with was professional, kind and supportive. They were upfront and honest about cost and guided us through the process of choosing vendors. The coordination package was outstanding. Our coordinator, Jessica, was an absolute dream and we are so thankful to have had her stellar skills helping us the last month before the big day! The wedding was perfection! My daughter and son-in-law had the wedding of their dreams and I highly recommend Building 177 and all the people connected with this venue.

use their preferred bartenders and caterers (unless you want to pay an additional fee) but we loved the service we received! Buona Forchetta is a must! (just make sure you have water figured out, those little details are easy to slip if you're bringing in everything yourself) Aly is awesome, they will work with you and make sure the day runs as smoothly as it can.

Aly and Taylor were SO responsive, transparent, polite and easy to work with throughout my year of planning and dozens of emails. They get an A+ for customer service and organization, and even helped me secure an after party at The Lot next door. Great vendors make a great experience, and I cannot recommend this location and team enough - hopefully I'll get a chance to work with them again on another project! :)

the entire staff was super helpful, professional and amazing to work with. They truly have the best team! If you are looking for a venue for your wedding or a big event, this is by far the best place to have it! The space comes with beautiful wooden floors, high ceilings, white walls/columns and windows which provide enough natural sunlight for the perfect setting. Building 177 is a blank canvas that allows you to create a space exactly the way you envision. We cannot stress how much we love this venue. It will forever hold a special place in our hearts. Thank you Building 177 and the entire Moniker team for making our wedding day everything and more. We are still on cloud 9 thinking about it!

e parking is wonderful, and the list goes on and on. We looked high and low for the perfect wedding venue and found nothing more perfect than Building 177. Their price is extremely reasonable for what they offer: - Great surrounding parking lots - Includes tables and chairs - Up to 300 guests (seated) which is AMAZING - An expansive vendor list (and they give lots of affordable options for catering as well) Shout out to Harvest Kitchen who catered our wedding -- amazing, delicious, organic food - Their bridal suite, like I said is beautiful - Their team provides a flip!! Which is insane! All in all, you'll be so happy to be married at Building 177. We highly recommend it!!!!

e to work with. From preplanning site visits to onsite day of event - the staff was courteous, professional, personable and genuinely caring about the Bride's vision coming to full fruition. The space itself is beautiful for the ceremony, cocktail reception, photos and wedding reception. The outdoor courtyard is lovely for photo opportunities. The acoustics are great, the flooring is perfect for dancing and the vaulted ceilings have a dramatic impact. I look forward to producing many more events in this space!

idal suite is just the icing on the cake! The planning team there is super reliable and definitely made me feel like our day was going to run smoothly. In addition, the planning tools they use such as all seated just make you feel prepared for the day. I definitely recommend this venue!
