As a full time wedding and elopement photographer I work with A LOT of vendors and most of them are very good. Sam is without a doubt the best planner I have ever worked with, and...
I had the pleasure of working with her twice last season. Her poise and positivity are matched by her organization and vision. Photographing a stress free bride makes my job so much easier and it was so apparent in both the weddings we had together. I would feel so blessed to work every wedding with Sam and I would highly recommend hiring her for your wedding!
As soon as we hired Sam to be our Day of Coordinator, a huge weight was lifted off my shoulders. I was not originally going to hire a day of coordinator because I didn’t think we ...
needed one but two months out I was stressed to the max. Upon initial contact Sam laid out her pricing and exactly what her services entailed. I liked that because she didn’t just ask me what I was looking for- creating more work for me.
Sam went above and beyond our expectations. Not only is she extremely organized- we love a type A Queen!!!- but she was willing to help with so many little things that we needed throughout the planning process and the day of the wedding. The day of the wedding she even ran to a few different places to find fresh flowers for my hair. She came ready with emergency/touch up kits, and she would periodically check in with me throughout the wedding day making sure I had time to breathe, freshen up, and spend one on one time with my husband. If you’re on the fence about hiring a DOC, I highly recommend you hire Sam. It is money well spent and you really can’t put a price on piece of mind. This is one of the biggest days of your life, it is worth it!
I truly could not say enough good things about Sam and Vessiere. I decided later in the wedding process to book a day of coordinator and choosing Sam was hands down the best decisi...
on I could have made for my wedding day. Her communication was impeccable, with both myself and my vendors. She made the day seamless and perfect. If anything went wrong, I still have no idea about it because Sam is just that incredible. She was flexible and accommodating when needed. The whole day was perfect. The ceremony and reception were set up beautifully, exactly as I envisioned. Not only did she have a handle on everything and all the tips and tricks under her belt, but Sam also just has the best personality to coordinate your wedding. She is kind, friendly, and so enjoyable which brought me so much comfort in the weeks leading up to my wedding and on the wedding day. I would and will recommend anyone to book with Sam because she was so great!
Sam was absolutely instrumental in making sure our wedding day was one to remember. We signed up for her full-service package and it was worth every penny!

ur needs and EXCELLENT in execution. We really could not have asked for a more valuable person in ensuring everything leading up to and the big day itself went off without any issues. Having Sam meant that my husband and I got to enjoy every minute of our wedding day.
If you’re on the fence about an wedding planner, don’t be with Sam. She made everything absolutely perfect and I highly recommend her!
