Damian is the chef who grew up immersed in Italian culture, learning traditional cooking techniques and recipes from his mother and father. He also has a bachelor's degree in Restaurant Management from the University of Central Florida and an associate's degree from the Culinary Institute of America in New York. He has worked in Michelin star restaurants and has won a James Beard Award for his culinary skills. There is nothing he can not make!
