Jayden, all I can say is WOW! I sit here with tears in my eyes as I type this email because you made our rehearsal dinner AND our wedding so incredibly special. The flowers were absolutely stunning and really just enhanced the vibe on both days. My bouquet was INSANELY GORGEOUS and I still cannot get over our chuppah (I'm not sure if I ever will). I have been sitting and staring at photos of our chuppah on my phone because it was truly what dreams are made of! The aisle arrangements and centerpieces were STUNNING!!! You seriously captured my vision and took it to the next level, and I am just so beyond grateful for you and your team's hard work. I loved the live flame candles on Friday night and thought the LED candles that you used at The Ebell were amazingggg!! Seriously, THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!!! <3333

I always emailed, and texted, and dmd in order to get her to answer my questions. I called her the night before my wedding when I should’ve been sleeping because she didn’t answer me at all before to complete final details. I emailed her asking if she could be there at a time I told her. No reply. I had to call from a different number, still no answer. I get it you’re busy but it’s a night before my wedding and I havent heard back in weeks… I didn’t know if I was going to have flowers at my wedding at that point. None of her flower team reached out. I Honestly thought she forgot about my wedding. When I dm her and she finally answered me. She asked me where my wedding was again and what time? It was all in the contract.. if you’re working on flowers shouldn’t you know your clients info. She’s a super nice person and our sweetheart table look really good and the floral arrangements. However I did ask for a crystal vase, candles for the wedding sign on the floor, I sent her inspo pictures for the rose buds coming out the vase and she used mini vases that are super tiny and not what I had showed her. Those things she definitely did not do. And the candles were supposed to be through all the stairs, only half was completed. And they left the floral arrangement for my guest book on the stairs. If I didn’t see it when I went it before reception they would’ve left it there, I had to tell my brother in law to put it where it’s supposed to go( which I shouldn’t). No communication at all from her end or team. She is very hard to get in touch with. People get busy, emails get lost, messages get lost. But common it’s a night before my wedding, day before, week before and you still didn’t respond until 10 PM. That’s just so unprofessional and no care for clients. It’s a day before my wedding and you don’t even ask me about the timeline or even answer when I email you when to be there. Do you not wanna let your team know when to be there? If I didn’t message her she probably would’ve never reached out. We paid a good amount as well so it’s disappointing. Future advice, please keep in Touch with your brides and don’t keep them stressed since you don’t answer and it’s so hard to reach you. No bride should ever have to stress about if she will be having flowers at her wedding. I was super excited to have her as one of my vendors since she was one for my husbands cousins wedding. Super disappointed.

I booked Vibe Florals for my November 2020 wedding for many reasons, and when we had to postpone to November 2021 I immediately reached out to re-schedule! I had some conversations with Jayden and she really understood what I was going for and could provide florals at a reasonable cost for the area. Things hit a bit of a snag closer to our November 2021 wedding. I had to reach out to Jayden multiple times through email before getting a response. I understand that they are busy (and growing their business) but it's very frustrating to follow up many times before receiving a response, and to be asked to send things that I had already provided. In the end the florals arrived on time and were gorgeous! I was excited to select the bouquet preservation artwork with Vibe. I love florals and really wanted to preserve the florals from this special day! The service was confirmed and paid for. I have reached out to Jayden 7 times to ask about the artwork and haven't received it. We are now almost 1 year post our wedding and I have not received what I paid for. While the flowers we received for our wedding were beautiful, the customer service is extremely lacking.... Perhaps this negative review will finally get a response for my missing bouquet artwork.

I can’t praise Jayden enough. From our first conversation to our last she was intentional in every little detail. Jayden went above and beyond to make sure it was exactly what I wanted but to my surprise it was actually more. She saw my vision and brought it to it’s full potential! She was even gracious when I changed my mind a few times along the way. I could not have asked for a better team to trust my special day with. When I met Jayden, I had already been in contact with a few other florist. I wasn't quite sure what I wanted and I was hesitant on booking a florist. Jayden was the sweetest and most helpful out of all the florist I had met with. She completely understood my vision and went above and beyond to help me plan my perfect day. The flowers were so incredible, and so much more amazing than I could have ever dreamed. Jayden and her team blew me away. The entire planning process was such a breeze and she was a delight to work with. Everyone was in awww of my reception and my friends and family are still talking about how gorgeous everything was. All thanks to Vibe Florals! She is by far my favorite and I recommend her to everyone!

Vibe Florals & Jayden are absolutely amazing! I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted at first for my flowers, and she helped me create beautiful pieces that we were able to use in a couple different places during my wedding. She is super quick to respond to emails, made herself available to meet with me to discuss options and it was super easy to add onto my contract when I decided I wanted more flowers closer to the wedding! Her prices are so reasonable and her work is amazing!

My husband and I still feel honored that we got to work with Jayden and her team. I knew I wouldn’t have to worry about anything the day of because of how they made me feel so confident in their abilities to pull off my vision. We look back at our wedding as the most beautiful days of our lives, mostly because of the florals. Jayden helped me maximize my budget and repurpose items in a couple different places throughout the evening. The flowers were flawless. She took my husband and my unique and wild vision and turned it into a stunning and elegant event… very “us.” The Vibe team made our wedding as special as it could be and I want the same for all couples getting married soon.

Jayden made my dreams come true with the most amazing florals and greenery garland at my wedding! She is incredibly talented and knowledgeable, but more importantly she is so kind and friendly- the easiest vendor I worked with FOR SURE. Her whole team is wonderful and provided quality products and services that cater to exactly what you want. I was blown away and still admire all of her work in my wedding photos... I may have even ordered a canvas of a photo that centers around my bouquet and hung it in our dining room... Anyway you will not run into a problem she can't work through with you and is there every step of the way. 10/10 recommend Vibe Florals to make your wedding beautiful!

I added the bouquet preservation option and gave her my bouquet the day after the wedding. I have not received it and it’s been a year. I was finally able to get a refund in August and was told it would be a priority to get it done by the end of the month. This was after sending several messages and emails over the last year and being told it would be done “at the end of the month” every time- if I received a response at all. I truly believe that my bouquet was lost and there was no intention of ever sending it back to me. I could have kept it or gone with another business to preserve it and gotten it back in a couple months or so. It’s mostly the sentimental factor that’s upsetting. I got my money back but not the part that really matters. The perception I have after this experience is that this company just wants your money and not to provide any kind of customer service once the event is over.

The Vibe Floral team was so amazing and easy to work with through the wedding planning process. To be honest, I don’t know much about flowers so I basically just gave them my colors/theme for our wedding and left the rest up to them! It was such a blessing to be able to trust them with our florals and it made the wedding planning process much easier on me. The day of the wedding they showed up right on time with all bouquets in water and then set up the rest for the ceremony and reception. I even loved my flowers so much that I dried them and arranged them on a shadow box to use as decor in our home now. I HIGHLY recommend Vibe Florals!

After our consultation call with Jayden in 2019, I knew she could bring our vision to life and boy was I right! She is knowledgable and willing to work with your budget. She drafted a proposal that included transferring certain pieces from ceremony to reception. It was great because we were able to maximize our budget. Our plans changed because of covid, and Jayden was flexible and willing to work with all of our new dates. She was a little difficult to get a hold of at times, which at times was a challenge but I think it also shows how in demand she is! Jayden actually did florals for both of our weddings! We got married in a small, covid friendly wedding in my parent's backyard in 2020 and had a big reception in Nov 2021. For the small wedding, Jayden did my bouquet, as well as florals for our chuppah. In 2021, we got to play around with florals way more for our wedding reception and could not have been more pleased with how our florals turned out. We were blown away. Our guests loved our florals as well and enjoyed the centerpieces that we let them take home. We relied on our florals to be our color pop and she took this to heart and made sure it happened. I would recommend her to any bride looking for high quality florals for a reasonable price.

We booked with Vibe Florals for our wedding that was originally scheduled for October 2020 and postponed until October 9th, 2021. Jayden was amazing to work with! Although sometimes we had some difficulty getting in contact with her (totally understandable, as she is quite busy!), she made our postponement as easy as possible. As the wedding date got closer, we decided to make some changes to the design and Jayden was super supportive and helpful during the process. Jayden was respectful of our budget and helped us in repurposing ceremony décor for the reception space. She is so talented, and her team were very kind on the wedding day. We had a bit of a hiccup the day of in that we did not receive petals for our flower girls, but we ended up with an extra bouquet, so we just used the rose petals from that instead. It all worked out in the end! Our florals were GORGEOUS. Jayden and her team made our vision a reality. We loved our florals so much that we’ve decided to have them captured in resin to keep forever. We highly recommend Jayden and Vibe Florals for your wedding day!

I'm so glad we booked Vibe Florals for our wedding! Jayden understood exactly what I was going for and put together the perfect package. There were a few changes we needed to make along the way, and Jayden was super flexible about the changes. We were all very impressed with how the flowers turned out on our big day, and we can't praise her enough! Everyone was asking where we got the flowers from, so definitely book Vibe Florals for your wedding if you want chic, modern flowers that will get everyone talking.

Updated Review: I stand by the positive statements below but needed to update my review after being misled and never receiving my preserved bridal bouquet. The preserved bridal bouquet was in my contract and paid for. Twice I followed up with Jordan after my wedding where she led me to believe she had it and was working on the preservation. One year later… still no bouquet. She clearly forgot but instead of owning up and refunding me she lied and stopped responding. Disappointed because this is a keepsake I will never have back. Initial Review: Jayden was an absolute dream to work with. From our initial video call I knew I was in good hands. Jayden took the time to talk through my vision, look at my pinterest board, revise my vision, and even think through the smallest details that I was missing in the weeks leading up to my wedding. Jayden's work turned out absolutely STUNNING. Even my husband could not stop talking about the flowers at our wedding. Jayden, we cannot thank you enough for transforming our space into something so magical. Thank you!

I am still in complete awe of the unbelievably gorgeous flower arrangements Jayden at Vibe Florals made for our wedding on March 21, 2021. Even though Jayden and I had only emailed a few times prior to our wedding, I immediately felt I could trust her and she quickly understood the style and look I wanted. Not only that, she was able to work within our budget, which was incredible. When I saw my bouquet and all of the arrangements on the day of our wedding, I was absolutely blown away by how she brought my vision to life. Jayden created the most beautiful arrangements which contributed greatly to how perfect our wedding felt and looked. We got married at the Birchwood Room at Calamigos Ranch and everything Jayden made complimented the space so perfectly. Her attention to detail, her talent and thoughtfulness are remarkable. I really can't get over how stunning all of the flowers were. I highly recommend Vibe Florals for any wedding, special event or even if you're looking for a darling new plant for your home. Jayden does it all, and she does it so well!

They took our little backyard wedding and made it look magical with their florals! Jayden was also super flexible when we had to change our venue not once, but 2 times (thanks COVID). We also had to cancel a big chunk of our order since we decided not to have a bridal party for safety reasons- she was super flexible in changing our contract without charging us more than what we ended up needed. Vibe Marketplace was seriously one of the best decisions about our wedding! The whole process with Vibe was nothing but seamless! From the day I placed an inquiry on their website, I got a response from Jayden right away, followed by a phone call and even that early on I knew that she just understood me ;) We arranged for a meeting with Jayden and Travis, and we knew right away that they were the right team for the job! Jayden came prepared with all floral answers and pictures. She accommodated everything we asked for and made us feel very comfortable with the whole process. One of my favorite things about her, given that I was my own wedding planner, is that she is VERY responsive. The outcome on our wedding day exceeded our expectations. The flower arrangements, centerpieces and backdrop elevated the whole venue to a very elegant and classy look. Travis with the photography team are very professional and just have the eye to capture the memory! Every time i looked at one of the photographers, they were smiling which just forced that natural smile back out of me, and the pictures were a masterpiece (our faces made it to their website.. woohoo!) We also hired their lead videographer, Taylor. Taylor is Hollywood level kind of videographer. The production and mixing of the video was brilliant and we can tell that it’s done by someone who enjoys and takes pride in his job. Taylor captured all of precious wedding moments. The first time we saw the video together, we cried with a big smile on our faces. My husband and I are so grateful for Vibe Marketplace and genuinely wish them all success and growth.

Wow! I’m not entirely sure where to begin, other than Jayden & her team saved the day on more than one occasion. I went to my day-of coordinator desperate for florist recommendations after my original florist bailed on me 4 months out from my wedding. She didn’t skip a beat and sent me Vibe’s Instagram. I was instantly obsessed and reached out to Jayden ASAP! During this time, I also reached out to 4 or 5 other florists hoping that I would hear back from ANYONE. Jayden got back to me in less than 2 hours with a full quote and contract. I was deciding whether to wait to hear back from anyone else, or to just pull the trigger with Jayden...let’s just say, I’m so grateful I didn't wait. Not only was she so efficient, no one else even responded to my emails to let me know they were booked for my wedding weekend. We worked together on my order, flowers, payments, etc to make sure everything was exactly how I envisioned. Jayden was so accommodating as I decided further down that road that I wanted a flower comb for the reception and garland for the venue. Fast forward to the day after the wedding, my maid of honor let me know that there weren’t enough bridesmaid bouquets & boutonnières! I looked back on my contract and realized I had ordered the wrong number of BOTH! I’m not sure how I overlooked something so important, but Jayden and her team made a bouquet and boutonnière on the fly without me even knowing it was an issue. They didn’t skip a beat, worked to accommodate my mistake, and were so kind and wonderful...and the flowers...breathtaking. Vibe’s work really put the finishing touches on everything for the big day. I think it was a blessing the original florist bailed & life brought Jayden & Vibe Florals into my life. I can’t wait for my next big life event to have Jayden come work her magic again!

I first found Vibe Florals on Instagram and instantly fell in love with every arrangement that was posted. After awhile of following, they announced a giveaway of 50% off wedding florals. I of course entered the contest, but totally thought to myself, “I never win anything, but I’ll try!” To my surprise, about one week later I was being personally shouted out by Jayden announcing ME as the winner! I was thrilled! After getting into direct contact with Jayden, I explained to her all of my floral dreams. Being a flower lover, I already had a pretty good idea of a few specific types of flowers I wanted. I also had a few specific requests/ideas like having floral hoops instead of bouquets for my bridesmaids and adding blue ribbon to my bouquet for my “something blue”. Other than that, I trusted Jayden and her team to fill in the gaps. And let me just say, Jayden and her team delivered! She filled in those gaps perfectly, and made changes to items I wasn’t sure about, without any question or hesitation. Jayden even accommodated to one of the floral hoops having to be faux because one of my girls is allergic to flowers! (If anyone is thinking about going faux, I will vouch that the faux florals are JUST as beautiful. AND, you can’t even tell they’re faux!) Jayden was great with communication, and even made last minute additions and changes right up until about a week before the big day. When wedding day came, I literally cried when Jayden hand delivered my bouquet! It was actual perfection. Not to mention, I received SO many compliments on the bouquets, hoops, and florals throughout the entire venue. The Vibe Florals team made all of my boho-summer-wedding “vibe” floral dreams come true, and then some! Jayden + Vibe Florals, once again, thank you SO much for all of your hard work, communication, and attention to detail. One of my TOP wedding vendors, without a doubt! Oh and a little side note: Unfortunately, my gorgeous bouquet got tossed at the end of the night, which was a total bummer because I wanted to press some of my flowers and keep the ribbons for a keepsake box. Luckily, I was able to save some flowers from other arrangements. AND, being the angel that she is, Jayden is sending me extra scraps of the blue ribbon so I can still create something special. SHE’S THE SWEETEST!

My wedding was the most beautiful day I could have ever imagined thanks to Jayden and the team at Vibe Florals! When I arrived at the venue all the bouquets were set up so perfectly in the bridal suite and I almost began to cry, they definitely exceeded my expectations and I couldn't wait to see the rest of the decor! Everything from the arbor to the centerpieces, the intricacies of the garlands, the scent of the fresh blooms, it was seriously a dream! If I could give this 10 stars, I would! I’ve been a part of several weddings over the years and have seen a wide variety of flower arrangements and bouquets. I was blown away by Jayden’s artistic style when I first started following her on Instagram. I reached out to her to discuss my floral needs and we hit it off immediately. We discussed my vision and went over different inspiration photos and came up with the perfect inspiration board. On the day of the wedding, I saw all the flowers and I was in awe. I couldn’t believe how much more beautiful they were in person than any of my inspiration pictures on Pinterest. She is the most amazing florist ever! I would highly recommend her to anyone.

I have been going back and forth about writing this review, but ultimately I feel like other brides deserve to know. I got married last October at Saddlerock Ranch in Malibu and after having a few calls with other vendors I went with Jayden. She is extremely personable and sweet, so I instantly felt comfortable. We had a few calls and I went over in detail about what I wanted for my florals. I even created a powerpoint for her with my aesthetic, examples of what I wanted, and pictures of the florals in each arrangement. My bridesmaids dresses were burgundy (purple, not red), so I made sure to make it clear that I didn't want any red flowers. As far as I knew we were on the same page. As I was walking down the aisle, my arch had red roses and not burgundy. She stated that there was a storm that wiped them all out but there was no communication to me about which flowers I would like as an alternate. She made the decision on her own without my consent. The arch was also no where near the size/fullness what we had discussed. There were also supposed to be shadow boxes with pampas grass and flowers but they were unfinished as she thought we were going to take photos there before the ceremony. It looked like dead grass. My head table was supposed to be covered in eucalyptus garland, flowers, and candles. They removed the candles because the table wasn't big enough for all the decor (which I totally understand), but I had to bring it up to her after the wedding to have that cost reimbursed. I could go on and on. Jayden is very sweet, but it seems like she doesn't have a lot of experience. The bouquets were exactly what I wanted, I just wish everything else could've been just as beautiful.

Not sure where to start. Here is what I sent to the florist while on my honeymoon. I’m am trying to relax and enjoy my honeymoon and am so incredibly disturbed as I am looking at pictures wondering what the heck happened with the florals. Florals we’re a total bomb- asked for little to no flowers, looked nothing like inspo photos, never received boutonnières and courage’s to put in my grandmother, mom, or dad. You took those moment away from me. Bridesmaid bouquets looked nothing like asked (was supposed to look like Jennifer’s) , no air plant in brides bouquet, was supposed to be the statement piece and focal item. Then you added a tiny one that wasn’t even visible after I had to remind you of the most significant item. Didn’t have variety of greenery, pompas was supposed to be more prominent in all arrangements, with mostly greenery and very little florals. Greenery was eucalyptus predominately with little variety. Flowers were complete disappointment. My aunt who was in our meeting with us the day we discussed and planned everything was also shocked at florals. First thing she looked for was the air plant in brides bouquet, and couldn’t even see the one I asked you to add on my wedding day because it was so small and that’s all you had at that point. Complete miss and waste of money. Florals were not even pretty and opposite of everything discussed. So disappointed. Jayden you are incredibly disorganized, multiple occurrences of taking days and even weeks to respond to messages and phone calls despite saying you would contact me that day. Oh, and I Never received floral for hair as well. One chance at a wedding and I’m so hurt and upset. I hated my bouquet and the way it looks in pictures and the bridesmaid bouquets were even worse. I specifically told you I hated that style of just a round assortment of flowers. Not to mention everyone’s corsages and boutonnières were falling apart. My grandmothers was so heavy it was draping down. Christos flower fell off before the wedding even started. Bouquet was even supposed to have the draping greens, and didn’t. I could go on and on. The cake was supposed to have draping greenery over the stand and onto the table. Worst thing about it all is the day is gone and theirs nothing I can do about it. Crying. $4000 later, can’t believe this happened.

I was nervous about my wedding flowers because I really love flowers and they were the main decoration for our wedding. But I knew I had a budget to stick to and I wanted my wedding flowers to be amazing and let me tell you, Jayden and her team literally made my wedding flower dreams come true! Jayden and Vibe Florals were so amazing from the beginning of the quote process through the wedding! Jayden was very responsive and helpful throughout the entire planning process, working with me patiently as I changed my mind (and completely changed my flowers a few months out), and helping to make my vision come to life through custom pieces. When I showed up to the venue on my wedding day, the flowers were everything I envisioned and more! Having seen other friends use Vibe Florals for their wedding, I just had to use them in our wedding too! With a smaller budget and short timeline to the wedding, Jayden and her team did a FANTASTIC job working with our budget and our timeline. She still made sure that our florals for the wedding were gorgeous and went out of her way to show me what everything would look like rather than just talking over the phone or email. My wedding was in California but I was planning from Virginia and Jayden made the whole planning process so easy, I never had to worry about anything! What I loved most about Jayden was her attention to detail and transparency around pricing. She wasn’t pushy about our budget and really helped us maximize our budget. I always trusted that she had our best interest at heart. We’ll definitely be hiring her for all of our floral needs going forward!

Vibe Florals & Jayden are absolutely amazing! I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted at first for my flowers, and she helped me create beautiful pieces that we were able to use in a couple different places during my wedding. She is super quick to respond to emails, made herself available to meet with me to discuss options and it was super easy to add onto my contract when I decided I wanted more flowers closer to the wedding! Her prices are so reasonable and her work is amazing!

I chose to use flowers as my main decor focal point, and WOW did Jayden and her team deliver! I had Jayden pull out all the stops from centerpieces to flower crowns, and it really brought my dream wedding to life!! Wonderful to work with, affordable, and great execution. Jayden and her team were AMAZING. She was extremely organized, and really listens to what YOU want. She worked with our budget and was so organized in putting together our quote sheet. Vibe Florals was my life saver!! Jayden and her team seriously made my wedding a perfection. I had a last-minute floral emergency and had to find another florist just a couple days before my wedding - talk about heart attack! Not only did Jayden step in and fulfill what was needed and work with my exact budget, she want ABOVE AND BEYOND what I even imagined for flowers. From the bouquets, to centerpieces, to our ceremony arch, and all the little details in between, it was like a dream and I am so so happy to have had her save my wedding! On top of all that, her customer service is impeccable. To sum up: extremely communicative, organized, detailed oriented, friendly, sweet, trustworthy, and so easy to work with. She did an amazing job helping me feel at ease as a bride and know that everything was going to be taken care of, especially in the craziness of my situation! It's obvious from the pictures that she does beautiful work, but what isn't captured by photos is the incredible service and experience you get working with her that is invaluable.

Jayden made my dreams come true with the most amazing florals and greenery garland at my wedding- and not break the bank! She is incredibly talented and knowledgeable, but more importantly she is so kind and friendly- the easiest vendor to work with FOR SURE. Her whole team is wonderful and provide quality products and services that cater to exactly what you want. I was blown away and still admire all of her work in my wedding photos... I may have even ordered a canvas of a photo that centers around my bouquet and hung it in our dining room...
