Dennis was our wedding DJ and we were more than impressed. He showed up very early for sound check and was very professional. Sound quality was excellent and his timing for each song was on the money. Truly a pro at his craft and we strongly recommend him for any event.

Dennis was an amazing DJ. His attention to detail and to our wants and needs went above and beyond what we asked for and we appreciated that. He worked and communicated with well with everyone involved; from timing all the moments perfectly with our coordinator to collaborating with our officiant last minute, Dennis was wonderful. Dennis was flexible and adapted and we were on schedule all night long (actually quite ahead of schedule). Last but not least, Dennis kept our family and friends on the dance floor and everyone enjoyed the music (his mixing and blending of songs and genres was perfect, something we initially were drawn by when we found him on Zola). Thank you for making our day feel so special with the music we love and enjoy. Thank you for bringing us so much fun and joy in our celebration! We highly recommend Dennis as a wedding DJ!

What an incredible experience! Dennis was absolutely on top of his game all night. We booked him through Vibes Group Creations for our wedding at Europa Village Winery, and he delivered far beyond our expectations. He had an amazing ability to read the crowd and keep the energy high, making every moment feel seamless. By far the best DJ I’ve ever seen! Kept our family and guests dancing! We had a few snags in our timeline but Dennis helped us stay on track. Dennis worked closely with our coordinator and venue manager and kept everything flowing smoothly. But most of all, Dennis did an awesome job keeping our guests and family entertained with his music and kept us all on the dance floor until it was time for us to leave! Dennis was amazing! He kept the vibes going even when we went off of our schedule. The pictures took longer than expected and he was able to keep the guests involved. There were no big mishaps and he asked very specific questions before the wedding to prevent mishaps from occurring. I would definitely recommend Dennis if you go with Vibe Group Creations.

We are so glad we had Dennis as our wedding DJ! From the very beginning, he was professional, easy to work with, and made sure to understand exactly what we wanted for our big day. During our reception and cocktail hour, he was absolutely amazing! He kept the dance floor alive all night long and had such a great feel for the crowd. The energy never dropped, and our guests are still talking about how much fun they had dancing!
On top of the music, Dennis also provided up-lighting, which transformed the entire space and created the perfect atmosphere. Dennis was AMAZING!! He was super organized, worked great with our wedding planner, and played really good music. Pretty much every guest we talked to days after our wedding raved about how awesome he was. We couldn’t be happier with our experience hiring Dennis for our destination wedding. For my fiance and I, the wedding dj was the most challenging vendor to find. We have very different tastes in music, and my fiance is picky about the quality of mixing.
When we saw Dennis’ page online and social media, we knew we might have found a contender. Based on his social media and marketing videos, we liked how Dennis mixed and transitioned between tracks smoothly, how he seemed to read and engage the crowd well, and how he had the experience and expertise to manage all the ins and outs of a wedding.
Dennis did not disappoint! Upon hiring him, we had a couple planning meetings with him and he asked us to create a list of our favorite songs. He based the entire music program of our wedding off of that - we absolutely loved his music selection and were vibing and dancing the night away!
Our diverse group of guests were happy too - we had people from New York, the Bay Area, EDM heads, Filipino titas and titos, r&b lovers, and salsa/bachata dancers, all in one room, and Dennis found a way to play something for everyone. I highly recommend Dennis for any event, big or small!

Highly recommended! Everyone at our wedding kept complimenting our music for our wedding. We provided Dennis a handful of songs to play throughout the night but the rest was really all him — He kept our friends and family on the dance floor! Dennis kept our guests hype and active. He did great MCing our shoe game and our money dance as a few of our guests weren’t familiar with it. We’re so glad we booked Dennis.

Detail-oriented. We were clueless as to how much detail is involved providing music for a wedding. Working with Dennis opened up our eyes (and ears). He was very detailed in his approach to the very second of our 1st dance. He also edited our bridal party entrance and mashed up 5 different songs for a special choreographed dance. We’re so glad we chose Dennis as our DJ/emcee! He was incredibly organized and made sure our timeline flowed smoothly before and during the event. Dennis was happy to take song requests and paid close attention to our playlist. He had amazing timing with every song and kept the energy up all night—our guests were on the dance floor for most of the reception. He also gave us a great photo booth recommendation (thanks, Cris), provided uplighting for the reception, and included amps for our ceremony musicians. More than just an awesome DJ. We’re so glad we booked Dennis for our wedding. We weren’t sure what to look for in a DJ while we were searching for one. We were overwhelmed by the amount of DJs who reached out to us. What stood out the most for us is his up front approach on DJing and setting the vibe — hence the name of his company come to find out. Brilliant DJ and MC. We heard Dennis when he DJ’ed my girlfriend’s wedding. We immediately decided that if we were to get married, Dennis would be our DJ. And yes, he delivered as he did during my girlfriend’s wedding. Not only did he play the songs we wanted, he also mixed that songs that we didn’t know worked well along with our playlist. He was brilliant on the mic and kept our guests informed. He even was proactive in making announcements throughout the night about our guest book, QR codes for our photos, and audio book. We recommend Dennis and his awesome DJ and MC skills!

Music master. Aside from being so accommodating to a Bridezilla (which was me), he went over and beyond to play all the types of music that kept everyone on the dance floor! We gave him a few songs to play so he can get an idea of what we like and the rest was history! Our guests kept complimenting our DJ! We hired our DJ with high hopes because he told us he was confident in reading the crowd and would take the lead on the music throughout the night. He also asked us to provide 20 songs we wanted to hear during the reception, which we appreciated. However, at least half of those songs were never played.
From my personal experience, and based on feedback from several of my groomsmen, the music selection did not quite match the energy or vibe of our group. Some transitions felt a bit disconnected, and it seemed like more attention to the mood of the room could have helped keep the dance floor more engaged.
I understand that every event comes with its own challenges, and I do appreciate the effort that went into our celebration. That said, I believe there is room for growth in better aligning the playlist.

My sincerest apologies for not getting the other 3 tracks in the mix. I’m hoping you guys would also recognize some of the other things in the background that kept your wedding flowing smoothly. I guess it’s a good thing that you didn’t notice since that’s the whole idea. Example: (1) Custom bridesmaids entrance song mash up edit and mix (2) The subtle music in the background when you guys leaned over for your 1st kiss, then turning it down so the officiant can introduce you guys, then turning the music back up from the cue point where the hook starts — not during the beginning, (3) Making the 10 question game interactive and engaging (the tallying of the answers and releasing each table accordingly, (4) getting everybody engaged for your faux grand exit and playing the music for that sequence, (5) and instrumentals in between speeches so there’s no awkwardness while the mic is being passed from one toast to another.
Just wanted to respond to your review and make a note of it. I will definitely take this feedback and learn from it. Wishing you both decades of love and laughter.

Top tier professionalism, equipment, and communication! Before the wedding DJ Dennis Blaze of Vibe Group Creations guided us in everything we needed to make our day exactly how we wanted! During the wedding he kept us informed of how everything was going and made sure we had everything we needed. DJ Dennis Blaze also was the MC of the event provided flawless introductions and smooth transitions in and out during the entertainment parts! We can't recommend DJ Dennis highly enough—he absolutely crushed it at our wedding! As both DJ and MC, Dennis was everything we hoped for and more: charismatic, professional, and totally tuned in to the energy of the room. We gave Dennis a crazy playlist challenge—multiple genres from country to ‘90s hip-hop to indie pop and he even threw in some Latin dance and EDM—he delivered like a pro. Dennis was absolutely wonderful to work with and was one of the parts of our wedding that was absolutely perfect. He is knowledgeable and a perfect amount of laid back but organized, which was a stress reliever with all the other planning details. He had very helpful ideas and templates that helped us think through what we wanted and didn't require tons of time to get done (which was awesome with all the other things a wedding requires!). We gave him ideas of what we liked and a do not play list, but he choose all of the playlist and songs for dancing and it created the perfect vibe. We had all our friends and family dancing, mingling and it had great energy. It was especially helpful because our day-of coordinator was not someone I'd use again... But having Dennis on top of the MCing, music and schedule really helped. He arrived early and was setup independently ahead of schedule. He brought colored lights that were fun but not overwhelming for after dark dancing. He didn't make the show about him (announcing every song or speaking too much) but kept the energy high, while being tasteful and romantic. We would highly, highly recommend him to anyone in the OC area.

This review is long overdue! As a DJ myself, I was very particular in who I wanted hire for our wedding, and Dennis checked all the boxes with his Instagram DJ reels and our first meeting. Dennis is very professional, detailed, and easy to work with. From ceremony until the end, he executed the timeline perfectly. He worked well with our violinist and MC, and got the party hyped up all night with our playlist. He can provide simple edits to producing custom remixes if needed. He specializes in Hip Hop and R&B, but can adapt to any music genre. Our guests even wanted him to DJ at our after party, and that just shows how amazing Dennis was for our wedding.

Professional, thorough, great ideas, and great taste. We had Dennis do our wedding. We’re both pretty selective about music, but the guy just “gets it.” He was incredibly communicative throughout the process and kept thinking of things that I didn’t realize we needed to be aware of. He had some awesome re-mixes and brought his own flavor to everything. Also the guy just has great energy and really lets you enjoy the moment.
