I grew up in Wilmington, and therefore grew up eating Vic's popcorn. My sister and I would always get the confetti candy coated popcorn. When I was thinking about favors, I knew I had to use them. My mom did the corresponding and pricing with them. We ended up with 75 bags of orange and black- for our Alma Mater (where we met)- popcorn.
I'm just sad it was gone and I didn't get a bag!
