Katie was wonderful to work with-- she listened to our wants and addressed any concerns throughout the planning process in a timely manner. We were provided with a list of recommendations, tips/ tricks, and a very detailed schedule that we referenced frequently while traveling. Fortunately, we didn't have any major hiccups throughout our travels, but Katie and Vic's Vacations are readily available for troubleshooting. Knowing we had someone to help in case of a travel emergency gave us peace of mind. I can't wait to plan our next trip!

The way Katie inputted our trip into the Trip Actions app was extremely helpful so we could look at any day of our trip and see what activities were planned, meeting times, transfer info, etc. Her quick email responses were much appreciated, especially when we had a question about a transfer while on our honeymoon—she responded almost instantly (and with a 7 hour time difference!). The way Katie spaced out our excursions was also great, to give us time to rest and recover after a day of travel so we felt energized for the next activity! I felt it was a great balance between leisure days and planned activities. Katie booked a guided tour of the Acropolis in Athens for us, which was such a wonderful experience. I’m so glad we were able to have a guide for this! Our resort in Santorini was spectacular and looked exactly like the Instagram photos you see of Santorini! She also booked us a wine tour where we visited several wineries on the island and a lovely catamaran cruise where we were able to swim in several cool swimming spots around the island. We also did a fun catamaran sailing cruise in Milos which was amazing!! Having all the transfers booked in advance was a life saver. I think our experience would have been much different if those weren’t scheduled ahead of time. It was SO convenient and made everything so seamless. In full wedding planning mode, Katie made preparing for our honeymoon stress-free. We didn’t have to think about it until a few days before we left because she had everything all sorted, booked and nicely organized for us and it was very easy to review and get acquainted with our honeymoon plan post wedding. Thank you for helping us plan the honeymoon of our dreams. We look forward to working with Katie for our next vacation!

our reality! We travel to Italy. We started in Rome, went to Florence, and then ended our time in Sorrento. We mentioned a few things we wanted to do in each location and Jess made sure we crossed everything off our list! We did a full day tour in Rome and a cooking class. In Florence we went on a day trip to Cinque Terre (one of our favorite days!) and Pisa, and went on a Vespa tour through Tuscany. In Sorrento, we went on a boat tour to see the Blue Grotto and Capri. Everything was so so so amazing. I felt like I was living in a dream! Jess, thank you so much for bringing our dream honeymoon to life! We couldn't have done it without you!

Anniversary and wanted to treat our adult kids and spouses on vacation. Jess asked what we really wanted in a vacation and planned everything. Adult only, excellent food, great service, amazing pools, beautiful elevated decor. She planned private transfers from the airport and resort, and the perfect room selection for all 6 of us. She even made sure the staff knew what we were celebrating. Travel agents make it happen and Jess is the best!

The stress of wanting to make sure it was as close to perfect as possible led me to Katie. All I had to do was give Katie a general outline of my vision for our honeymoon, and she took it from there, recommending some of the most amazing hotels and activities that I don't know if I ever would have found on my own. I also wanted the piece of mind knowing someone had our backs should we have needed it in a pinch, and it took so much stress off of us during those days abroad. Luckily nothing major happened, but she was there to talk me through some slight hiccups, and I greatly valued her insights and calm nature. Overall, the small extra fees for her services to book and manage our Italian honeymoon were more than worth it!
