We were lucky enough to have found Vic when we decided to look in to a destination wedding, and I am so glad we did! She made everything such a breeze for us. We ended up with a group of over 45 people traveling for our wedding and she handled all of us beautifully!! Our destination wedding was the best decision we ever made, and I owe it to Vic and her crew for guiding us through every step of the way. Whether that was answering our endless questions, lots of emails with every detail of information you could need, or even showing up the day before your wedding to go dress shopping for my mother in law. 😅 We could not have done it without her! Thank you Vic, you’ll be seeing us again very soon I’m sure 😘

We had the pleasure of working with Vic and her team to plan my daughters wedding in Mexico and I cannot say enough good things about them. From start to finish, Vic provided exceptional service, ensuring every detail was handled like it was her own wedding. While planning the wedding, Vic and her team also helped all of the guests with their trips and itinerary's. They took the time to understand exactly what my daughter wanted and made everything perfect. Vic was ALWAYS available to answer questions and went above and beyond to accommodate any last-minute changes. I truly felt like Vic dedicated so much of her time to making sure every detail was perfect. Vic organized our honeymoon to Greece- Santorini, Mykonos and Athens in October 2022. Prior to the trip, inquiring about the trip, budget, expectations, etc were very easy to communicate about. A beautiful itinerary was provided. Payment was easy to make. Documents we were provided leading up to the trip were very detail inclusive, left little to question especially if you are someone who is traveling out of the country and/or Europe for the first time. Once we took off, the trip was as seamless as it could be! We had a lot of moving parts including hopping islands, time change, weather, etc and any hurdles that presented themselves, both Vic and the local travel agent were exceptionally helpful as well as quick and easy to communicate with. Vic uses an app to keep your itinerary all in one place and I really liked using that instead of carrying paper around. I was extremely grateful we had an agent for this trip as I am typically someone who plans trips by myself, but the added layer of support was needed and appreciated. I most definitely will be reaching out to Vic for future travels and I recommend utilizing her services! Great bang for your buck in my opinion!!

My husband and I just returned from our 2 week honeymoon in Italy that was planned with the help of Katie. We had such a great time; we really weren't ready to come home! The itinerary was thoughtfully planned and allowed for a perfect mix of exploring on our own and tours/ excursions. Katie was wonderful to work with-- she listened to our wants and addressed any concerns throughout the planning process in a timely manner. We were provided with a list of recommendations, tips/ tricks, and a very detailed schedule that we referenced frequently while traveling. Fortunately, we didn't have any major hiccups throughout our travels, but Katie and Vic's Vacations are readily available for troubleshooting. Knowing we had someone to help in case of a travel emergency gave us peace of mind. I can't wait to plan our next trip!

Katie did a wonderful job putting together our dream honeymoon trip to Greece—Athens, Santorini, and Milos. She provided the perfect balance between recommendations and allowing us to make it our own. The way Katie inputted our trip into the Trip Actions app was extremely helpful so we could look at any day of our trip and see what activities were planned, meeting times, transfer info, etc. Her quick email responses were much appreciated, especially when we had a question about a transfer while on our honeymoon—she responded almost instantly (and with a 7 hour time difference!). The way Katie spaced out our excursions was also great, to give us time to rest and recover after a day of travel so we felt energized for the next activity! I felt it was a great balance between leisure days and planned activities. Katie booked a guided tour of the Acropolis in Athens for us, which was such a wonderful experience. I’m so glad we were able to have a guide for this! Our resort in Santorini was spectacular and looked exactly like the Instagram photos you see of Santorini! She also booked us a wine tour where we visited several wineries on the island and a lovely catamaran cruise where we were able to swim in several cool swimming spots around the island. We also did a fun catamaran sailing cruise in Milos which was amazing!! Having all the transfers booked in advance was a life saver. I think our experience would have been much different if those weren’t scheduled ahead of time. It was SO convenient and made everything so seamless. In full wedding planning mode, Katie made preparing for our honeymoon stress-free. We didn’t have to think about it until a few days before we left because she had everything all sorted, booked and nicely organized for us and it was very easy to review and get acquainted with our honeymoon plan post wedding. Thank you for helping us plan the honeymoon of our dreams. We look forward to working with Katie for our next vacation!

I’m so glad that I took the advice of family and friends to use a travel agency for my honeymoon! I’m even more glad the agency recommended to us was Vic’s! We hardly lifted a finger, the amount of preparation and organization that went into our trip was amazing. I’m a planner at heart, so to be able to have everything I needed organized into lists was a dream come true😂 We had the pleasure of using Katie as our agent, and we 10/10 RECOMMEND!!! Katie helped my husband and I plan a 2 week honeymoon to multiple cities throughout Europe! She helped craft the trip to be exactly what we wanted, and worked with changes along the way (even changes while we were on our honeymoon). She was super responsive via email and the travel app that included our itinerary. I would 100% recommend her and use her again for future trips. We had the most amazing honeymoon with activities and hotel accommodations that were perfect for us thanks to Katie’s help and expertise!!!

I found Vic's Vacations through instagram (vintage boho bags). I reached out for help planning my honeymoon and Katie got back to me in a very timely manner! Previously, I had reached out to other travel agents I found on Instagram and it took them at least a month to get back to me. Then I found Vic's Vacations and I was very impressed with how quickly I heard from Katie! Working with Katie was amazing! I was in the middle of planning my wedding so the idea of planning a honeymoon on top of that was stressing me out. Katie took that stress away and made the whole process efficient and smooth. We went through a bunch of location choices and she quickly adjusted if I wanted to make changes or had any questions. Katie's knowledge and expertise helped us to make the perfect decision for us! We chose Aruba and can't wait to go back! Katie helped us plan things to do while in Aruba as well. She was quick to answer my emails if I had questions about anything. This was the first time my husband and I traveled internationally and Katie made it so easy. I usually delay taking trips because of how much work it takes to research the location, hotels, and things to do while there. Jess booked our honeymoon to the Dominican Republic and was so wonderful to work with all the way through! We stayed at Secrets Cap Cana, and she was so helpful in helping us find the best place for us based on our priorities. During the trip we had one question, and she responded right away and answered exactly what we needed to know. This is our second trip going through Vic's Vacations, and we plan to be lifelong travelers with their team - they are simply the best!

Huge thanks to Vic's Vacations / Victoria Fricke for taking all the “thinking” out of this for me and planning an incredible Jamaican getaway for our ten year anniversary trip! It was our first time both away from our kids — and the Sandals in Montego Bay did NOT disappoint. We loved and enjoyed every minute! She did everything from booking the reservations to ensuring we packed appropriately and had all the proper documentation. I loved and appreciated all the detail! I reached out to Vic so long ago about ballpark ideas and quotes when my (now) husband and I got engaged. She was so helpful even then to walk me through what to expect. Not only does she now have this resource available for everyone, but she’s expanded her team and we are so lucky to have worked with Katie for our honeymoon to Italy! I’m not kidding you when NO ONE believes how seamless our trip was when I say I didn’t plan a single second of it. Katie was able to curate the most blissful, dreamy, perfect honeymoon and set up everything for us from airfare, to I hotels, to all of our private transfers and tours. We didn’t have to figure anything out for ourselves and after planning a wedding, that is exactly what our brains needed. Thank you thank you thank you for making all of my Italy dreams come true, Vic & Katie! I have already recommended this group of ladies to everyone! We worked with Jess on booking our honeymoon after my brother and sister-in-law went through Vic's Vacations with Vic last summer and had nothing but good things to say! Working with Jess was a smooth and easy process... she helped us with everything from working out our budget, deciding where we could go, picking our resort, international travel tips and help, flight searching, and even real time follow up when we were there and going through the check in process! I had never booked an all-inclusive experience before on my own, so Jess made it stress-free and easy. A trip of a lifetime! When my husband and I decided to start thinking about our honeymoon, I told him I really didn't want to have to plan a thing! And thanks to Jess, that became our reality! We travel to Italy. We started in Rome, went to Florence, and then ended our time in Sorrento. We mentioned a few things we wanted to do in each location and Jess made sure we crossed everything off our list! We did a full day tour in Rome and a cooking class. In Florence we went on a day trip to Cinque Terre (one of our favorite days!) and Pisa, and went on a Vespa tour through Tuscany. In Sorrento, we went on a boat tour to see the Blue Grotto and Capri. Everything was so so so amazing. I felt like I was living in a dream! Jess, thank you so much for bringing our dream honeymoon to life! We couldn't have done it without you!

We were lucky enough to have Katie plan an amazing honeymoon to Italy for us! From the moment we started planning, we knew we were in good hands. She provided examples of similar trips to help us set expectations on price and experiences, and then built a completely custom trip for us based on our feedback. Leading up to the trip, Katie provided a detailed itinerary for us that could be accessed through an app. This made it so smooth when we were in the country. We had the best honeymoon at Excellence El Carmen with extra perks and amazing service due to Vic's Vacations! The resort went above and beyond to celebrate our honeymoon. Vic stepped right in and saved us from panic when another agency ghosted us. Vic was professional and gave the best advice for the resort that we chose. With her recommendation, we went with a two story room with a plunge pool and it was amazing! We spent several days on our own second story balcony, listening to our own music, playing cards and enjoying the sunshine! We wouldn't have traded the experience for anything :) Thanks for all of your work Vic!! 🥰

Jess from Vic’s Vacations knocked it out of the park when she planned our family vacation to Secrets Moxche in Playa de Carman Mexico. We were celebrating our 60th birthdays and 35 Anniversary and wanted to treat our adult kids and spouses on vacation. Jess asked what we really wanted in a vacation and planned everything. Adult only, excellent food, great service, amazing pools, beautiful elevated decor. She planned private transfers from the airport and resort, and the perfect room selection for all 6 of us. She even made sure the staff knew what we were celebrating. Travel agents make it happen and Jess is the best!

Jess was incredible from the time of booking our honeymoon until we got home. We had picked our destination and room type before consulting so I can’t speak to the planning portion of booking but everything else was seamless. Jess never left anything unanswered, replied to questions very quickly, and ultimately had a very personal touch to the whole process. She created a pdf that included information from our honeymoon to attach to our wedding registry. Even while we weren’t in contact, Jess was consistently communicating with the resort on our behalf. I’m walking away from this feeling as if we’ve made a friend. Jess did have a travel day during our trip and Vic reached out to us, letting us know she was there for any issues or concerns which gave us peace of mind. They are a great team, fantastic at their jobs, and I can’t wait to use them again.

Katie was amazing to work with! This was my first time using a travel agent, and I could not have been happier with the experience. Organizing European travel seemed so daunting, and I had no clue where to start. Plus, I had very little personal time to dedicate to such a once-in-a-lifetime, big expense while also planning my wedding. The stress of wanting to make sure it was as close to perfect as possible led me to Katie. All I had to do was give Katie a general outline of my vision for our honeymoon, and she took it from there, recommending some of the most amazing hotels and activities that I don't know if I ever would have found on my own. I also wanted the piece of mind knowing someone had our backs should we have needed it in a pinch, and it took so much stress off of us during those days abroad. Luckily nothing major happened, but she was there to talk me through some slight hiccups, and I greatly valued her insights and calm nature. Overall, the small extra fees for her services to book and manage our Italian honeymoon were more than worth it! I will continue to trust Katie for our stateside and international travel in the years to come! Katie, you're amazing!

Jess planned our 12 day honeymoon to Costa Rica and it was absolutely fabulous. It was such a relief to have someone take care of this for us while we were in the thick of wedding planning. Jess was always so prompt, willing to help, and organized. She had a lot of great ideas and insightful tips and tricks for making the honeymoon as enjoyable as possible. Not only did she plan an awesome honeymoon for my husband and I, she also made it so every document was easily accessible, our itinerary was laid out per day, and she threw in extra tips and tricks for while we were away. While we were gone we ran into transportation issues. Katie was available right away and helped us navigate the situation. Without her we wouldn’t have known what to do! Katie booked the Italy honeymoon of our dreams! She was so helpful and responsive. We had zero issues on the trip. The hotels and excursions that were booked were amazing! The app that Vic’s Vacations uses for your trip is key, it had our whole itinerary with tickets ready to go. It was so nice having all the info in the app for easy access. Vic is great! She helped us plan our honeymoon to Greece. She had great activities planned for us and we loved all of our hotels! The transfers were such a game changer too because we didn't have to worry about transportation. She really made our vacation so much easier and stress-free. I would highly recommend having Vic help you on your next trip. We will definitely be using her services again!

Planning our travel through Vic was such a great experience and we will never look back. We went to Jamaica for our honeymoon and it was a huge value to have her book for us, help us with travel questions and be our point of contact in case anything went wrong. She told us about so many things we would not have known if we booked travel on our own (Club Mobay was one of them!) and it was great peace of mind to know we were in good hands. Thank you Vic!!

Working with Katie on our dream Honeymoon to Italy made it incredibly easy to enjoy our time there!! Vic and her team did an amazing job planning two unforgettable trips for me! They organized my bachelorette cruise to Cozumel, and it was everything I could've hoped for - fun, seamless, and stress-free! They also planned my honeymoon in Punta Cana, and it was absolutely perfect!!!! Every detail was thought out, and all we had to do was show up at the airport. Vic's team truly goes above and beyond to create special experiences. I cannot recommend them enough!!!!!
