The guys ended up looking amazing, and they even allowed several days for returns so as not to overwhelm or rush anyone. In addition, my fiance also purchased his suit, shirt, and tie from here, and it was professionally tailored to fit him perfectly. The tailors at this place are phenomenal, and they also work quickly to accommodate any schedule. They also offer lifetime tailoring with any suit or tux purchase! I highly recommend this place because they truly care about each person that they work with. They are kind, helpful, and they go above and beyond with customer service!

ly different. We were helped by a salesman who seemed to not have the knowledge of the suits and inventory, sizing, and ordering. We tried to be patient with this but eventually the manager stepped in and helped us before we would have ordered the wrong suit. He also helped us find the shade of grey we were looking for. A week or so before the wedding, the store called my fiance to ask him multiple questions about the order about which ties or shirts we chose, which had already been decided and should have been written down. When my fiance went to pick up his tux, they hadnt had the measurements right and he actually had to come back on the day of the wedding! Also, some of the groomsmen's tuxes and items were ordered in the wrong sizes, and they were switching pieces that day. Overall, it did work out, and the tuxes looked great. But for the price, and the fact that it is a small boutique store like this, we really expected a higher level of service.
